Had a great stay at the Mersey Farm premier Inn. What a fabulous place! Same faces on Reception, which was amazing to see, as our last stay was at least 5 years ago!! (Nice to see an Employer who can actually keep their staff on, especially after Covid!!) Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed at Mersey Farm premier Inn for 3 nights. Very comfortable and good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff especially Alison in reception and Rachael behind the bar.

2023 and you have to pay if you want to have decent internet connection in your room. This is a joke! You can try to connect on the free guests internet, but it is not possible to load even a website page without lag or disconnections. Obviously streaming, watching videos, doing conference calls, or uploading a file, is not even possible. You have to pay extra and connect to "Premier in ultimate WiFi". If you would like just to sleep rooms are decent and clean. Staff is polite and helpful. If you would like to work as well, don't even think to stop here, go somewhere else.

Staff are lovely. Rooms are way way too hot. My room was reaching 38 to 40 during the night. Outside temperatures overnight were as low as 12 degrees and internal room temp 38. This was with window open, fan on and curtains closed all day. I'd avoid it completely. Staff told me that they want as many people to complain about it as possible as the building was overinsulated some time ago and management get constant complaints but do nothing. The cleaning staff were visibly sweating and red trying to do their job, it seemed cruel. Premier is usually reliable but this one doesn't meet the normal standards. Head office use the excuse that it says it doesn't have air conditioning. But that's a red herring as it's not related to outside weather, it's a problem with the building so it's boiling hot even when you would never expect to need air conditioning.

I booked 9 rooms for my football team to attend the Manchester Easter Cup. The whole process of dealing with Kate was brilliant. Several times I had to make amends to the booking but she was always happy and carried out my requests. Our stay was 3 nights, on arrival we were greeted at the reception by very helpful and friendly people. As we entered the lovely rooms we were greeted by some very nice treats that the kids loved. During the stay nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The breakfast at the pub next door was brilliant and they roped Off a large area for us at night times so we could all be together and enjoy our tour together. The added bonus of the soft play was brilliant. All the staff were fantastic and the manager should be proud of how they all treated us. Every family loved their stay at the venue. I would like to express how great full I am to the staff at both hotel and pub for making sure that this was a football tour my boys will never forget. If I’m ever in Manchester I will 100% be staying here and going to the pub again 👍

Perfectly located area for when we're visiting family in the area. Very comfortable bed, slept better here than I do in my bed.

We always use Premier Inn and always will, always have a really good stay and this one was no exception, staff very friendly and welcoming, rooms very clean and well appointed and the wi-fi excellent the downsides were the motorway noise, but the excellent window glazing stops the noise and the stand-by LED light on the TV, see pics, was like a nuclear explosion on the other side of the room but no visible sign of a switch to turn the TV off (an Elastoplast and a piece of cardboard did the trick). We did have an enjoyable stay,at the hotel, but will not be returning because of breakfast and dinner experiences we suffered at the adjacent brewers fayre restaurant (see my review). This does in no way reflect on the hotel itself or the staff.

We had excellent service at this hotel, room was clean and ready when we arrived. Staff changed the pillows as the ones on were to soft. The pub next door was great so never got wet walking between for breakfast. Really nice stay.

Our stay at Sapphire Shores Resort was like a dreamy escape. The resort's location on the shores of a crystal-clear lake was absolutely enchanting. Our suite was elegantly furnished, and the balcony provided a serene view of the water. The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfect. This is a place where relaxation meets natural beauty.

During a visit to Manchester we chose this hotel for it's location for our training ground. It's just 5mins of the A56. Not a huge car park, however it has Genie point electric car charging facilities. The hotel is an older style one, just two floors and no air conditioning. We stayed in room 7 which had a musty smell but after opening the windows for a while then it went away. The night's sleep was peaceful and quiet and the room was adequate but needed updating as it looked tired. We had breakfast in the morning, the continental offering was excellent and the hot breakfast cooked fresh, the service was excellent from reception to departure and the staff were working over and beyond expectations. The restaurant had a children's soft play, a big range of tables from twin to eights.

Was a good size room, no air con in the room though. Which is OK at this time of year but the heat builds up quick and stays there, so it was hard to cool the room down. Location for me was good, easy to get am uber, but it isn't really close to a center or anything so driving/transport is needed.

