In Trafford Centre we had eaten in several fast food or restaurants before but 'est' is stands out above the rest. We ordered 'Mushroom & Tallegio' pizza which comes with tomato sauce base (instead of the usual white base), and 'Lasagne'. Both dishes were excellent and flavourful. The service was great and we were very satisfied. Highly recommended if you want to eat at Trafford Centre

Danny and Citia were amazing, friendly and very helpful.Most restaurants we tried to dine in TC were only asking for bookings and yet empty??They made our evening after such a long shopping day. They are both a credit to est est est. Thank you guys, see you again soon. Ps to the kitchen staff - the food was spot on 👏👏💯

Was really hoping for tasty Italian food but my food was cold and flavourless. The minimal sauce was nothing more than what tasted like watery tinned tomatoes and the pasta did not taste fresh. The only saving grace was the strawberry & basil drink. Luckily we were only there for convenience whilst visiting the Trafford, if you are heading there for a special occasion don't bother as customer service is practically non existent. We were only asked how our food was at the end and couldn't catch a waiter to send it back. Overall very overpriced for the portions you receive and the quality of the food was mediocre. Treated like just another number in there by staff.

Great experience by our waitress, food over all were good specially the pizza . Price were also good around £10-15 per main. Really recommended visiting if you are at the Trafford centre. Won’t be disappointed!

I went for a quick bite to eat with my girlfriend a young lad by the name Leon served us and was absolutely exceptional his ethic and manner were a joy and he was very polite. We also spoken with his manager Amy who was equally as lovely and also impressed by him as it was his first day of waiting tables to which he did incredible 100% 10/10 from the lad would love to see him there again next time

This is one of the Italian restaurants that I like in Manchester. Their dishes are really tasty and portions are good.

We go here alot. The reason is for the lovely food. Its clean. The staff are always giving the best service. I thank them for their kindness. Concern and help. When the person i was with were coming for a meal last Thursday but didnt quite make it. They fainted outside! just before they were entering. They went out of their way to help in every possable way. We made up since by eatting here last sunday and today thursday. Thank u. See u soon.

On new years eve you'd expect some kindness from the host but not the case here. Incredibly rude host. Refused to seat us because he insisted that children would not be allowed inside eventho it was only 2pm and proceeded to sit people in line behind me. I know kids can sit inside during lunch as I've been here before with my son. Lazy and disgusting customer service on his part. Decided to leave and will not return if I see him working again. Avoid if you have kids. But if you're young females clearly you'll be sat right away.

Went here for a meal and the service is great they are very attentive to you. The staff are also very polite, if you need something they will fetch It. The food was faultless we had a garlic bread as a starter which came out before and then about 5-10 mins after the mains arrived all steaming hot and full of taste. The menu has a great selection of Italian dishes. Also a great selection of drinks to chose from. Overall service was great I can not fault the place.

Excellent food, really really well made . Portions satisfying. Great customer service. All serving staff working together delivering exceptional service. Many places should take them as example, seriously. Made every moment right and special. Lovely decor, nice music. Fast service. Attention to detail. Had the carbonara here a few weeks back and was probably the best I’ve had, as it was made with Guanciale rather than pancetta. Last nights visit, which I was looking forward to was extremely poor. First off they had no bottled water, still or sparkling. We ordered 2 carbonara’s and 2 garlic bread all to be brought together as one meal. Brought the bread first and had to send it back and no carbonara, then a different waitress brought again and said mains are on way…5 mins later they arrived. The carbonara was a disgrace. It was swimming in oil and the Guanciale was burnt. Pointed this out to the waitress and she knocked one portion off the bill but realistically should have knocked both off. Felt I had to write a review as I feel I’ve been mugged off. (Time of meal was around 8.30pm and the restaurant wasn’t over busy)

I was looking forward to a nice meal but as soon as i entered the restaurant it completely changed. First when we were given our table it still had dirty dishes from the previous customers and food on the tables. It then took half an hour for someone to clean it…When we ordered our food our knifes and forks were covered in stains and so was the plates. It was absolutely freezing in there and when i complained to the manager nothing was done. Do not recommend dining here

The food at this place was absolutely devastating. The food was uncooked, service was horrendous and furthermore a waiter tripped over and spilt a glass of wine all over the table and myself. I do not recommend this place, you can take your families to a far better place to half the price. I am gutted.

