Many vegan options (a whole separate menu, wait, what?!) and very dog friendly, I cannot really ask for more! The service was good and the food arrived quickly. I really enjoyed the very relaxed atmosphere and how well decorated both floors are. Highly recommended!

We visited hoping for a hot drink and something sweet. It was fairly busy but no need to wait for a table (for two). We ordered our drinks at the bar and collected our chocolate tart. After 30 minutes of waiting we asked for our drinks to be made as takeaway. We waited a further 10 minutes and decided it was best to go else where to avoid wasting our time in Cirencester. We then had to wait in a queue at the bar to be served where I asked for a refund. The barman offered no apology and merely refunded the portion paid for the drinks in cash and turned away. There are many other places in Cirencester - visit them.

I have dinner with my family and friends, 8 people in total, at around 6pm. We have waited for around 15 minutes to be seated because we have not booked and it is the peak hour. The atmosphere is lively where I can see people enjoying food and drinks and chatting. We have been to the same restaurant at Llandudno and tried some dishes like the bang bang chicken and butter fried chicken which are nice. This time we ordered chicken burger and nasi goreng which are delicious too. Their tapas are wonderful. I strongly recommend you to try the salt and pepper squid and Korean chilli fried chicken wings. The service here is great with polite waiters. If you have children, they can play the toys provided. In conclusion, this is a nice place for you to spend a weekend evening with friends and family.

Excellent restaurant which is part of a chain of Lounge eateries with a similar vibe - slightly eccentric pictures and portraits on the wall, flooring made from reclaimed sports hall timbers and a great menu of home cooked tasty dishes. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Was an amazing meal. Vanilla milkshake was fantastic! Would definitely recommend. They have plenty to offer for allergies and even comes with a cute red flag. Made my day when I asked and the manager got me a second one 😃 🚩🚩. Will go again

Great for a snack of meal with family or friends, can be a bit boisterous at times, but in general a good place to go.

Not impressed. I don’t normally post anything negative, but feel I need to say something. This place clearly doesn’t need/want reviews, as it’s very popular, well located and has a good range of good and drink….however, I went there today for lunch on a rare day off work, as the weather was lovely and I really needed a bit of a TLC. Ordered a glass of chilled wine and ordered my food. Thought to myself that I might treat myself to a cocktail after lunch. Half an hour later, having watched other people arrive, be served, with my wine no longer chilled, I asked (very nicely, with a smile) one of the staff if, perhaps, my order had been forgotten. He made no comment, was quite surly, but went off and came back with my food. He asked if I needed anything else and I asked for cutlery and a napkin. There was no apology for the wait, nor did he come back to ask if everything was ok (although he did go to other tables, I noticed). The food was just ok, but I decided that I’d skip the sweet, coffee and cocktail that I’d fancied. Will I go back and spend my hard-earned and not plentiful money there? No. Will I recommend it to my friends and family? No. Will they care? No. I work in the service industry and would be hauled over the coals if I treated my customers who pay my salary this way. There are plenty of other places to try that might just value my custom.

Really nice food, however the place seemed very understaffed. We waited at the door for 10 mins without anyone even acknowledging we were there (and there was a queue behind us). Booking online, even if it was just for peak times, would be so helpful as then you could guarantee a table for a certain time.

**I have left this review previously under Bevano lounge but for some reason the owners seemed to have had it transferred to a restaurant in Newport I never dined at. Despite contacting and communicating with the owner at the time there was no resolution** What was once a regular eatery I would choose for my family and I to dine in is now given a rather wide berth. On our last occasion visiting Bevano, my husband and I selected various tapas dishes between us - totally around 8 dishes. During the evening we were both violently sick and waylaid in the lavatory throughout the night! Other members in our household were not unwell at all. I decided to contact Bevano out of courtesy to inform them of our ill health following a visit, simply for the sake of giving them a "heads up" in case other people had experienced something similar. Had this been myself, I would have checked the best before dates on ingredients, their storage and chatted to the kitchen staff. Whilst we never once claimed our illness was bevause of Bevano we did discuss that the only way to "prove" it was, involved providing samples to our drs and by the Monday - our bout of illness has resolved. Nethertheless - it would have been courteous of Bevano to offer us a partial refund considering we spent the weekend vomiting up the contents of our meals or a visit back on the house. Sadly they did not therefore the customer service and consideration for customers is low. And seeing as I have our vomit induced weekend engrained in my memory, it is a firm deterrent for any future visits! *Update FAO Owner: I contacted you directly and you had little to say of the matter other than advising us to see a doctor. It is therefore quite ironic that you claim I did not. We had quite an indepth written conversation. The beauty of Google Review is that I can leave a review without feeling intimidated by owners like yourself or have the nature of my complaint diminished like you have done. I reiterate also that my review states "Whilst we never once claimed Bevano was the cause of our illness..." it is too strong a coincidence that the two were interlinked in my opinion.

