Absolutely shocking. Do not go here. Its rotten. Food was awful. Ordered a cheeses and ham panini and fit this. I had to ask for more cheese as there was none on it. Never again

Bacon on breakfast omg not sure if it was bacon or turkey! Beans flavours watery cold, hash browns crumbled on my plate, sausage very nice! Egg was very nice! Overall very very poor! Not sure who the cooks are but it looks like like cannot be bothered or they are just bad at their job!

Food is good like most other Wetherspoons, service was not so great. Asked a waiter if he would mind wiping our table and gave me some attitude about how he is working his way around and we can wait till he gets there. We thought okay, he is most probably under pressure. Ordered pizza, when it came to the table it was uncut, when I asked if we could have a pizza cutter, his response was they don’t have any pizza cutters. Like who sells pizza and don’t have a freaking pizza cutter in the kitchen!

We usually enjoy coming here for a breakfast, but we come today for one and wasn't very pleased with the food. The bacon wasn't very well cooked, and the amount of beans we got was shocking. Literally a smear of beans on our plates. Not sure we will be returning again if the portions are going to be so poor. We usually enjoy a breakfast from here.

Popped by yesterday on Saturday evening. Nobody eating inside - which should’ve been a warning sign. Five years ago the place would e been packed. The pub was dirty with old rotting food scraps on the carpet and under furniture. Rats must have a banquet at night! Toilets were disgusting. I know it’s Weatherspoons but standards have really dropped. I was tempted to leave but my kids were hungry and I wanted a beer - ordered two adult meals & two kids meals. I know Weatherspoons is cheap and cheerful but what was presented to me made me feel ripped off! I ordered 6oz cheese burger with chips. £14.50 with a beer. Burger was tiny and tasteless with a scattering of burnt chips. See pic - that’s what I paid for!! Fish and chips too - but it was mostly batter. Plus the bananas didn’t come out with the kids meals. Staff were miserable. I used to be a regular at Weatherspoons but no way will I be going back.

Visit today for lunch, we wanted cod and chips when we went to order at the bar was informed none availible, no notices on the boards or menus to inform of this. I ordered an ultimate burger as replacement, arrived after 20 minutes presentation not great also missing the six onion rings, the person who brought the food was very helpful and onion rings arrived about 10 minutes later (I have added a star on for how helpful she was). Nachos ordered as a starter arrived 5 minutes after main course. The bar was in general poor state of repair with a fair bit of crayon and pencil Graffiti on the columns we were sitting by.

Went for quick reasonable priced breakfast . It didn’t open till 9am on a Sunday . Refillable coffees from a vending machine. Breakfast ok but not the wasn’t of foods . They didn’t have brown toast. Toilets were clean and tidy . As it’s in the Trafford Centre I won’t go this place again for a breakfast.

I've asked if I can change 2 sausages and to receive 2 mushrooms instead (which should also work cheaper for them), and they've said "yes, no problem", and when the order arrived there was one normal mushroom and something else that even in the horror movies is not served as food (see the picture). Asked if can be replaced with a normal mushroom, they said "yes" (while the people I was with received their food and ate), and after another 16-18 minutes of waiting I've received back the same plate. Wasteoftime. Horrible management. The manager tried to convince me that the black thing is a normal mushroom and to blame me for not accepting their services. I've left without eating and definitely will not go there ever again.

Stopped for a breather. Place was packed but running like clockwork.Bought a cup for beverage, refill free. Best chips I've had for long time, served quickly, with a smile

Always come here for food and never have any issues. Today I waited for 40 minutes for our food after asking a waiter how long it would be. Never got an answer to this. No apology. When our order arrived one meal was missing, again I asked a waiter and had no response or apology and it never turned up. The meal that did turn up where fine and no issues with them.

Great pub! Love the balcony upstairs you can sit out on 😁 only downside is there's no steak or anything 'from the grill' at this wetherspoons unlike others.

Just upstairs in the food court at the Trafford Centre this Withaspoons is a good place to go for a pint, from Green King IPA to Stella and Carlsberg. Food always hot and everywhere is kept clean.

A spoons is a spoons - but in a shopping center I thought that was strange. All in all this is the cleanest spoons I have visited. Tables are clean and the team clear empty glasses and plates at rapid speed. Bar was a little on the slow side (ordering on the app our food arrived before drinks) but I think this was just due to new starters being trained. All in all would visit again !

  • 4/5 Chris A. 7 months ago on Google
Slightly reduced menu compared to high street Wetherspoons outlets.. I think it costs ~10% more but certainly not expensive. Nice little bolt-hole away from other bustling shoppers. No pressure to eat and vacate the table.... even on a Saturday afternoon at 13:00hrs. Happy returning customer.

