Had lunch today at this exquisite restaurant. Tried to find higher end restaurants near me and I'm glad we plumped for this place. After ordering, we were presented with a selection of (what seemed to me) homemade breads. I chose the mini baguette and my wife chose a poppyseed bun. Both nice and warm, and delicious. I had the fishcake and fillet steak, and my wife had the scallops and duck. For desserts, I chose sticky toffee pudding and my wife had the creme brulee. I'm not kidding, everything was amazing and if they redecorated the decor to the standard of a 5 star hotel, they'd easily win a Michelin star (not that I want them to because they'd increase prices then!). I highly recommend them and I'm already planning my next meal there.

The only proper restaurant i have visited the last 2 years in the northwest. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a good variety of wines. VFM. Defo will come back. Highly recommended.

Birthday meal for my wife and always have a lovely meal. Keep up the amazing work and the staff are amazing. Also the bread and butter pudding is the best pudding I've ever eaten.

What an incredible restaurant. Truly first class fine dining at very reasonable prices. Excellent service. Excellent portions. Delicious. Timing between courses was good, well read tables. We will definitely be back! And I do t like to eat in the same place twice!

A fantastic faultless dinner for my dad’s 80th birthday. The quality of food, presentation and taste was exceptional and with an extensive menu, there is so much choice. This place is a hidden gem, just outside Lymm village and 20 minutes out of Manchester. I had scallops, lamb rump and crepe Suzette. This is old school fine dining. I also tasted the sirloin steak and sticky toffee pudding. The monkfish risotto looked lovely. The homemade breads, sorbet, canapés and chocolates were also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was impeccable. Probably the best dinner out I have eaten for a long time. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

What a find! From the moment you walk in you notice the atmosphere, a little backing music but low enough so that dinner conversation is comfortable. The service is friendly and impeccable. The menu has so much I must have changed my mind 5 times! The food was the best I have tasted, absolutely delicious. The bill was very reasonable and dare I say much less than I was expecting. We will certainly be back ....... Fantastique!

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at La Boheme, this weekend with our family. I was impressed by the quality of food, the attention to detail, as well as the excellent service provided by all members of staff. Many thanks to you all, for making this a memorable night. I strongly recommend this restaurant, to those who have yet to visit.

Dinner for my wife’s birthday was excellent. Wonderful staff took care of us and treated us with great respect, like the old days of eating out. The food was fabulous. But make sure you leave room for desert. The taster desert was unbelievable and we polished it off despite being full to bursting. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Lovely place to go for lunch or dinner. Lots of choice on the menu and attentive service. Pork starter with black pudding was to die for.

Food was amazing, staff and service were equally exquisite, and that's all that really matters! Isn't is? But to provide a full review, yes the venue is a bit dated and my wife and I were the youngest in there by about 40years. If that bothers you... wear a blindfold 🤷🏻‍♂️, the foods fantastic

Had an awesome meal with a mate. Between courses they'd come out with little tasters and you can have a choice of breasts both gratis as part of the experience. Cost more than plenty of restaurants, but not ridiculous either considering it was all very nice. A few reviews mention weirdness with the staff (probably gone now), we had nothing like that. My images show the haddock starter with sweet chilli and ginger, and my dessert. Sorry forgot the pic of my main course, the steak and peppercorn Just note that if you are funny about trying new things with this as a French restaurant, the menu descriptions were in English, and while there's plenty of fancy things, you can still have twists on very English choices. Cost £38 for 2 courses on the Xmas menu, then paid more for desert and drinks

My favourite restaurant in the area. I celebrated my birthday with my husband and had the most wonderful mains ever. It wasn't even on the menu. A couple nearby were celebrating a birthday too. We all had a lovely time. Thanks to all the staff, you were brilliant.

This was a new find for me, which is surprising as it's not that far away! I was very impressed with La Boheme, the food was excellent. The flavours, the presentation and the service time were all fantastic. The only aspect that knocks it down to 4 stars in the service is that we weren't offered more drinks. But other than that, I had a brilliant experience and will definitely be going back!

So lovely to have a real dining experience, and be waited on with a smile. Fabulous food, freshly cooked, tasty and hot. Beautifully served. A lovely evening from the very tasty canapes to the dessert, and an alcohol free sparkling wine, that looks like champagne.

One of the finest restaurants in the North West. Professional, attentive service and fabulous food at a very reasonable price (2 lunch course for £27 at time of writing). Some lovely extra touches as well, including a lovely birthday surprise. A lovely place to be.

Not the first time we have booked a meal at La Boheme. I have to say I don't often praise the chef but I certainly did this time. The food was amazing. The pork fillet was cooked to perfection and is totally recommended The food is slightly more expensive then elsewhere but really does make up in quality.

We visited a year ago and came again yesterday evening. Still absolutely delicious French cuisine in a cosy romantic setting. Fabulous service too! Love the complimentary Hors d'oeuvres and palette cleanser Sorbet served between courses. Definitely our favourite local French restaurant! Can't wait to return!

First time visiting this restaurant and it was amazing. It is so rare to get the level of service provided here, even at top top restaurants, I was so impressed at the attentiveness of staff it just makes it so much more relaxing. The food was beautiful, everything was perfectly cooked it was like being in France. Timings of the courses was perfect. Palette cleaner before mains was a lovely touch. Everything on the menu looked amazing so I’ll be returning to try more. Couldn’t rate this restaurant any higher, absolute must visit. My first restaurant review because I felt I had to commend this lovely place.

5 stars definitely deserved both for the great staff and the finest quality of their dishes. We had a great experience of personalised bespoke service in a fantastic environment. It worth every penny spent. I would recommend this restaurant definitely especially for people that appreciate details and time and effort spent to provide holistic experience.

👍 We went for a joint family birthday meal. Lovely venue with nice staff and a great outdoor area for the kids when the weather is a little more appealing. It was a very busy afternoon so service was a little slower than expected which I understand with working in hospitality myself. Our server altho...
