I
have
always
loved
Pret,
but
lately
on
my
last
visits
everything
was
so
disappointing.
I
usually
don’t
do
complaints
or
even
write
a
review
but
i
was
really
disappointed
that
i
don’t
think
i’ll
go
to
Pret
ever
again.
I
was
sitting
and
I
have
found
a
lady
come
to
sit
with
me
and
I
was
like
excuse
me
and
she
replied
saying
“
i
see
you
don’t
have
any
food
from
here
so
i
have
the
privilege
to
sit
here
more
than
you”
and
we
argued
as
she
was
super
rude
and
didn’t
even
ask
in
a
nice
way
to
sit
but
whatever,
we
ended
arguing
and
she
called
the
staff
in
a
loud
way
making
everyone
to
look
at
us
for
no
reason
and
I
can’t
even
describe
how
rude
she
was.
She
went
to
talk
with
your
staff
and
said
that
I
don’t
have
purchased
anything
from
you
so
that
i
have
to
go
away!
Your
staff
surprised
me
to
be
supporting
her
and
come
to
talk
with
me
to
tell
me
that
i
have
to
go!
I
had
your
subscription
and
i
always
used
to
order
from
you.
I
was
so
surprised
from
the
audacity
they
came
to
talk
with.
And
how
they
could
even
treat
a
costumer
in
that
way.
They
were
seeing
me
for
days
coming
to
order
from
you
and
only
for
one
day
where
i
was
sitting
waiting
for
my
family
to
come
to
order
together
as
I
didn’t
want
to
eat
before
them
i
have
found
all
of
this
happening.
They
literally
ruined
my
day.
I
have
never
seen
something
that
rude
in
my
life
and
honestly
you
have
to
be
ashamed
to
be
not
treating
costumers
equally.
Then
again
i
went
to
another
store
and
i
was
eating
a
salmon
salad
and
found
big
bones
inside
the
salmon
and
i
was
literally
going
to
throw
up.
Another
day
as
well
i
have
ordered
an
iced
latte
with
coconut
milk
and
after
a
bit
i
have
found
like
white
pieces
of
idk
what
it
was
inside
my
drink
and
then
again
like
a
tiny
piece
of
meat
I
believe
,
it
was
food.
So
i
thought
to
write
a
review
as
it
is
not
the
first
time
having
a
bad
experience
with
you.And
that
was
literally
very
disappointing.