the food was disgusting and i do not see myself eating there ever again. There was hair inside and although i asked for a new plate, when received it was cold. I do not appreciate this as i spent money on food that i didn’t enjoy. i hope your company can do better thanks

waited to get seated at the entrance, one of the waitresses looked at us but didn't do or say anything while i kept looking at her. we didn't get seated so we thought we just seat ourselves like the people in front of us did but we got told off immediately by a very rude staff and when we went back to the entrance the waitress who was looking at us in the first place finally seated us down. we ordered food and while my partners food was decent, mine was horrible. ordered a truffle alfredo which tasted like pure pasta soaked in oil. didn't even bother to finish it. asked for the bill and got handed a tablet to rate the food and service which was both terrible. ended up paying £40 for something we didn't enjoy. not even a thank you or have a nice day from the waitresses when we paid. not worth the money at all.

We highly recommend this nice restaurant. High quality food with great atmosphere. I'm grateful for Artur when he took our order. I ordered Prawn Risotto, and he suspected I didn't eat pork. So he highlighted to me that "Chorizo" was a a Spanish pork, and I asked him to exclude it. He excluded it and asked the chef to add more prawn instead. His nice gesture has left a very positive impression. Thanks to Artur as much as the distance from Dammam, Saudi Arabia to Manchester, England!

Food was nice enough not everyone felt that it was good. Lasagne was bland, Squid bland, my son enjoyed his meatballs. The risotto was nice, i had the seafood frutti pasta and it was nice just needed salt. Portions are large. Atmosphere is average. The service however is excellent!!!! Our waitress was attentive without being intrusive

Cacio E Pepe bites and burrata to start were delicious .. just lacked abit if seasoning ! the pasta mains were very simple and authentic, didn’t feel like we were sat in the trafford centre felt very cosy and good service too . Will return

We walked in at 7:20 with no reservation and were welcomed with a warmth and politeness. We ordered our meals which arrived piping hot not 15 minutes later. All of the staff were attentive and kind. We’ve had a lovely meal so far, one I paused to write this review because I cannot get over the sheer professionalism and hospitality. You can just tell this restaurant is well run. The price point is great also. I shall definitely be dining here again and strongly recommend.

Came here for our anniversary meal having been once before 18 months ago. Very apprehensive after reading recent reviews but very pleased to find the whole experience was just as good as the first. Very busy but looked after exceptionally well by our waitress Katie. The food and wine were excellent and very enjoyable (Ryan was also outstanding and very worthy of a mention!!)

Probably one of the worst Italians we’ve been to! We ate here today and although the waiter and hosts were very attentive, friendly and professional, not to mention we we’re served very quickly - the food was absolutely terrible and way overpriced. I was really looking forward to our pasta dishes and they seemed heated up and didn’t taste fresh. My pesto pasta was greasy, oily and tasteless - definitely was a jar of sauce and I’ve eaten tastier pasta at home! My cocktail was watery too and I didn’t finish it - wouldn’t recommend eating here and getting stung by an expensive bill :(

The tomato and mozzarella starters is a joke for £6. Three slices of tomato with three slices of mozzarella haha. I don’t understand how you can sell that for £6. Food is barely edible. No taste.

Went before 4pm to take advantage of the offer on the est est est website for 2 courses for £10.45. When we arrived at 3.40, we were told they were not running the offer. I showed the website where it was advertised and they still refused. The manager gave no valid reason why they wouldn't honour it and just said "sorry buddy, I'll ask head office to remove it soon". Rubbish service, should have said "OK it's on the webiste so we will do it for you". Very poor service.

Est est est is always nice, If you don't like what you have ordered don't be afraid to try something else. Have been to this one couple times in the last six months, The Caesar salad and the meatballs, are definitely a good choice, The alcoholic drinks are always really nice as well if your not hungry.

Lovely helpful staff. The day we visited was very busy....as soon as one table became empty, it was cleared and cleaned and reseated immediately. We had garlic bread as a starter which was huge., And meatballs with bread with a lovely tomato sauce. For our mains we had meatball calzone and a EST burger with chips. Unfortunately we thought that both meals were bland and lacked a bit of seasoning. With drinks the bill came to just under £50. We've had worse but we've also had better.