This place is amazing there friendly and have a great gluten free menu. I had a gf burger and it was very good the bun was great and tasted nice. We had a two Yr old with us and they offer a little cup of hummus and carrot and bread sticks to nibble on till meal comes which is great for them. They also have a few toys and colouring sheets to do whilst waiting. We will definitely look up this chain for next time.

I love this place. My daughter and husband are both coeliac. Bevano Lounge has a great Coeliac menu and the food is lovely. It has the most gorgeous lamp shades which create a great ambience. The cocktails are very nice and the staff are lovely. It's a big cafe, with a mezzanine, so plenty of room. Definitely worth a visit.

  • 5/5 Bernard S. 2 years ago on Google
What a lovely find. Very relaxed setting and a tasty all day brunch. Nice menu for evening meals and some unusual drinks. An added bonus that it's a dog friendly venue. I'll certainly visit here again. Give it a try and I doubt you'll be disappointed

Absolutely delicious 😋 there aren’t words to describe how delicious my halloumi burger was!! You definitely have to try it by yourself! The place is really nice and the staff were really friendly too 100% recommended !

One cocktail was OK, the other one I had was over powered With mint and the bar staff who made it had no idea what to do. It was a simple popular moito. We didn't eat because the couple at next table sent their food back had it wasn't cooked enough. The staff changed it but then the next one was over cooked and hard.

Been here plenty of times and whilst it isn't completely an independent, there really cannot be any complaints. Food is very tasty (consistently), good value and friendly staff. It also has a nice ambience about it which is another plus! One of our favourites in Urmston...

  • 2/5 Abdul B. 2 years ago on Google
Had high expectations coming but disappointed in the end. The food when it eventually arrived nearly an hour later, was actually very decent. But an almost hour wait without warning was a bit rubbish. As was the server who said he was going to clean our table disappearing. The staff at the counter where we ordered our food were very friendly but even ordering felt like a chore. May well give a try once more maybe when it's not as busy. Had a few nice touches such as help yourself to water, and some board games you can play.

Appalling service. Food arrived at different times so my partner was finished before I even had mine. In fact, I had to even ask for my food as they forgot it! Asked for two more drinks...didn’t even arrive. Besides that, the food was average. Much prefer the quality and service of Portello Lounge!

  • 2/5 Patsy I. 3 years ago on Google
We were made to wait for ages for a table even though the place was empty.. Soda water is £1.40 a pint, even if you want it to make spritzer and have bought a bottle of wine and other drinks. It's not on the app so you still have to go to the bar to order and pay for it ??

Busy Saturday, but got a table after short wait. Big selection of food; the cheesiest mac and cheese I've ever eaten! Enjoyed this family oriented place and will go back

Really good experience. Lovely staff - except from one man who was rather rude when I requested a glass of water. Amazing food and great atmosphere. A wide range of gluten free and vegan options! Definitely recommend.

  • 5/5 Deb M. 6 months ago on Google
Ate with family after a shopping trip. No problem being seated even though it was early evening. No problems with the drink or food orders, everything arrived really quickly. Ordered the Bombay fried chicken with sweet potatoes fried, followed by the salted caramel ice cream sundae. Would order both again, absolutely delicious. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, all very attentive. Would definitely return.

Bevano Lounge has a good atmosphere and I love that it’s dog friendly. The decor is also really nice, and most of the staff are friendly. However, on my particular visit, food was not being served due to gas issues in the kitchen (which is understandable). However, we were told that food would be served after 15 minutes….fast forward 45 minutes and the man who’d told us this hadn’t returned with any updates, and there were no signs of the food situation being sorted out. I feel like he’d told us 15 minutes just so we’d buy drinks and not go elsewhere. This felt somewhat deceptive, and I didn’t appreciate it. I’ll probably visit again on another occasion, though, because I know Bevano Lounge is usually pretty good.

We love Benavo lounge! Best breakfast in Urmston and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. We had to camp out here all whilst removals were packing our house and Steve (manager) couldn't have been more accommodating or make us feel more welcome - we didn't feel that we'd overstayed our welcome at all which is very rare! Great food and really relaxed and chilled vibe, would recommend to anyone :)

  • 5/5 ADG 4 months ago on Google
Welcoming & Friendly service, dogs not just allowed but welcomed big tick. Food was very tasty, I ordered scrambled eggs on brown bread which was not on the menu but they catered for me, family had the pancakes 1 with bacon and the other with fruit both tasted great. I would happily return here for another fantastic breakfast.

Mixed experience, food was really nice but then I was ignored at the bar for about 5 mins, the staff being only 3 foot away from me... Very odd

I wandered in for lunch and it was a really lovely atmosphere with great food and great, friendly staff. Fell in love with their pink lemonade! I'd definitely recommend the chilli with extra chorizo and the rice and fries. They were all delicious! Even got directions for a local park as I didn't know the area! Thank you, Bevano Lounge, I'll definitely revisit at some point.

