I went to Rome a few years ago, and this place is just like the small but larger than life restaurants I ate in. The atmosphere is authentic with friendly, attentive staff. My partner and I only wanted a small bite to eat, so I decided upon a few tapas dishes, and boy, were we wrong! These tapas dishes were huge! Honestly, we had to be seated from our table for two to a table for four so that all the dishes could be put out! My partner and I couldn't stop laughing 🤣 Actually, I obviously didn't realise how hungry I was because I managed to get through most of it. The food was so delicious and fresh, helps that I absolutely adore italian food too. My only gripe is that more vegan dishes could be added to the menu, please 🙏🏼

Came for anniversary meal with my partner and Mulino did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and most important of all….. the pizza was GOOD!! Will be returning :)

Been in here for few times, the food is always nice. However the cocktails are served in warm glasses straight out of the dishwasher. They do replace to a cold glass on request, but it does add to the wait.

Absolutely loved it, food was out of this world, staff is friendly and service was perfect, you won't make a mistake paying this place a visit.

Went on Saturday night. Food was nice and piping hot. Took a long wait for all item of our main course order to make it to the table, been told the kitchen was extremely busy when my main arrived - by this time 1 person of our party of 4 was finishing theirs

Table of 17 booked had a fantastic evening! Incredible staff made sure everybody ate at the same time and nobody was left gagging for a drink! The atmosphere and overall look of the place is very nice, clean and tidy. There's an opening you can see through to the kitchen which is always nice as I feel that kind of transparency proves that hygiene is not an issue here! When ordering I had the lamb and was asked how I would like it cooked which is brilliant! Normally at other places I've been it's just slapped on the plate well done but to have a chef cook it a perfect medium well as lamb should be, was the cherry on top! As for the taste.....incredible! Highly recommended 11/10

Went on a Friday night, really busy. Staff were lovely and friendly but could tell they was over worked. Would recommend the potato croquettes for starters, they was nice. Had pizza for main, but found the pizza to dry. You don't any dips for the crust & not enough cheese on the pizza. The meat on the pizza was full of flavour though. Was a nice atmosphere, very Instagram vibe inside. Overall had a nice time, but not in a rush to go back.

Edited*** we revisited at the weekend and what a brilliant restaurant this is. So modern, amazing atmosphere and the staff were so good. The food once again was delicious. Cannot fault this place, you will really enjoy it. Food and cocktails were absolutely amazing. The staff were brilliant too. Love it here, can't wait to go back

Walked past on a few occasions and thought it look very nice from the outside! Came up for my uncles 50th and was excited when I found out the meal was booked here. Table of 17 people and everybody got food at the same time, there was no stupid wait time for drinks either and I'd say they were very busy that night so a credit to the team and management staff! As for the food....well.....wow!!!! I went for the lamb and I was not disappointed! Packed full bursting with flavour it was cooked to perfection just as I requested! All washed down with a cocktail again made to perfection! Can't fault anything about this place at all 11/10 will definitely be back!

Excellent food with very attentive staff. Word of warning, though, if you are thinking of getting the garlic bread as a starter; they are huge - big enough to share between 2, maybe 3 people.

It's a year since we were here last...mum's birthday. We ordered from a special set menu today. A great price at £12.95 for two courses. Ribs for starters...sauce was tasty and sweet, although I would have liked them a little drier. Pasta for main was good. Waitresses were lovely, waiter is a little solemn (he was last year - not sure if he is the manager). The ambience here is perfectly serene and relaxing. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean...this I like. I guess we'll be back.😊

Fourth time here and will continue going. The foods amazing, the staff friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is wonderful. I prefer sitting Indoors instead of in the veranda as I like to see the hustle of the kitchen area. My partner always gets a pasta and I get some of the mix and match dishes. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended

Excellent Italian restaurant. Had a birthday celebration and the service and atmosphere was awesome. Everyone enjoyed the food and it was served together. Recommend arancini, dough balls, crab pasta and rack of lamb.

Amazing unique Italian restaurant & bar. Facing Sainsbury's Urmston. I've been here 9 years and only just found this little gem. The staff are amazing, friendly, warm and extremely helpful. They do great lunchtime menus starter & main for very cheap prices. The drinks are priced well not too overpriced. The food was absolutely delicious me and my husband are big foodies and Italian is our favourite kind of food. The decor was lovely and bright. Very clean. I'm booking in the future for larger parties.