Food was nothing special but you go there because it's value for money and you get what you pay for. Table we were sat at had the air conditioning blower nearby and I was freezing when we left

No good! I wait for my fish and chips almost 40 minutes even my friends wait more time

  • 5/5 Joanne M. 7 months ago on Google
Came in for breakfast and could have say here all day! Gorgeous pub and area of the shopping centre. 2 full English breakfasts ordered. Was quite a wait to get them but it was extremely busy so understandable. Food didn't disappoint and portion size was adequate. 2 teas were also ordered. Bill came to less than £20 for everything. Plan to return here soon!

Food was good, ordered via the app, food took a while though it was very busy, food was warm but not piping hot. If I visit again it will be outside school holidays when it will hopefully be a bit quieter. Pricing for food and drink is very good.

Would give it 0 star if was possible. The duty manger has no respect. She was rude and disrespectful. On the weather spoons website it clearly state’s military ID is accepted the manger argued this and still refused to accept it. Absolutely disgusting service and absolute disrespect to those who serve the country. Sort it out whether spoons . The manger also walked away when we was still questioning this with her.

Very nice pub in the Trafford Shopping centre. Lovely food at very reasonable prices. This place can be very busy, so watch your timings visiting 🙏, but we choose it perfectly 😊

The ambiance is too good. I have tried indian dishes its good not at the high lable . I have tried chicken butter masala, garlic Nan,chicken jalfrezi, polao, papadm and soft drink(you can try alcohol also). Not too much expensive we have round 15 pounds each.

Nice pub located within the Trafford Centre. Indoor and outdoor(on mall) seating. Polite staff and good service. Didn't eat here.

  • 4/5 K K. 1 year ago on Google
As far as Wetherspoons go, this is one of the better looking. It's generally busy but the service is fast and the prices are cheap so who can grumble. The pizza is tasty and the chips are alright but I've not dared to try anything else!

  • 3/5 Nicola J. 1 year ago on Google
The staff are friendly enough but the food weren't even hot. No one asked and we were really hungry so we just ate it quickly without complaint but it's put us off going again. It might be because it was almost end of breakfast time to order?

What can I say ? I took my wife n 2 children (both under 5) to this establishment after 3 hours of Lego land. We were all very hungry so we decided on a pub lunch. The place was extremely busy but was still ok to find a suitable table for us all. Before we had chance to sit I had to ask one of the staff to clean the table from the previous family. x2 glasses remained on the table, as did the peas and mash from I can only assume a small child as it was also covering the floor where the high chair had been left. Upon asking the staff meme we could he clean the table before we sat down, his response was “why what’s up with it?”. I had to them literally show him what was wrong. After he cleaned the table he walked away. No mention of the messy floor either that was left while we ate. We order through the “app” as we thought this would be easier than trailing to the bar. After ordering our food and paying for it online. The drinks were at our table almost straight away. My wife had a coke and asked for no ice to be present. It came with ice. I asked for a non alcoholic Kopperberg. This came warm with a glass full of ice. (Do they not get stored in the fridge?). Almost immediately after our drinks had arrived did so our food. (This was abit alarming). The fact our drinks had arrived to our table 5 mins after sitting down then our food 2 mins after the drinks. This suggests to me that food is already being prepared and then warmed up. I had gone for the chicken jalfrezi and my wife had gone for chicken strips. My 2 sons had chicken nuggets and spag Bol. The spag Bol was a tiny portion, possibly 5 spoonfuls and you would be finished. The peas with my sons chicken nuggets were cold almost just taken out the freezer. My curry did look like and taste like a good microwave meal. And the chicken strips looked just awful McDonald’s copycats. When I asked another staff member for salt they brought it round in paper sachets. Come on seriously? And the cutlery that was brought to our table i wouldn’t have let my dog lick the fork let alone me use it to eat.Usually we go for steak but upon realising that this particular restaurant doesn’t do any steak meal?? Wow. Wetherspoon has gone downhill in a big way. Nobody came to ask if we was happy with our food. This was not a nice experience. I do not recommend the Mardi Gras to anybody. I think next time if the choice is this place and McDonald’s then the latter will be the one we go for. Stick to greene king or hungry horse for a pub lunch. Stay away from Wetherspoon.

It was OK I I guess...the food was a bit bland...my grandaughter left all of hers.. but the young man on the bar who took my order was really pleasant and helpful

  • 1/5 Wouter H. 2 years ago on Google
We like Weatherspoon, for its no-nonsense food, attitude and value for money. This time we were disappointed. All meat dishes and the fish and chips were out of stock. That didn't leave a lot of choice. Apart from that, the interior is dark and dingy so the decision to leave was an easy one.