Recently visited this cafe in Urmston with friends and loved the casual lunchtime vibe. The fried rice and noodles were awesome and they had some good kids options too.

  • 5/5 Mindy C. 11 months ago on Google
This is my local go to for good quality food, have been going to this place for years. It caters for all which is great for a family with a veggie, a fussy eater and a coeliac😂 Any issues and the staff are happy to help and go above and beyond where they can. As with everything, prices have increased noticeably but the quality of the food and service definitely makes it worth it!

  • 5/5 Hida N. 11 months ago on Google
Nice and chill place to have a quick bite, especially when catching a train right across this restaurant. Kids and dog friendly. A variety of choices for vegans and vegetarians. The food was really good too. I also managed to do some work before I took a train as the ambience was calm and quiet. Will definitely visit again.

  • 4/5 Mark B. 1 year ago on Google
Does a job - particularly good if you've got the kids with you. Toys and colouring etc is provided plus decent children's menu. Food itself is also fine - burgers, wraps, salads all standard stuff catered for. If you just want a pint and a quick bite you could do far worse.

  • 5/5 Janice G. 1 year ago on Google
Had a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff were really pleasant. The tables are set over two floors, so there was plenty of room. However, disabled customers would be better on the ground floor, providing the toilet wasn't required, which was up a flight of stairs. Sadly I saw no lift. Whilst there was little on the menu that caught our taste buds, we did select three different side dishes to create our own meal. The staff had no problem with our choices and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Nice place, would recommend.

  • 4/5 Martin W. 1 year ago on Google
Nice cafe and bar, good selection of food and drinks. Plenty of seating inside and outside when it’s warm enough. Great place to grab a drink and some food with family and friends.

  • 5/5 Grahame A. 1 year ago on Google
We've been here several times for breakfast. Between us we've had various different things. Always been great quality and cooked well. My partner is always complaining how the toast elsewhere isn't done both sides. NOT here, she's never had to complain, so that's always a big positive. I've had the big breakfast and it more than filled me but I wasn't going to waste any. The veggie breakfast is also excellent. I'm sure we'll be visiting many times in the future. Great place, relaxed atmosphere that's dog friendly too.

This is the very coolest bar in Urmston! The place has such a great, friendly atmosphere and the service is always amazing. I have to leave a review because I’ve been here numerous times and the service, drinks and food have always been superb! Try the loaded chicken burgers! They are sooooo good :))))

Always lovely here. We went for brunch. The food was very tasty. The service is a little hit and miss sometimes, but you can't fault the food, and the coffee is lovely.

  • 2/5 Mark F. 3 years ago on Google
Disappointing, my breakfast took half an hour to come and a couple who ordered after me got their meal first, I was on a tight schedule and could have done without the delay. When the meal came it was dry and ordinary, I won't be having breakfast there again or recommending it to anyone else.

Really good food. Fantastic choice of gluten free (or non for that matter!), including big range of main menu choices and drinks. Well looked after and service was great. Probably our favorite restaurant in Cirencester as its very relaxed and informal. Good value for money. Only issue was the app didn't work so needed to order at the bar. That's not a problem but quite annoying to go through the whole app process before it crashed at payment. We've eaten here several times and never left disappointed, standard of food and service always good.

Had a very nice evening here. Good food, very friendly staff. We had to queue for 20 minutes outside but that's because it was discount Wednesday, it's obviously popular with the locals and they are serious about not having too many people in at the same time. Very good value.

I will be back. The poached eggs were done to perfection. What makes this cafe special is the efficient and friendly staff. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. This is the best place for All-Day breakfasts in Cirencester.

Impressed with the organisation and simplicity of visiting during these odd times. Ordered online, food very nice, and good ambience...only small negative was no way to add a note on the order (e.g. eggs and bacon well done please).

  • 1/5 Paul C. 3 years ago on Google
Ordering is too complex. Spent ages on my phone having to nhs scan, order by phone, pay by phone etc. Takes the joy out of the whole dining experience... Since this comment the owner has been in touch and said he would help us (two pensioners who are not internet/ android savvy). Still cant pay cash though, recon that will lose them some custom.

  • 3/5 Jay M. 3 years ago on Google
3/5 because I've been here twice in 2019. The first time was good. The second time was not so good. On the second visit, the staff duplicated the order so we got charged for two dishes when we only ordered one. We did get a refund for this. The food was slow to arrive with my sister's order coming last by about ten minutes and me & my partner's order missing the sides meant to come with the dishes. It's a nice atmosphere when not noisy and is dog friendly. There are some large opening windows on the building but even when closed, it can still be cold sat next to these.
