    I had an audition for Ninja Warrior here it is Massive and his not a weights based gym. Mainly body weight hanging etc. Mainly for fitness and upper body strength

    Only been on a refresher course to get me back in to fitness the coaches are brilliant very understanding and helpful very knowledgeable broke things down for me and my class newbies can not fault it. Its clean tidy facilities are great. I am now going to join the box

    I have been to a few Gym locations and this is my favorite because there are a lot of machines, equipment, and workout spaces available.
