Not
very
impressed
with
the
attitude
of
one
of
the
sales
staff.
On
receiving
my
order
of
a
selection
of
canned
beers,
I
noticed
that
one
can
was
very
damaged.
I
contacted
the
company
to
check
that
it
would
be
OK
(and
not
erupt
on
opening).
To
the
credit
of
the
customer
service,
the
response
was
received
very
quickly.
However,
the
member
of
staff
blamed
to
delivery
service
for
treating
the
parcel
disrespectfully.
(I
had
explained
in
my
initial
email
that
the
packaging
was
in
perfect
order
and
that
the
cans
of
beer
were
packed
in
tight,
preformed
cardboard,
so
the
can
was
obviously
damaged
before
packing.)
I
responded
by
reiterating
that
the
outside
packaging
was
perfect
as
was
the
preformed
cardboard
inside
the
box,
I
also
said
that
it
was
unfair
to
blame
the
delivery
company
when
it
was
clearly
not
at
fault.
The
response
to
me
was
that
the
delivery
company
were
definitely
to
blame
and
that
the
damaged
can
could
not
have
been
stacked
on
their
shelves
because
of
the
damage
anyway.
Whilst
I
commend
the
company
for
the
promptness
of
responses,
and
the
quality
of
the
products,
I'm
very
disappointed
that
they
are
obviously
happy
to
put
the
blame
on
a
clearly
innocent
party.
In
response
to
your
response:
I
was
not
questioning
the
product,
it's
lovely,
and
I
was
reassured
by
your
response
assuring
me
that
the
damaged
can
would
not
explode
on
opening!
I
just
felt
sad
for
the
delivery
company
as
the
packaging
was
not
damaged
in
any
way.
Very
pleased
to
support
a
small
business
and
wish
you
good
luck
with
your
venture
-
I
will
definitely
be
buying
from
you
again
as
your
selection
of
beers
is
the
best
I've
seen
anywhere.