This hotel was very competitively priced and was in an ideal location for us, just a 9 minute drive from the Trafford Centre, from where we were able to catch a Red Line Tram directly to Old Trafford. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean, warm and comfortable. I would definitely book a room in this hotel again.

I stay at the Premier Inn Sale regularly visiting my brother who lives locally.I find Paul the manager and his front of house / housekeeping team very efficient in every way.The receptionists are always extremely helpful and the rooms are always spotless.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Premier Inn Sale to anyone wishing to stay for leisure or business.

Really friendly and lovely staff. Rooms were clean. 40mins walk to the Metro station which was slightly longer than expected. But overall very good value for money.

Very clean room, helpful staff on arrival and great location if you're visiting the Manchester area, close enough to all Manchester has to offer but far enough away to be a quiet site

Friendly staff and the room was good quality and cleaned to a high standard but this was honestly probably the worst night's sleep I've had in a hotel. Throughout the night I heard suitcase wheels, large footsteps, bangs and crashes in the room above me from 10pm all the way past 4PM! I called the reception go investigate but that made no difference. Probably would have been better off sleeping in my car.

We stayed for the night and were greeted by Allison, she was very helpful and friendly. Very accomodating was nice to be greeted by such a nice person. On the night when we got back from our function there was a gentleman named Errol at receptiong and he was incredibly friendly and obliging it was nice to have a good chat with him even though it was very late in the evening. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The breakfast and the staff in the pub next door were also brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again.

Got 2 adjacent rooms with intersecting doors for one night, while we were at a function. I booked these over the telephone last minute and the staff member I spoke to was so helpful and lovely. We had a really lovely stay and I would definitely return ❤️

Booked a twin room with the meal deal. (Read the small print for the meal deal as its extra for this and extra for that and the "Good night's sleep gaurantee".) 3am and sat in my van because the room is ridiculously hot with no aircon or means of cooling it (Small print excludes this from the good nights sleep guarantee/ refund). So currently 23 hours with no sleep and work in 4 hours... Finished our meal at 9.45pm and no desert by the time we left the bar at 10.30 even though we were told several times it was coming. Worst Premier inn we've stayed at by far..

Listen yeah, not gonna lie, this is the hottest sweatiest gaff I’ve ever stayed in. I’m moist head to toe. The air con has condensed into thick humid air. There is no air con as it doesn’t work. This has to be human torture. Mate the windows don’t even open. Besides that it was a sound place.

The staff were amazing, more than hospitable, we arrived with 5 wheelchair users and the couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely take the residents there again for a meal. A☆

We have stayed in this premier inn on several occasions and are really pleased with everything. On our last trip we were greeted by Katarzyna (Kate) who checked us in and the showed us to our room and asked if it was alright, my husband mentioned that as it was at the front it may be extra warm so she immediately changed us to the back where it would be cooler. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was so friendly and pleasant. Also a special mention to Paul who on our previous 2 stays has also gone that extra mile to ensure we had a very enjoyable stay. Well done to all the team at premier inn Sale. Many thanks Angela and Howard Winnington

Beds are comfortable, showers are decent, rooms are a good size . If you're at the front, road noise will quite likely disturb your sleep. We stayed in July and the rooms were unbearably hot. There is no air conditioning and they offer absolutely nothing to help guests deal with the heat. The hotel is cheaply built. The stairs and the floors are extremely creaky and people just walking past your room would wake you up. I say this about every hotel, but the lighting is awful if you want to sit and apply cosmetics. A desk/dressing table, with a comfortable chair that faces the window for the most natural light, should be a basic facility in hotel rooms these days. The hanging area was not tall enough to accommodate full length dresses. Hotels still do not give enough consideration to their female guests. All in all, it was quite an unpleasant experience.

This is actually a very nice hotel for this chain. The rooms were very clean and smelt fresh with no traces of body odour or other musty smells. The only thing that really needs to be done is to install some kind of fly screen or mesh over the windows as they are left open during the day to keep the rooms fresh. Upon checking in both rooms we found plenty of flies and moths flying around in the rooms which had obviously got in through the open windows.
