Great staff and fast turn around of food and drink order. The all you can eat buffet is a clear winner with my children. Can be expensive if ordering from the main menu but no more than other main franchise restaurants.

Buyer beware! Walk in over the counter purchases misleading. £12.99 for an individual Hawian pizza. Turned out to be a small 6 piece. Yet order online you get an 8 piece for £9.99. Pizza Hut have their priorities and pricing wrong, not all of us can get online to make a purchase. Yet the customer who walks into the store and orders gets a poor deal. Not to mention they don't accept cash, it's card only. So if I'm forced to pay by card at the instore counter, why don't I get the same deal as those who pay by card ordering online? My advice is go to your local high street pizza shop to get a better deal and save yourself the dissapointment at Pizza Hut.

We came here last minute for a party of 15 which we didn’t book for. One of the managers there, didn’t catch her name but she had long dark brown hair in a ponytail and glasses, was extremely helpful in getting us a table. Very fast and efficient service and friendly , helpful waiting staff. Overall a very good experience and would like to thank the manager who sorted us out! It was much appreciated:)

I actually really like the mobile phone ordering. Somehow feels a little more relaxed. Double Pepperoni and Spicy Honey pizza is absolutely spectacular. Make it a permanent feature!

The team provided a great service. My 16-year old son is wheelchair bound and provided us a table where it was easily accessible. Chloe and the team were really helpful. The food was hot and tasty. The venue was clean and comfortable - not too busy compared to being inside Trafford Centre.

I visited Pizza Hut at the Trafford Centre today...the young guy who greeted us and said goodbye upon leaving was very friendly, so that was a nice start and then ending...we went for the all-you-can-eat buffet and the girl serving us virtually gave us our bill before we’d even picked up a plate; which I understand may have been their way of keeping on top of things at busy times but it’s not the “usual” procedure in restaurants. The pizza itself was ok but was mainly vegetarian with bits of classic pizzas available at the end of our visit(once we’d already ate the veggie slices!)...some was burnt too...price is fair at £10 per person...I think with any restaurant visit, it can be luck on the day! 🍕

I recently visited this pizza hut for my daughters birthday. My daughter has several health issues. The waitress and manager were absolutely fantastic after my daughter had a episode whilst dining. They were both discreet and acted in a very professional way. I don't have the right words to truly describe how much they helped us and didn't make my family feel uncomfortable at all. 💯💯💯 bug thanks 😊

Great location for the little ones birthday party. Good for deals. Reasonable pricing for a party of 13. Pleasant staff. They were quite surprised to receive a tip. So it seems most don't tip them. If they good food and great service. Tipping is a good way to show your appreciation. Well worth a visit.

Wrong drinks. Forgot to put toppings on the pizza that came cold yet not offered any complimentary sides or whatever for the paid toppings they forgot to put. Forgot to bring desserts. Restaurant was not even half full. Waste of time.

Food was nice and hot, but the service there was bad. Only 3 staff members on the floor guessing 2 cooks in the back. But what got us upset that we had to sort our own orders online (phone app) which took 10-15 mins to sort out with a family of 5. The menu is really small now no starters anymore. But we come here to enjoy the family time.

Not been here for a good few years, noticed a much smaller menu than what I recall. However, the food was good, we were seated quickly and dealt with courteously. Clean, tidy and pretty well organised. Pleasant experience.

I enjoyed it, but noticed the salad bar has less than it usually has, and the icecream factory has less toppings. They did have a sign saying that some things are in short supply due to transport issues, perhaps this is the reason. The service was quick and courteous, and the pizzas and sides were good.

I have been to pizza a lot. But I didn't think the pizza was cooked properly. As I had an upset stomach the following day. Might not go as often as gone very expensive.

Ideal location with ample parking. Service is excellent. Food, well it's Pizza hut, it is going to be fresh , piping hot and delicious with unlimited salad. If you haven't tried yet, then go for hot cookie dough. Best cookie dough I had in ages. My only advice is to reserve your table or you will have to wait for at least 45-60mins.

Went for the eat out to help out scheme. Was dealt with promptly and politely. The covid rules they had in place were sensible and easy to follow. The food was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. The young lady who was serving us was very friendly and helpful, i wish i knew her name so i could give her a special shout out :)

Lovely meal out with the family. Standard Pizza Hut - you can't go wrong. Friendly staff and great food. Zoe was really helpful. All I'd suggest is to get rid of having to order online. It's such a ball ache. Luckily Zoe was to hand as I felt 100 years old trying to work the online ordering. Pen and paper is so much quicker. 😁

Lets just say that Pizza Express is a better choice for cleanliness and better Pizza, and about the same price point too. I used to love Pizza Hut, but the salad bar has to be the best breeding ground for bugs and germs there is. Some people are just disgusting.

