This is based on 2 interactions with the hospital. My partner had an ENT consultation where the doctor was pretty eager to remove her tonsils after only 2 minutes and was not asking anything about the historical issues she had. Later on she went to a different clinic and she's fine ever since without any surgery. Second time I wanted to book an ultrasound appointment that was denied based on the fact that my date of birth was missing from the GP referral. Again, two other clinics did not have any problem accepting the referral and I feel like this is a ridiculous detail that by no mean can be mandatory since you can prove it with any form of ID, plus I already mentioned I was paying for the procedure myself. It seems pretty improbable that this hospital would ever be our first choice.

Can not fault this hospital, I went private to get my sons tongue tie done and from booking the staff was great specially Joan Prof Bruce PA, the day of the operation came round (within 3 weeks of making the enquiry) and the staff took care of my lad, made him feel at ease at all times and was very friendly with him. The cost was so worth it to now have a happy 5 year with no worries about being bullied or scared of going to school. Thanks again Prof Bruce, Joan & Staff.

Impossible to get through to. 6 emails saying they will call me, its 3 days later and still nobody has called. I called the number they provided me with for the relevant department and I spent over an hour on hold without answer. I wanted to pay them privately for a treatment but am having to go elsewhere as after 3 days I have given up. If this is the service they provide I certainly would not trust them for a medical procedure!

Recent surgery at Spire Manchester. Consultant care was excellent. He spent considerable time before and after the procedure and I was kept fully informed. Theatre staff were kind and provided reassurance. Ward nursing care was attentive and my post operative pain was well managed. Follow up calls by the nurse specialist were welcomed as this gave me the chance to ask further questions. Thank you to all who looked after me

Great feedback for the admin team on finding me an appointment for my urgent Echocardiogram. Receptionists on outpatients and waiting room desks also very help helpful and professional. All very much appreciated. Person doing the Echo in my opinion had very poor communication and people skills and really does not represent her department very well at all. Felt like I was a huge inconvenience to her, which maybe why she couldn’t communicate or even look at me. Asked lady in restaurant if I could buy a Diet Coke as no staff were in there, her reply beyond rude. She should be kept in the back and not allowed to deal with people. I wanted to book more treatments but I will not be giving the Spire my money if 50% of the people I came across were rude.

I would certainly not recommend this hospital. Moreover, the Consultant I saw, was both dismissive, disinterested and unhelpful. I was utterly astonished by the complete lack of empathy or understanding. The consultation was extremely brief and hopelessly inadequate. I was left with a host of unanswered questions, as the consultant was anxious to leave stating, "I'll have to go now. I have another patient to see". The consultant repeated his patronising comments when he fleetingly saw me immediately prior to the procedure. I have received far better care under the NHS. To add insult to injury, I was left waiting three and a half hours before I went into theatre. I made the consultant aware I was in extreme discomfort, and was simply ignored. No member of staff had the common courtesy to explain the reason for the delay. Aftercare was absolutely non-existent. I have now received my test results, however the consultant is refusing to clarify his diagnosis. A diagnosis is what I paid for, and which I did not receive with any degree of clarity. Information is being deliberately withheld until I pay for yet another hopelessly inadequate consultation. I completed quite a lengthy patient experience questionnaire, incorporating a request for a member of the team to call me back. As expected, no member of staff has made any attempt whatsoever to contact me. The purported 'service' I have received has been substandard; negligent; unprofessional; disrespectful and uncaring. On an additional point, be prepared to waste your entire morning or afternoon trying to get through to this hospital on their phone system, which is not fit for purpose. Upon multiple occasions, I was left waiting inordinate lengths of time, only to be cut off. The fulfillment of your food order also appears to be beyond them. I ordered a vegetarian cheese and tomato sandwich. Instead I received cheese & ham. Prior to ordering, I made it absolutely clear I was a vegetarian. This is worse than the NHS. If you enjoy being treated like a piece of meat on a production line, where your only value is in the remuneration they can elicit, this is the place for you. Disgraceful!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had breast implants with Dr Gerard Byrne. I was 22 and i was absolutely butchered. Complaint opened after a few of us got together (all same surgeon) all had issues...some more serious than others. I was put under a total of 4x and given implants that were absolutely huge on my frame. I suffered from bottoming out, capsular contracture, scar lumps forming on my cleavage from the inside that my GP initially wasnt sure was cancer or infection to which I received anti biotics, back problems, curving of my spine, headaches, reddening around breast tissue including bruising/broken veins and they were freezing to touch because there was no circulation due to how thin my skin became. Nothing done. I was told I knew the risks. Not that a professional surgeon with years of experience - who apparently worked for a breast cancer charity had been completely irresponsible operating this way on a 22year old woman and doing such a poor job. Finally had my implants removed by the NHS because of the problems I had suffered. I still have trapped nerves in my back. The NHS said my scars were ridiculously large which were completely unnecessary as they did them half the size when removing them. Worse mistake of my life and ruined so many years of my life. Utterly disgraceful. Never a single apology told I'd have to pay Β£6,000 to have them removed!!! More than what I paid to have them put in including buying my implants. You couldnt make it up. EDIT: You ask me to get in touch? Did you not read my review... I already did. I made a full complaint and NOTHING WAS DONE. I was told I knew the risk and I would have to fund it all myself. I know of 4 of us who had many issues from this same surgeon. One got a solicitor involved and still you did nothing. Why would I get in touch again? Absolute shambles