Friendly welcome. Calamari was not the standard rings but looked and tested like home made. They were very good. It takes a good chef to turn a simple dish into a delicious meal. The chef from Est manages to do just that. The risotto was excellent and the king prawn linguine was absolutely delicious. Both dishes were very well balanced. And .... the food was served piping hot, a rarity these days. Waitress Wendy was professional, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I attended this restaurant this evening (10th July) for an evening meal with my family. We were a large group with 8 adults and a baby (who required a high chair). On attending the restaurant to ask for a table for 8 with a high chair, one of the male waiters commenced to inform me that the high chair could not be placed at the table. I then asked whether we could sit inside the restaurant. The male waiter then noted that they only had 4 staff and this was not possible. I informed him that it was not my role as a client to provide solutions for their seating. The male waiter did not provide a response and thereafter, his colleagues commenced to organise the table for 8. This conduct made me and my family feel Very unwelcome. We sat down and thereafter left, as we felt unwelcome to eat at the restaurant. I have visited this restaurant in the past and the staff have been welcoming and polite. However, on this occasion, the staff were unwelcoming and offered poor customer service. We then proceeded to attend the Wagamama a few doors down, who welcomed my party very politely and we had some great food and wine. I would urge you not to attend if you have a large party - the restaurant appears as though they do not wish to accommodate parties of more than 4. Really poor service experienced here today, with some poor staff, who clearly need training in their customer service skills.

Just been est est est. Was served by a rude waitress who was not happy that I didn’t look at the iPad for allergy advice. I tried to explain that I’d been before and know my dish. But she said “that’s fine I’ll have to put you was not willing to look” confused I asked for the manager. Who said she’d had a word and said it’s to agree to the disclaimer. I explained she never explained this to me. The lady continued to serve us even after I complained about our rudeness. Then the meals arrived mine was loot warm. And as I got further in pulled what I thought was a leaf out of my mouth. It was onion skin. When I complained about the experience from start to finish. Explaining I was a waitress myself. I was met with but onions are in the dish, surely hairs are worse. The manager is highly argumentative. I explained the last time I came I loved it. But this time has meant I’ll never be coming again! AVOID.

Came for dinner, plenty of seating, our server was amazing, super friendly, very helpful and the food was incredible. So fresh tasting and delicious. Have been here a few times when we go to the Trafford centre. Really reasonable prices and amazing food, will definitely go back soon

We came to est est est as we have been before (a few years ago) my granddaughter was looking forward to it as was I. Was terribly disappointed with most of our meal. I’m going to tell you why now! #oil #grease 😟 every item of food was covered in some oil of some sort. We told our server and he took the garlic bread off the bill. I should of mentioned our mains but for some reason I didn’t. Will not be returning I’m afraid.

After a day at the Trafford centre we decided to grab some dinner before heading home, however it was getting close to 9pm and all the restaurants would not take us. We did a full loop, finishing with Est Est Est. It was after 9 at this point, however the lovely waitress Emma took us in with a smile on her face and made us feel like we were no problem at all. The food was amazing, came out super quick and was easily the best Italian I’ve ever had. Emma was very attentive and friendly, and the decor made us feel like we were actually on holiday. Highly recommend the salmon dish and the whole place in general.

Having seen est est est offer gluten free options we decided to give it a go as I am coeliac, the server showed us to a dirty table, chucked the menus down and went back to continue her conversation with her colleague, when I approached to enquire about whether there was a separate gluten free menu she looked confused and just said "someone will come across" and continued her conversation. It's a dietary condition, the current pret a manger cases should highlight how important it is to take it seriously. We went next door to Wagamamas and received superb service with great allergen awareness. Avoid est est est if you have dietary requirements.

Food was good. We went for something different, instead of the usual pasta or pizza options. I had the calamari to start which was cooked well and crispy. My wife had bread which we were planning on sharing but glad we didn’t. For mains we both had chicken with potatoes. Tasted good but didn’t wasn’t anything too special. Customer service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Didn’t wait long to get a table and we were very well looked after.

I really enjoyed the lasagne and the wine here is sooooo good!

Only costing £34 for 3 courses for 2 people! This was amazing, fast service, delicious food and a lovely environment. Thank you !
