Quite good equipped gym spread on two floors. Bottom floor is more for men (heavy weights), top one is universal, with big cardio section, weights, machines and mattresses for stretching. They have a good selection of classes (love yoga with Lauren), sauna and swimming pool. Unfortunately there are some negatives: changing room need updating, showers are disgusting! There is always problem with air conditioner in a summer time and I wish they clean equipment more often.

I've lowered my rating. It's a mess always a mess. I'm here right now weights all over the place. Where the hell are the 8's been looking since yesterday. Clips to put at end of bars. Do people take these home? Changing rooms closed on a Sunday. Very poor. Staff? What staff.. left unattended most of the time or hid in the office and dont ever see them engaging in keeping the place tidy policy. No pride at all. Needs a renovation beyond belief to get it upto a modern gym standard.

My child is in the same stage for more than one and a half year but teacher doesn't want to move her to next the stage but they try to welcome the newcomers in the group, so unfair that children can't see their progress, my other child is in the same stage from almost 2 years. Swimming teacher Ahmed is just a waste of time. Extremely regretting on choosing this swimming lesson club.

My partner was taking my daughter to swim in the forum. The swimming pool is very filthy and area around the pool, changing rooms are dirty. Stuff is lacking any basic knowledge what a good customer service is and never even probably heard that one exists. Furthermore, I was absolutely appalled by the stuff, who allow people in the pool after someone has an accident without even telling customers. Paid for an hour only to be told we can stay for 30 min. Won't be back.

This is an updated review from two years ago. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I want to give a special mention to Liam and Brian, they were extremely helpful today and Liam you were exceptional - thank you.

I’m sorry to say this but it’s been one month that gym is close and we are paying for and in the other hand some of stuff in reception are not that helpful. And also add that steam room and showers are all dirty.

Can't really fault this place. Came here to watch Sarmad Qadeer and Naseebo Lal in concert. We had such an amazing time. Staff at entrance were friendly while checking in. Parking charges are around 3 pounds for 6 hours but since the event was around 8 pm , parking was free after 5pm and plenty of spaces to park. Refreshments were OK.

Always a nice place since I was little. They better not have anymore plans for it. The gym is good. And the Job Centre. And the library. And the Theatre. And the sauna and pool.

Facilities are modern and clean, pool is up to date with minimal wear and tear. Score would be higher if lifeguards were better trained in interpersonal skills. One signalled me from quite far away and started trying to communicate. I am short sighted so I couldn't see his face at all he was just a blur. It was impossible to hear him as it was a loud family swim session. I tried to signal to him to wait for me to get closer and he made a point of pulling a face at me when I did finally make it to a distance I could see him properly. Unfortunately not all of us can see properly and shouldn't be discriminated against if we can't. Have a bit of patience and respect for your customers. In response to your reply the lifeguard wasn't in a chair he was just standing on the edge of the pool but couldn't be bothered to wait for me to get to him as he must have assumed I could see him when I couldn't. People have all sorts of physical limitations and this should be treated with respect not childish face pulling.

The gym is well equipped for the price of the membership, shower area and toilets could do with a update. Gym closes at 5pm Saturday which isn't the best, lovely staff on the front desk, very helpful and friendly.

The gym has recently undergone a new refurbishment which has improved gym facilities and increased equipment available. This has definitely improved my gym experience and the changes are all positive. However, (and in hindsight I should have seen this coming, it’s basic economics) but given the recent surge in membership costs I will have to consider whether I can continue my membership (in the current climate). It is a shame as I’ve only recently re-started my membership and was enjoying getting back into a fitness routine. It is for this reason I’m leaving three stars..

Awful place for swimming lessons. Gone downhill in the last year or so. they cancel lessons without telling you. no refund or replacement lessons. customer service is non existent. they feel people have no choice due to no other choices nearby. lessons are so packed that the children dont have room to move. would leave if I could get somewhere else easily. no feedback on your child's progress.

Was there to work (I'm a cleaner). Forum is nice and spacious, people are friendly. Well worth a visit.

Horrible experience, their log in does not work. I asked to cancel the membership and it’s been a year they are charging but not cancelling. No phone number in their site. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

The doctor's was good at first but not that great because I've been waiting over one month for my doctor to get back to me to review my medication and still waiting for them to get back to me now.

I would only really use the forum centre for swimming and went often before lockdown. Now that restrictions have lifted I planned to start going again but the new time table is terribly bad. There is only one day that hosts womens swimming now and it's only 1 hour on a Tuesday at a time when most people would be working. No early morning sessions anymore. Not a lot of options for adults who work and need to fit in a session around work and home life.

I am really sorry to do this but I have been trying to get hold of someone there for over a week, I have left numerous telephone messages and I have emailed but nobody EVER calls you back, I have tried every single option on your telephone system and they all go to answer machine that nobody then calls you back from, this is terrible customer service for a member I think its easier to get an appointment with my doctor than it is to get through to you guys and that's saying something

A really lovely leisure centre. Very clean and well looked after. The team are friendly and helpful and it is a great place to meet new people. The exercise classes keep you motivated and there are a range of choices to suit different needs.

It was the very special education place where i finally created some new close friends that took me 5 years from 2011-2015 to find common two awesome guys with my personality that is also consisted of my mum's first wish and it finally worked when i formed the main friendship group from 2016-present, that will last forever and ever. This campus is the highest grossing campus of The Manchester College Chronology, my adventures, my friendship with my newest teammates of my class, the awesomest times took place there at the Forum Learning where even my education took place, it demands with score of 1000%. for this place to be like a filming location and connects with the highest grossing arena from NYC's Madison Square Garden.

Forum has top class facilities but service from staff are not top class. Using the badminton court with my children other day. My fiver year old daughter needed to go to the toilet so I tried to find a toilet near by the sports hall and all of them are locked. She was really desperate so I find my way to reach reception to use the facilities. Surprisingly, all the toilets are locked too. A lady at the reception told me to take her to the far end of the building to use thr toilets located near by the changing room. By the time I managed to find the toilets and my daughter used the it we lost almost half an hour. We book the court for 50 mins and I still do not under why they lock all the toilets. In terms of the health and safety issue she could have an accident and who could be responsible for it. During the pandemic is it a good to walk the entire buildingjust to use toilets. Why some should go the chsnging room to use the toilets as they nothing to do with the changing room or swimming pools?

Visited the forum for my sons first swimming lesson despite us living outside of the area. Parking is free after 5pm which is good. Good local amenities

Me and my family went swimming at 5:30 pm i decided to bring a friend who was going to pay for herself and the lady at the reception said that she couldn’t come so we dropped my friend off at home at this point it was around 6 pm and we wouldn’t of had enough time to have a swim so we asked if we could have a refund and she denied she is not going to do that so we went to swim any we only had 15-20 min swim they made everyone get out 5 minutes early the only good thing was we had fun for atleast 10 minutes. Don’t recommend going