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and went through her operation here at Spire Manchester Hospital. I am very grateful for Dr. John Murphy and his team for taking such wonderful care of my mom when she went for her surgery and for her overnight stay. I heard how caring the nurses were in making sure my mom wasn't in pain or if she was in need of anything. For the past year that she has been visiting here for her consultations, CT scans, MRI scans, blood tests, etc., they all been so kind and helpful especially at this time with the pandemic. The hospital are thoroughly following the COVID-19 rules to wear masks (even providing masks when entering), hand sanitizing, checking temperature, social distancing, etc. God bless you all and stay safe.

Spire lost two of my blood tests, paperwork archived and blood samples destroyed. They told me all I can do is repeat the blood tests but they've not offered to cover the costs of the second test or reimburse the costs of the first test. I have tried to speak to management, complaints or customer service but they won't take my call. I have sent emails to patientcomplaints and mymcrexperience, no response. Not even an acknowledgement email. I have no choice but to pay for the tests again, but I'm not daft enough to pay Spire again. There are other hospitals with better Google Maps reviews. I will update this review if anything changes in the future. Update 12/07/22: I have had 2 telephone calls from Spire. 1 call to arrange the replacement blood tests and 1 call to explain why the blood tests went missing. Changed star rating from 1 to 2.

My 2 year old son attended today for a day case procedure under paediatrics - Mr Fagbemi. If I could give more than 5 stars I genuinely would. Abu (deputy lead) looked after us throughout. The service was amazing and he is an exceptional nurse who really cared for my son. From the catering department to the theatre staff and porters, I cannot thank enough. We all had lovely meals and at the end my son was gifted a little elephant teddy and certificate, which was just an amazing touch. Thank you so much and please pass on my feedback to all staff involved on today's shift.

I think it’s disgusting that my GP works at the spire but also gets paid a fortune working for the NHS part time in fact all the GPS at my NHS surgery are now part time and work at the spire Which would be ok if one could get an appointment at your NHS paid GP but this is now impossible , But the most disgusting part is nobody has any problem getting an appointment at the spire sounds like a conflict of interest to me

I absolutely could not recommend this hospital enough, my 2 year old went for a small procedure - the facilities are brill, the hospital is really clean and modern. My daughter arrived terrified after a couple of unfortunate experiences at our local NHS hospital, but when it was time to leave The Spire she wanted to stay! The staff were amazing on the children’s ward, they went over and above - took their time with my daughter when needed so she wasn’t upset at any point, they were just wonderful. Update - unfortunately despite the actual staff on the day being amazing I have to flag that the accounts department of Spire Healthcare are quite the opposite. They neglected to claim one of the bills through my insurance - this was a smaller bill which it looks like they forgot to claim at the time so have been chasing me for this since around June this year. My insurance company have confirmed this is covered however despite ringing numerous times and leaving a high number of voicemails nobody at Spire rings me back or gets in touch. I have today received a final reminder from their debt recovery team and still I cannot get through to advise them they should be claiming through my insurance as they have done the rest of the bills. Luckily Aviva on the other hand are being really helpful and are sorting for me. Really disappointing after such amazing service at the hospital itself.

