We ordered through the big foodie website that Wok 191 are affiliated with. It was stated that the food would be delivered within 60 minutes. After an hour and a quarter, I called to see where the order was. I was told that the order just needed one more item packing and it would be on its way. After a further 25 minutes, I called back to cancel the order. This is the second time this has happened. This takeaway is obviously taking too many orders that it can't cope. It is making no effort to contact customers who have been waiting too long. The order cost me £24 and now I am having to queue on the bigfoodie website to speak to someone. This evening has been ruined by Wok 191 and I'll never be returning.

We've ordered from Wok191 many times now, and their customer service is outstanding. Had a slight problem once, which was sorted out quickly, without any fuss at all. Food is always delicious-the portions are huge! Delivery is always quick, and when I've collected I've never had to wait - my order was ready for me straight away. I won't order Chinese from anywhere else, Wok191 are brilliant 😊

Ordered a meal for 4, Delivery was on time and food was hot. Most importantly it was delicious, definitely my chinese to go from now on.

We've eaten from here twice now, both times our order was delivered earlier than we'd been told. But more to the point the food is 5 star delicious. I would recommend the Fillet Steak in Thai Green Curry, it's the best we've had and the portions are huge. Oh and the Singapore Vermicelli is gorgeous and definitely enough for 2 people ! Once again we ordered our dinner tonight from woc 191, food was not warm, it was hot, the portions were huge but most importantly all of the food was absolutely delicious. Outstanding customer service, both attentive and kind!🌹🌹 I would definitely recommend this outlet, and we will definitely return. Thankyou Woc 191 once again.

Good food but kept us waiting 50 minutes beyond the promised time. Ruined everyone’s meal. Cursory spring rolls given as an apology. Won’t be ordering here again

Absolutely yummy, great customer service and the delivery man was lovely too. Not eaten a. Chinese meal for ages, will definitely be eating here again ❤️ But tonight, now June the food was not good! Starter was wrong however they did bring the right one when I called them but the main wasn’t nice at all.

We had a first-time experience and found everything to be flawless, including the food, which was wonderful and served promptly. The two-course meal was really nice, with the sweet and sour chicken being our favourite. We would definitely return.

Ordered from there regularly but got chicken in black bean and mushrooms but sauce was just bland and no black bean or even chillies that's usually in the meal which is disappointing for the money you pay !!

Great food. Great portions. Paid for delivery but didn't like the attitude of the deliverer, who moaned about the distance he had to come, and did I know Wok191 was in Flixton. Had delivery before without problems. Put me off my food for a while.

Had a menu delivered with the messenger today, thought I'd try it. I can honestly say everything we ordered was amazing and it came 15 mins early too. My new favourite Chinese. Thanks guys, delicious 👍

Usually great food but recently we have complained about the crispy duck. Last night it was very greasey and tough. The spring rolls were soggy and we felt a bit let down. I hope they get their act together. Food is too expensive to throw away. We got a curry tonight from Adrak and it was excellent.

Excellent food and delivery took approx 15 minutes. I rate the chicken satay skewers and spring rolls as 10/10. It was my first order, but won't be my last.

Recently ordered food to share, the only thing I ate to myself was the prawn toast and I ended up with food poisoning for the next 2-3 days. I would definitely not recommend or order from here again.
