were
not
clear
as
to
what
was
suitable
for
vegetarians,
went
to
counter
and
encountered
a
bald
man
in
background
who
rudely
dismissed
me
trying
to
enquire
(seemed
to
be
the
manager
on
duty)
and
kept
pointing
to
the
self
service
monitors,
customer
service
here
was
non
existent
and
how
this
person
works
in
a
service
led
industry
is
beyond
me,
for
him
alone
this
would
be
a
1
star
(zero
isn’t
possible)
HOWEVER
a
lady
and
her
colleague
noticed
my
enquiring
position
and
as
she
approached
the
rude
manager
tried
to
send
her
for
a
break,
luckily
the
lady
stayed
to
resolve
my
query
amazingly
well
with
support
from
the
other
colleague
she
was
with,
ended
up
ordering
two
vegan
supreme
meals
(amazing!)
and
two
portions
of
the
baby
sized
hash
browns,
being
a
fan
of
McDonald’s
hash
browns
I
was
sceptical
these
would
come
anywhere
close,
they
were
brilliant
and
wish
burger
kings
were
more
accessible
than
McDonald’s.
For
the
reasons
above
and
the
two
exceptional
front
line
staff
members
who
saved
the
experience
with
their
exceptional
customer
service
rating
the
visit
4
out
of
5
stars
(the
star
lost
due
to
the
absolutely
poor
duty
manager)