The care i received was very good on ward 2 from my primary nurse, along with the consultant, HCA, student nurse, anaesthetist and theatre staff. However, i was upset the next day as in my aftercare instructions it said spare dressings provided to replace or reinforce when required. There were no spare dressings provided and i had to ring the ward to get these. I spoke to 3 different members of staff and basically had to argue the toss as to why i needed a dressing. If this wasn't documented in my notes i would not of requested this. Staff nurse was very rude and abrupt. I could of got a dressings from my own hospital but off work for 2 weeks. I was even asked what type of dressing it was and what size. If i wasn't a nurse myself i would not of known this information . What has happened to reading patients notes or even compassion...

Telephoned a fortnight ago to book a self pay appointment for my child and details taken for a call back from the booking team. I asked the lady on the phone about when they would come back to me and she was very abrasive and said maybe in a few days she didn’t know she would just email them my details. Anyway no call back so I chased up again and no interest whatsoever in helping to get the booking team to call me. Have ended up going to The Alexandra in Cheadle which is further away for us and more expensive but a spot on friendly service and appointments booked the same day I called and an efficient polite service. The Spire could learn a lot from having good customer service and actually phoning people back to book in. I certainly won’t ever consider using Spire in the future as they come across as a waste of time and when you are wanting a hospital to see a child that is unwell you don’t need the added stress of chasing people up to do their job.

I visited the hospital on 21/4/23 and paid Β£506 for some blood tests. I was told I would get the results within 2-3 days. It is now 17/6/23 and I still have not received my results! I paid a large sum of money to ensure speedy results and reassurance, but am left disappointed, frustrated, anxious and upset. I am still waiting on a response from the hospital, but this has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend.

Looked after my six year old daughter brilliantly. She had to have a tooth removed as part of the anaesthetic process and the nurses were even kind enough to leave her a pound with the pot. They made her first general anaesthetic a less scary thing, and when I called with a follow-up question in the evening after the procedure they were quick to answer and helpful.

The consultants at Spire at great. However my recent experiences at Spire have been undermined by the poor service at the podiatry specialism. There is no means of contacting the specialist here unless via emails. After countless bookings and emails sent...nil response. Also radiology are closed on weekends so if you need to change an appointment or inform them of a cancellation, this is not possible. So overall a good hospital but certain departments do let them down.

Dr Nigam is extremely unprofessional, he took the consultation fee and decided not to carry out the operation. I'm still waiting for Β£3000 to be returned to myself, its been months! He totally disregarded the health of my 3 year old niece who is struggling breathing and eating. He is arrogant, ignorant and a disgrace to the health profession, be warned! Don't waste your money.

Christine Dunn - I have recently been a patient at the Spire for a hip replacement operation and I would just like to say the care I received was second to none. All staff I came into contact with were happy to help and treated me with dignity and respect. I would like to give a special mention to Sandra Griffiths who went the extra mile

AVOID! My mom had an MRI scan over 3 weeks ago and there is no description, no scan, no response to emails. Nobody picks up the phone. How is this even legal and how can you treat your patients like that when they pay tons of money for you? We will be contacting our bank for a refund because you didn't do anything aside from taking the money and giving us a receipt. Awful hospital.

Amazing customer service and care from Aali Sheen and all his team. I felt looked after from the moment I arrived on the morning of my surgery. I was escorted to my room and one by one, the health professionals arrived and looked after me. My surgery was very successful and I could not recommend this hospital more. Thank you Aali and all the team at Manchester Spire.

Quite poor when it came to my mum's gallbladder removal. They seemed more concerned about getting her out of the hospital asap rather than allow her to heal. The imperative here is money over care. My mum was sent by the NHS this the keenness to get the bed quickly for re-use (and more money). I won't forget the discomfort and tiredness she endured.

This is based on my partners experience. Mr Irfan Siddique's assistant, Wajeeha, is pretty terrible. For starters, she gives advice as though she is the doctor, rather than booking the advised appointment. Secondly, we are still waiting for results from a scan which we were told would be sent to us a week after. It is now 2 months after. Wajeeha has ignored all of our calls and messages. When we call Spire, we are told they can't pass the results directly to us, it has to come from the doctor. Booking in to see the doctor requires waiting another few months. Shocking really, given my partner is still in pain.