Sorry pizza hut, I’m sure the food would have been nice when hot. I ordered for collection at this restaurant, food was ready on time and I collected, however unfortunately due to the location, it took me an hour to get out of the carpark due to the poor layout and volume of traffic. By the time I got the food what should have been a 10 min journey home, it was cold

Pizza hut has always been incredibly over priced but now it's just no financially viable for alot of people. I paid nearly £50 for a pizza that was just ok nothing special side dishes and fountain drinks the ice cream factory bowl is a complete joke as it looks like something from a doll house . If your nostalgic about pizza hut then I'd say go now whilst their still in business because it's way overpriced and under delivering. Oh and one more thing why have you cut almost all the staff you have to order via the app service is slow. Honestly if I had the chance i'd have gone anywhere else. Go to dominoes or any other pizza shop

I haven't been to many pizza huts in the recent years and wasn't expecting to be wowed. However, this restaurant is decidedly average. Having to order food via an opposed to having waitress service made it feel even more like a drive-thru dining experience. The food is okay

We were given excellent service from Harvey he made sure we our drinks were served promptly. He did a great job making sure we had everything we wanted. I think the manager came to my assistance when the drinks machine stopped operating se was very curtious and got my dronk sorted. Great meal great service thanks to your staff.

Had a great time here, there was 16 of us as it was my nephews birthday, we had 12 11 year old boys with us, so it wasn't an easy task, but the lady serving us was amazing she was on the ball and really helped with the lads. Food was hot and fresh and came out in good time too, Salad bar was full and appetising. Just a fantastic visit overall.

Excellent pizza, pasta, salad and ice cream on the lunch time deals menu. Unfortunately I spilt a drink which took a while to be cleared up and the ice cream machine seemed to take a while to refill and work again but all in all wouldn't hesitate to recommend - the kids especially love it!

The staff were very attentive and friendly. The childrens food came out first which is a good thing. Although we didn't have to wait long for adult meals as they came out straight afterwards. It was clean and will definitely go back.

Will never go there again they have gone far to expensive £60 for 3 pizzas eating in with a couple of side salads and drinks when all said and done its just a pizza. used to really enjoy it there but sorry not anymore will be telling friends and family not to go there as far too expensive now

Had flatbread which was delicious. The lovely waitress took our order because we're not very technical and she was delightful. Will definitely return.

Used to be good value, but now it's overly expensive. Won't take cash. Make you order via your phone unless you want to wait "a while". Site asks you for a tip before you've even received your food. Might as well be replaced with a pizza vending machine. Shame, because the food is actually tasty.

It was really tasty dishes we had; full of flavour and fresh. The staff (just happened to be the manager, we didn't realise) was extremely pleasant and efficient. We'll definitely go back again!

We had great service eating here and a good range on the menu. We do prefer the pizzas from elsewhere but the food is good and we love the dessert. Cookie dough is incredible and a must try.

It's hard to order here with the new covid restrictions and pizza huts insistence on using mobile phone ordering. The food was good and the staff seemed nice so can't ask for too much more. Toilets could do with a bit of a clean.

We visited on a Thursday lunchtime. The restaurant was very quiet and we were met by a host who explained all the new rules. In a near empty restaurant however the next customer was seated adjacent to us, and the next customer opposite. It felt uncomfortable to be cramming us into one corner rather than distancing using the space available. The lunchtime buffet is now a bluffet. This means that you order your own pizza from a choice of 4 and it's brought to you. I much prefer this for the pizza, but the other options are limited. You now only get one salad bowl, and this is a choice of green salad, coleslaw or potato salad not a mix. The other advertised sides tortilla chips and garlic bread bites weren't available. The pizza's themselves were hot and tasty, though better knifes are needed to get through the thin crust ones as cutting it with the knife provided took some effort. The one way system of arrows appear to take you to the toilet, to the back door, around the outside of the restaurant and in through the front door. Talking of toilets- both the ladies and gents were taped off leaving everyone to use the disabled/baby change facilities. This has no lid to cover prior to flushing. It also has no hand towels, just a dryer positioned directly above the toilet bowl so you have to lean over the toilet to dry.

No refillable drinks, no salad bar, limited menu, new app to order like flatpack furniture without instructions.

GRANDAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY We hadn't pre booked as it was a last minute thing and staff were really helpful. We all had a lovely meal which was great value. They allowed us to take our own birthday cake, three of the staff brought it out at end of the meal singing happy birthday to our grandaughter. A big Thank you to all the staff. We will be back. 👍

First time here since the covid. They have taken the opportunity to gouge local customers by revoking the lunchtime Buffett (yet still adverting it outside)and getting you to order and pay online before you dine so you have little opportunity to complain if things don’t go to plan. The ‘free’ salad that came with our £20s-worth of pizza (two small individual) came with an un-dressed fist-full of a ‘salad’ (iceberg and grated carrot). Pizza was just ok. Very disappointing for a meal that cost over £30 companies like this deserve to fail when they do nothing to win back customers

It's the Hut.... Not much more you need to know! The only reason not to go is if you are one of those odd folk who don't like pizza! (Seriously what's wrong with you?? 😁) Prices are reasonable, not takeaway price but it isn't a takeaway... Kids love it, bright fun place, always smiling, polite, helpful staff