We picked Mulino for our wedding reception. The food and staff were so so so amazing! Our guests all commented on how amazing the food was, many saying that they would be coming back for a meal! The staff were also amazing with dealing with those who has allergies and making sure our time there ran smoothly! Cannot thank them enough!

Had a lovely meal there with my family. Food was very tasty and hot. Everyone enjoyed their food and the service was excellent.

Excellent Italian restaurant with n the best traditions of hospitality and quality that you would expect. Only negative would be that they need to tidy up and refresh their plants/displays/ and general crispness of the space

I absolutely love this place. Every time the staff pass by your table, they ask if everything is alright and would you like anything else. The whole experience is heavenly.

Everything about the dinner was perfect! The food tasted amazing, especially the garlic bread and pizzas. I had the chicken stuffed with cheese (forgot the Italian name for it) with a side of garlic fries as the chicken doesn't come with anything else. It was around £12-£13 which I do think is pretty pricey considering it is just w pieces of chicken in some sauce BUT it tasted amazing so can somewhat see why the price was what it was. The service by the waitresses/waiters was great. They was very friendly and was always making sure everything was okay with the dinner. The only gripe is did have with the service was with the drinks orders. As they didn't separate the bills between everyone, we all had to go up separately to the bar to take drinks orders but once you get to the bar you'd be standing around waiting for 5 minutes until the bar man called a waitress order to take my order who then give the order to the barman when they could've taken the drinks orders at the table and brought the card machine with them. Final thing, we took our 6 month old with us and found there wad very very little room where we was sat to fit a high chair in and the pram. We did try and ring up to ask about high chairs but we had no luck so make sure you ask to be sat where there will be room for a pram where your booking. As a whole, it was amazing and even though there was a couple of the food, atmosphere and general friendliness of the staff outweighed it all. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

It was my daughter’s 5th birthday and she loves Italian food therefore thought we would try Mulino as we’ve never been before. Can’t fault it at all! The service was amazing and really made my daughters day. The portions were decent and the quality of food was exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

Me and my girlfriend went here this evening for a meal. This was to celebrate our anniversary, the staff, the food, the drinks were exceptional. Oh and the Price! Wow! Unreal. We had 2 cicchetti each, 1 main course each and a dessert to share. With 3 drinks between us. £42

We usually like this place but went for lunch last week, ordered carbonara and received this. On mentioning to the waitress that it looked pretty split we were informed that ‘proper’ carbonara looks like this because it doesn’t have cream. Lardons were fab but scrambled egg and pasta for 15 quid isn’t my fave and I certainly don’t appreciate being told I don’t know what Italian food is because I point it out.

Went in today with a group of work colleagues. Absolutely lovely place, food was delicious with massive portions! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Toilets were clean but a little run down and in need of a sprucing up, but I would highly recommend Mulinos!! Thank you for a great night!

If you’re looking for a typical family Italian restaurant then Mulino is certainly the place, the decor is superb and the service is excellent. A stunning wine list to choose from at a great price point. The food is really good, slightly over salted in some cases and in the case of the beef cheeks not as fresh as I would have expected. Would I return? Probably not, I’d check out other alternatives, but did I enjoy? Yes

Came here for our birthday and it was really nice. The only issue I had was that the food came out at the wrong time. By that I mean one person had a main and side and the side was cold after waiting so long for the main. The children's meals could have been done first so they weren't getting restless. They were really busy though but overall a nice meal

Poor customer service and waitress service today, no attention to detail when wine was spilt, no offer of a cloth, even tho the waitress was pouring. Chicken Skewers were burnt, very dry, veg in Skewers was charcoal at the edges. I ate one of two and mentioned how dry and burnt they were only to be told, the kitchen said it's fine. I wasn't happy paying full price so said I will pay half £5.25p, not interested so they lost, a tip, 3 coffees and 3 desserts plus all further custom. Silly silly man.

Our party had a really lovely time at Mulino last night. The service was excellent & food really good. The atmosphere was really great. We had the extra enjoyment of local celeb Wayne Devlin singing big band/swing/blues in the background. It was my birthday so I had the added pleasure of my dessert arriving with candles & Happy Birthday sang to me by the staff 😊