I have attended Spire Manchester Hospital and clinic Hale on numerous occasions and been seen by various consultants who have all been exemplary in my care, they listened and gave honest assessments of my health and treatment to suit. The hospital nurses are caring and go out of their way to make you feel as though you are their only patient. I also have BUPA assessments through my employer at Spire Manchester. They are very thorough, give great advice and send you a report of your assessment very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital to anyone.

I had what should have been simple rhinoplasty with Dr James Murphy at the spire. It’s the single worst decision I’ve ever made. To date I have been contacted by lots of his other patients (after I wrote about my experience on the RealSelf website) people who have also had bad outcomes after having cosmetic surgery with Dr James Murphy. Yet the spire continue to let this doctor practice. The doctors merely rent rooms, the spire is a business first and foremost customers welfare clearly comes second. For one doctor to have double figures of complaints against him is shocking. For the spire to continue to let him practice says it all. The system is very flawed and he knows the loopholes. This surgeon refunds when people complain at level 1 so his complaints never reach level 2 ~therefore the general medial council who supposedly oversee the industry never get to see the complaints. But The Spire Manchester are fully aware of his patients complaints yet they continue to allow him to practice. I have been left with a deviated septum(he took to much bone away ) and daily nose bleeds, other patients have been left far worse than me.When you go in for cosmetic surgery the last thing you want is to be left worse off than when you went in ~it’s truly heart breaking.

Had my tonsillectomy procedure done last year at Spire Manchester, the care I received from start to finish was impeccable. From the pre-op, admin, nurses, HCA's, catering and the consultant (Mr Birzgalis) I felt so comfortable and informed the whole way through my journey. I was unfortunately re-admitted as an emergency due to swelling and query infection, but Spire were so quick to get me back in and provided me with top quality care to get me back on my feet! I am extremely grateful for all involved in my care.

I had never paid for a Private GP appointment but as I was facing numerous delays in getting my son seen, I booked an appointment with Dr Dev Shah from Spire Manchester. I have to say Dr Dev Shah was absolutely brilliant throughout. He listened and spent time to understand the issues my son was going through. I did not feel rushed and his initial consultation and assessment of my son felt thorough and professional. Even after the consultation Dr Dev Shah has followed up and ensured that my son was seen by the right specialist by completing any required referrals. He was compassionate and thoughtful of the circumstance and I would recommend him if you are looking to book an GP appointment. As a result I am getting some traction and progress with my son being seen. Thank you once again Dr Dev Shah From Mr Choudhury

Their website says if you have a referral to a specialist from your nhs gp, they allow you to use their services for treatment and it’s covered on the nhs. I used their web form to ask how I go about doing this and I was replied with an email saying they don’t know anything in regards to the nhs and their service for what it needed is Β£7,000. The one star is for the confusion created by their website saying one thing and the staff saying different.I did email the person back and explained what I read on their website but no one ever replied again.

I had an initial consultation with Gastroenterologist Dr James Andrew Robinson recently and had a great experience. The staff at the hospital are warm and welcoming. It's a lovely setting; clean, spacious and warm. Free hot drinks. The Consultant was really kind, warm, understanding and empathic. I felt in safe hands. I visited again today for a CT scan and had another positive experience. Lovely member of staff on the radiology reception (didn't catch his name) and again warm and welcoming staff in the entire department. Whoever passed me in the corridoor was really friendly. I would recommend.

Well what can I say! Going private really does pay off.. I'm 28 and I had bilateral augmentation here on 24/09 which was 7am admission went down to theatre by 12pm and woke at 2pm in recovery, stayed overnight and left 1pm following day. My consultant was Prof Ged Byrne...what a surgeon he is with fantastic skills! He has changed my life and made me feel so confident and it's not even been 2 weeks which just shows how great the results are so far!! To the anaesthetist team, breast nurses, service staff ..THANK YOU! You were all absolutely brilliant, attentive, compassionate and empathetic throughout! This really was a great experience for me and one that I will never forget. I highly recommend spire hospital and Prof Ged Byrne as a consultant/surgeon. So happy, I just can't thank you all enough! Update: They say a patient care representative will contact you, but that apparently doesn’t really happen. Traveling in the U.K., I came down with a very serious case of Covid. As a 71-year-old woman, I was naturally very worried. I was also in excruciating pain. When I discovered that I could not get treatment in my hotel room, my hotel personnel and my tour guide all suggested I go to the hospital. Of course, when I arrived at Spire at 16:00 on Sept.15, I soon learned that I couldn’t get treatment for Covid there. That was not unreasonable. What I protest was the rudeness and cruelty with which I was treated at the front desk. What kind of person speaks to a sick, shivering old woman without a trace of respect or empathy? This was truly the most disgusting treatment I’ve ever experienced at a health-care facility. Spire should be ashamed of itself, and it should train its personnel in good manners and empathy.