Went for lunch with a friend. Quickly did the NHS check in on entry and we were shown to a table The temporary booth dividers do bang together as you go to sit down and make a bit of a racket. But once you are seated they are fine. Our food cane quickly and was nice. I had a full English breakfast and a filter coffee and it was good. Would recommend coming here as it is not as expensive as most places at the Trafford centre and there is a decent selection of food and drink available.

Food can't be faulted for what you pay. Staff helpful and clean tables. Given 3 stars as the disabled toilet was almost inaccessible. I couldn't get the chair to it as all the highcahirs were stacked in the way. Luckily none was sat at the table facing them as I had to push the table right up to get through. Once in the toilet the baby changing unit will not stay up so kept falling down and making it very difficult to get the wheelchair in and out of the toilet area.

Ordered on app, food was served quite quickly. Typical Spoons food, very small portions of chips for us both. App simple to use., good as it was busy. Reasonably priced compared to rest of Trafford centre 3.25 out of 5

  • 2/5 Jan K. 2 years ago on Google
Ordered on app, drinks came quite quick, waited half an hour for 2 panini’s and a portion of chips, cutlery looks dirty and food substandard, very little filling and lack of presentation, been to lots of spoons and this is the worse one

Not impressed at all. Ordered meals at the bar for myself and my sister and asked if our table could be cleared and cleaned before the food arrived. The girl who served me very rudely asked if there weren't any tables already cleared when we arrived. I explained both my sister and I use walking aids so needed a table big enough to accommodate our needs. Still nobody came to clear the table so I asked again. Staff not very helpful or accommodating. Definitely won't be going again. Wasn't impressed with the food either

  • 1/5 John A. 2 years ago on Google
The food was of a very low Quality,The chip portion was very small. Some of the chips were overcooked and others cooked like we had got bits from two different meals. The burger was taste less and the bun was falling to bits on the top. Presentation Of food was about minus 1,so disappointing was the visit .

  • 3/5 Adam “Margrand” P. 2 years ago on Google
The staff waiting on were helpful and pleasant. The bar seems a bit dark and doesn't create the atmosphere they were trying for. It felt a bit dingy. Food came out in a reasonable timescale but while being cooked my burger was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. This makes me think the components were cold before it was assembled.

Just sat in weatherspoons in Trafford Centre and had a lovely breakfast, noticed the staff are so friendly helpful and certainly on the ball when it comes to keeping the place clean and tidy,, this is THE best weatherspoons we have been in and the only one we return to again and again. Well done guys, keep up the excellent work 👏 👍 👌

2 stars because of the rude and unreasonable manager. I go here frequently with my family and never had a problem with ID. Ordered 5 meals, 2 of my family members were asked for ID but didn’t have it, fine. But the manager did not even let them swap their drinks or provide a refund. They had to go back home and get their IDs while the rest of us were eating. General poor attitude and tone from the manager. It’s a shame because we go here frequently as a family. Here’s a piece of advice: the world is not run on rules followed to the extreme. Sometimes, tact and being socially adept go a long way. That said, I don’t think we will go here again.

  • 2/5 Theo M. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a spoons. I understand that spoons isn’t a 5 star dining experience, but in every other place the food is at least edible. I wanted the half chicken- sold out. Steak - sold out. Nachos - sold out. Settled on the ham, chips and eggs. Chips were undercooked and went cold almost instantly. Eggs were over cooked and dry. Ham tasted like it was fresh from a Tesco package and was awful. Staff were seen taking shots and drinking beer and ciders behind the bar whilst serving customers. Staff are rude and unpleasant.

  • 2/5 Ian J. 1 year ago on Google
I'm not a fan of short measures. Ordered four pint of drinks, none filled to requirement. Requesting a top up made little difference - and to add insult to injury, my pint had gone bad. Not a pleasant visit, which is unusual for a Whetherspoons.

  • 4/5 Brenda L. 1 year ago on Google
It's nice. Quick service through the app. No salad cream currently. Food good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Busy at 6pm much quieter by 9pm. Still didn't wait long though. Only downside there is no separate fryer for gluten free chips so everything gluten free you'd have to order a jacket. Shame in such a large place that they don't cater for the millions of coeliacs.

Lovely attentive staff beer is spot on but had a long wait for my Leffe which I regular drink there during the week and at the weekends. On this occasion thou had a twenty minute wait prior to my lager being brought to our table which is not acceptable. Mix up with tables was told NOTICED some numbers missing on tables and on some no numbers whatsoever! ? I suggest ALL the tables are numbered correctly so in the future this never happens to another customer in the future? 🤔
