Visited 24/12/2021 - displays were not clear as to what was suitable for vegetarians, went to counter and encountered a bald man in background who rudely dismissed me trying to enquire (seemed to be the manager on duty) and kept pointing to the self service monitors, customer service here was non existent and how this person works in a service led industry is beyond me, for him alone this would be a 1 star (zero isn’t possible) HOWEVER a lady and her colleague noticed my enquiring position and as she approached the rude manager tried to send her for a break, luckily the lady stayed to resolve my query amazingly well with support from the other colleague she was with, ended up ordering two vegan supreme meals (amazing!) and two portions of the baby sized hash browns, being a fan of McDonald’s hash browns I was sceptical these would come anywhere close, they were brilliant and wish burger kings were more accessible than McDonald’s. For the reasons above and the two exceptional front line staff members who saved the experience with their exceptional customer service rating the visit 4 out of 5 stars (the star lost due to the absolutely poor duty manager) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dirty and untidy premises. No customers in the room, but the staff still didn't take the time to clear the tables. Every new customer who came had to clean upp after others.. None of the tables were washed between customers, and we chose to wash down the spilled table ourselves. Disgusting! Regretted after ordering food. The food itself was certainly not special, below average. There was also nothing left on the menu, more than half of it was sold out. We will choose something else next time, because this was an unpleasant experience..

Only drinks available - Coke, Diet Coke, no ice in the machine either, one drinks machine not working at all. Fries were cold, burgers were cold, no time markings on the burger wrap. Staff member scratching his head, scratching his back, rubbing his face. Then went and started to make burgers. Cold food is unacceptable when I spent £20.27. Staff not following basic food hygiene procedures is unacceptable and dangerous.

Eat there everyday on my break, staff are lovely and service is always quick, Singh, David, Sohail and that young fella (Gabe?) are always super friendly and helpful. Vegan nuggets are delicious :)

The food was standard burger king which is no problem for me, and despite there being a rush when I'd come the staff were really friendly too. One of them, think his name was Wallace was really sweet despite me taking ages to decide and there being a queue. Shootout to the rest if the staff as well!

Didn't have the food item displayed as on offer outside of the store. The staff were so eager to get rid of me, they didn't bother to provide a time for when it would be back on offer - generally left feeling very "put out" by Burger King.

Genuinely really nice service here today at manchester airport, a man with white hair on the till was particularly polite and nice to everyone, team seemed genuinely nice which makes a change from usual airport restaurant vibes

Fast, efficient service. Got through the rush very quickly. Food was nice and warm. Place was kept clean even when it was very busy. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Super fast service. I received my order within 10 seconds of placing the order (not kidding). Only minor thing was the chips were all over the place in the bag. Otherwise food was yummy and friendly staff

Big order for 4 was in our hands within 4 minutes despite the place being PACKED! Big kudos to the team behind the counter and in the kitchen for sending out orders fast without compromising on quality or taste!!!

Fantastic service from Luke and briley this morning was quite busy but the food was coming pretty quick and all fresh and hot , will definitely be coming back here again on my next travels !

Despite their only being a few staff members working this morning , they worked well as a team to provide fast service, good customer service and very nice burgers. The two girls where very friendly and helpful

Despite it being busy, the staff members were friendly and the service was quick, I ordered a double whopper meal and it came hot and was a tasty burger. The dining room also was clean and a staff member helped me with the drink machine as I didn’t know how to use it, would recommend anyone flying from T1 and definitely coming back!

Worst experience ever. The employees are rude. Food is not fresh. No drinks available from the machine. Lastly, see attached the picture of “hamburger”

Hideous food, rude staff at Burger King Airside T1. Don't waste your money or time with this appalling place. Avoid like the plague and choose somewhere else to eat. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Customer service dealing with complaint about this shocking branch are just as bad.

Pretty standard Burger King at airport prices. I got my food quickly, it was decent food. No complaints there.

When I was stuck on what to order Courtney recommended the XL bacon double and it was a good choice. Food was delicious and hot, Courtney was very quick in serving my order!

Cold food, stale buns and dirty tables. However the staff were polite. I will not return to buy expensive food that is poor quality.

Absolutely garbage. Food was super tiny, no sauce on the burger, the bun was horribly dry. All the drinks machines were knackered pooring warm, flat drinks. Filthy tables everywhere if you can get a table. Multiple times I saw 5 staff members standing behind the counter looking unenthusiastic and doing nothing. Food was prepared rather slow when it was really busy.

Worst burger king I have ever visited, I usually prefer BK to MacDs but this one lets the side down. Flies arround the bins, I always thought it was would you like fries with that not flies,. Dry meat and sad salad. What a shame BK. I have been to another BK since which has restored my faith

food was ready fast and the customer service was great, we were served by a lady called courtney who helped us with recommendations on what to order. definitely wouldn’t eat anywhere else flying from T1!

This was probably the worst I have experienced. Food was horrible, the tables were dirty and the floor full of rubbish. The drinks were just carbonated water with little flavour, only one drink machine working and obviously low on product. So dirty we couldn't wait to get out. Don't expect your meal to look like the photo, you will be very disappointed. Do yourself a favour and take sandwiches to the airport. I feel sick...

The restaurant was very clean and tidy. The service was exceptional. The staff were very polite and welcoming.

Standard airport BK, higher prices that high street and very slow service. Over 10 minutes for a standard whipper meal

A staff member called Courtney was really helpful, she was efficient and quick and made sure I got my sauce even tho she was really busy :))

Tried to use machines but they don't allow you to order your burger your way. Went to tills and was told it would be 5 to 10 mins before someone could serve me, even though there was someone stood at the till just waiting for food for those that had managed to order food from machines. Told them that was ridiculous and my order was special to which I was told order at machine then tell us what you want that makes it special and we'll make it. To add insult to injury when I replied it's supposed to be fast food the manager told me to go to Boots next door if wanted it fast. For the record the actual wait for the food was 10 mins so add that to the 5 to 10 I would have waited almost 20 mins for fast food I went to Boots and was served in less than a minute without attitude

Very poor experience. Only a small fraction of the menu available and what was finally presented looked like it had been volleyed round the kitchen for 90 minutes. Disappointing.

Literally only 2 burgers on menu and then two flavours of Fanta for drinks choices, Food came fast though