I would like to thank Spire Manchester for looking after me during my Ear Nose & Throat procedure in November 2023. If there were a zero star, I would have selected it. I have had a horrible recent experience during and after colonoscopy and gastroscopy. I woke up midway through the procedure, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I had to rush to the hospital two days after the procedure since I hadn't been feeling well, and it turns out I have infections in the area where the tubes passed through. The staff nurse was very unfriendly. I got very contradictory information between the procedure I received during the phone call and from the instructions I received in the post. Surprisingly, the procedure and the Specialist, Dr Abhiram Sharma, were never on time; I waited 45 minutes to 1 hour for the first consultation, 1 hour for the procedure, and at least 25 min for the follow-up consultation. Although Spire Hospital seems to mention the consultation is 20-30 min, that was not the case. I had my appointment at 6:40 PM, and someone else was waiting for the same Specialist, and his appointment was at 6:50 PM. In addition, I have never seen a report about the procedure's results that includes my complaint about what happened in the procedure and after words; it doesn't include how many biopics have been taken, analysis has been done, or more details. In addition, the Specialist documented everything in the follow-up report (which now they consider a report about the procedure) and never mentioned that his sedation during the procedure wasn't enough. I found this lacks transparency. I also submitted feedback with details, and no one from the hospital contacted me. I wouldn't recommend Spire Hospital to anyone. I am still in Pain after 2 weeks from the procedure.

I have visited Spire Manchester Hospital for a couple of Bupa wellness checks over the past 2 years, I was very impressed with the hospital as a whole, it is very clean and modern, doesn't feel like a hospital at all, more like a hotel! The wellness check looked into every aspect of my health and I was impressed to receive the results the very next day! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely recommend Spire Manchester to anybody for good quality care! Thank you to all at Spire Manchester!

I arranged to have a telephone conversation with my consultant via his secretary and it was arranged for 6.15 pm. I then received a phone call from someone at the Spire Manchester advising me of my appointment at 6.15 any to be there !!! I explained I love 120 miles away and it was to be a telephone consultation, I was tol we will see you at 6.15 I did not get a call until 7pm it appears my excellent consultant thought I was going to be there in person ! I have had some issues with administration at this hospital in the past. A prescription was left for me to collect and no one could find it for hours It was left at reception by the consultant

Absolutely superb hospital. Had the most fantastic care while I was here. The nurses are genuinely some of the most fantastic nurses you could ever come across and are such a credit to this hospital. All of the staff from the porters, to the nurses to the kitchen staff are absolutely wonderful and made my experience here so much better than it could have been under the circumstances. Highly recommended

Quite some problems with misleading online reservation system (virtual consultations becoming face to face and vice versa) Being a self paying private patient there was some confusion when I was billed for a second time for an expensive consultant's appointment, having already paid before the consultations. Receipts for payment apparently not issued automatically - needed several reminders each time for respective receipts to be sent. Some difficulty in receiving medical reports by post and by mail. 40 minute virtual consultation reduced to about 20 mins after consultant arrives 15 mins late. The original review was very negative, but Spire Manchester contacted me directly, handled my complaint seriously and offered explanations for many of the alleged deficiencies.

The physio team are brilliant but the admin staff are utterly useless. Never answer the phones, invoicing errors and unhelpful responses when you do speak to them. I have wasted so much time on hold trying to sort things out with this hospital that I will choose any other hospital for future treatment. Our local NHS GP is better for customer service and that says something!

Absolutely brilliant service from the first to the last consultation. Dr Goldsmith did an amazing job on my hernia operation. Would definitely recommend him to anybody.

Had my tonsillectomy procedure done last week at Spire Manchester, the care I received from start to finish was impeccable.

I recently had surgery with Professor Ged Byrne and I cannot rate this hospital highly enough! Fantastic surgeon and what a lovely team. Results are absolutely brilliant and I never in a millions years thought I would look like this. He really is a credit to Spire. The nurse attending to me was so lovely and the rest of the surgical team were really great. Compared to my previous experience at a cosmetic surgery clinic, I can say Spire were far superior in delivering care. Thank you!

