I've been going to CrossFit Trafford for just over 2yrs now, best decision i have made lifestyle-wise in a long time. If you want a change from your standard gym and routine definitely give it a try. Everyday is different so no boring run on the treadmill or weight session on your own. Always a warm welcome and smile from the coaches and members. It literally is for all abilities if you cant do a certain movement there will be an alternative "scaled" version which the experienced coaches and sometimes members always offer up advice on. There are plenty of varied classes 7 days a week, so no excuses for not getting in. Friendly, functional fitness at its finest in my opinion!!!

Couldn’t ask for a better gym! I’ve gone through phases in the past of joining the gym but never really stook to it due to being bored and repetitive but with CrossFit every class varies and tailor to all fitness levels. Cheers guys!

My daughter Isobelle is 12 years old and has tried all different activities but she has never stuck at them. Then she tried crossfit, Duncan and Luke make the session fun but challenging. They are both excellent coaches and there is always a great atmosphere. My son Joshua who is very sporty has recently joined and also loves going. They really do cater for all different levels of fitness and abilities.

A fantastic community environment. There's no attitude, everyone is in it together and nobody is left behind. The coaches are knowledgable and take a genuine interest in your goals and helping you to reach them. Exercises are scaled to match your skill level so you are always pushing yourself to achieve the best results for you.

Great gym with a lovely community. As a mum to an active toddler, it was really important to have somewhere to train where he was not only safe but welcome - Infiniti Fitness really fits that bill.
My husband is the Head CrossFit Kids coach at the gym, but that in no way is biasing this review.
If you are a parent to young, or older, children and live in Trafford pop in and have a chat with the guys and a look around.

Great new gym. Two excellent coach's. Friendly, team spirit with everyone supporting each other. No session is the same, and with an app where you enter your results, you know exactly how you're doing and when you get a PB. The 5.30 am starts aren't bad either!!!

Friendly coaches who really know their stuff & care about getting their clients the results they want. The classes are kept small to ensure everyone gets enough personal attention to ensure you are doing exercises correctly to maximise the benefit & also prevent injury.
These guys make exercise fun even when you're working hard. Their workouts get results & the small groups make exercise far more enjoyable than working out solo or regular gym classes where you are just a number. Highly recommend to all, whether you are new to exercise or a fitness fanatic.

I'm biased, as I am one of the coaches and owners, but I really do love Infiniti Fitness! The gym is incredibly child friendly, which is important for me as my toddler spends a lot of time there.
I am coached by our head coach, Scott Harrison, a very knowledgeable and personable chap. He knows his biomechanics inside and out.
We are all really passionate about getting the general population fitter, healthier and happier - that's everyone, not just the super fit athletes. Sure they're fun to train, but we want to make a difference to peoples lives.
We are also big into charity, we run quarterly charity events and support a number of important causes.