My 3 year old daughter had a adenotonsilectomy last week and stayed on the children's ward. Amazing care throughout. Sarah was her primary nurse and she was just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she took great care in making sure my daughter was comfortable and was very attentive after surgery to ensure she was doing well. Full aftercare instructions given.I can not fault them in any way at all, was visited by the surgeon before and after surgery and also the anaesthetist before to give us a full description on what was going to happen. Lovely clean room, amazing food after her surgery too, felt like a hotel, wouldn't of minded an overnight stay to be honest 🀣 Would definitely recommend the paediatric team. Thankyou so much Sarah and team.

Pathology Labs reject samples because of label code missing, even though they advised my local Spire they would process them and could identify who they belong to after double checking. 2 weeks to report their failings. Unacceptable as I now have to undergo weeks of physical pain in order to recollect the bloods. A shambles do not use and waste your hard earned money- the NHS do a better job!

I visited for a Dorsel root ganglion block today, administrated by Dr Mowafak Abdelghani - This man is an absolute credit to Spire, I cannot explain how much he has helped me. The radiologist and nurse were lovely too.

Excellent experience. Last week I had an operation and was delighted with the care I received from all staff. Many thanks to Mr. M. Hayton for his expertise, compassion and professionalism.

Consultants are great but this is undermined by the appalling poor service from the radiology department. They misplaced an MRI scan I had and never sent the results back to my consultant. I had to chase them multiple times so they finally sent these results after several months to my consultant. They never call you back after leaving voicemails and never pick up the phone

Absolutely brilliant hospital. I had my knee surgery for meniscus year with Dr Lavender and from the very beginning to very end it was the most smoothly run process I've ever experienced in my life. On my arrival I was immediately offered a manue from which I could choose a meal for my post operation. It was a vast choice of drinks, sandwiches salads etc. The every 10-15 min a dedicated.professional would come into my room to ask pre op questions and fill in the forms. I saw 2 nurses, physio assistant, surgeon and anastgethetician consultant . My surgery was at 11am everything went very smoothly (I came to hospital at 7am) and I was discharged at 5pm. Every few minutes someone would check me in my room bring water and make me ac comfortable as it was possible. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive. They run as a well oiled machnline. Just very pleased with entire experience.

Just spoke Spire to enquire about a treatment. I was referred to the sales department where the guy who spoke to me came across very condicending. I remained polite and thanked him for the information he provided me with, he just hung up the phone which I thought was rude. Most people will at least say goodbye before cutting the call. I have given 2 star because I am not sure what treatment would be like but like as I am no longer considering treatment here.

An excellent experience for my Mum for her Thyroidectomy surgery. The hospital was very well presented, the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. A small and reasonably priced restaurant was very useful. Large car park with plenty of space. Wheelchairs were available in the entrance foyer which my Mum used. Very comfortable room with TV. Overall an excellent experience with no complaints whatsoever.

Not until I arrived at the hospital that I was told that my appointment is cancelled without any prior communications. I'm not sure if this is fair given that they have a strict cancellation policy with 48h notice of reschedule. The receptionist was neither helpful nor professional. She bursted out laughing when she picked up the phone to notify her colleagues that I have arrived, in which I'm not sure what was so funny about? When the appointment was confirmed as a cancellation, I was not given an apology or even a solution - it was merely a statement that I would not be able to see the doctor. Not until I strongly asked for a solution, the receptionist smirked then proceeded to give me the doctor's secretary number for me to contact them myself. I had to really urge the receptionist to search for the next earliest available appointment and got told that it will be in May. My symptoms started in November 2023, I only managed to get an appointment in Feb 2024 just for it to get cancelled last minute and notified in the most unprofessional way with no empathy or solution to solve. I wish I could get her name, but her badge wasn't displayed. I was at Spire Manchester in area C reception, at 6:20pm on Thursday 22nd Feb.

Wow! Honestly just wow. I never write reviews but I’ve just had the best experience at this hospital that I’ve ever had with healthcare. The NHS trust local to me lost my referral notes and I was in desperate need of seeing an ENT specialist. So I rang the spire and they got me in the same day. I saw Mr Yousuf Saleem and the whole experience was flawless and so quick! The reception staff/cleaning staff/nurses were all super friendly too! 11/10. It was immaculate too!
