Shocking. Cant follow simple instructions. All I ask is no bun/muffin due to coeliac needing gluten free yet the last two times (one in person for takeaway and one delivery) they have sent with the bread! And the second time didnt even give me the rest of the meal, obviously still charged for it though... No way of rectifying the issue as didnt realise until I got home

Ordered two grilled chicken wraps and both came crispy. Fries were cold and inedible. McFlurry had no pieces and was half filled and melted straight away. Extremely disappointed in the service. We waited 10 minutes to pay at the counter and half the items on the menu weren’t even available. Won’t be going again I wouldn’t spend another penny there!!! It’s the worst mcdonald’s i’ve visited by far. Absolute joke.

Staff need sorting out big time. Ordered a meal through Uber eats along with a muffin, received the burger stone cold, no fries and no muffin. Shocking service but no surprise when the place is ran by daft kids. Ordered at 10pm so surely cant be busy enough to forget to put half my order in the bag?

Ordered through Just Eat on a Friday night - never again! Food cold (proper cold) so had to be Microwaved, which we all know doesn't work well. One drink spilled completely in the bag - wish I'd have opened the door rather than my Son as I would have checked or at least felt the bottom of the bag. Asked for refund but Just Eat has an old email I don't use and can't access so that was a stress event too and I doubt they will honor it! Even my 13 year old daughter now knows that it just doesn't work the Just Eat McDonald's relationship during times you actually want to eat!

Recently ordered from ubereats online- a536d. No curry sauces to go with chicken nuggets, even though requested. Always seem to leave the dips/ sauces out on order as happened before on previous orders. Also cold food each time. Not worth the money as not enjoyable. Reluctant to order again.

Hottest week we've had and yet they don't have McFlurry or milkshakes! No reason given but rumour is that they don't want to clean the machine... what's the real reason?

Visited the Urmston branch as I had time to kill until carrying onto the airport. Bought a toffee latte and 2 hash browns. No complaints about the order. The young boy serving either had bad trouble hearing my Scots accent or was ripping the mick as I had to repeat myself 4 times until I gave up and walked away. Visited the ladies toilet. There was no lock on one door and no toilet rolls in either cubicle. No one took me on to request so went to car for hankies. Plus the area stank of urine!

Slow service due to low staff numbers on drive through and it would be great to get the sauces added with love rather than slapped on. Cliie chicken isnt great when all the chilli is at 1 end and you get mouth full of sauce...not nice. Tip...spread the sauce over the wrap before you add the other ingredients

Don't bother. Came on a Saturday night at 7pm and ordered a quarter pounder meal , a double quarter pounder meal and cheese melt dippers. The order came and they forgot the cheese melt dippers. Also, we waited about 20 minutes for a mcflurry, a cookie and a bottle of water. If you're in the area, go to the trafford centre one. Never again.

Wait times are absolutely ridiculous can wait up to 20 minutes for food. Very poorly run staff are all over the place. Waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes before a response from worker. Cars beeping behind me, very very poor.

Drives me insane this place. So unorganised and they just manage to be so unbelievably consistent with it. Edit** this is definitely not a fast food restaurant, every single visit without fail you have to park up! Go inside to order its cash only and they look at you like you have 2 heads.

Had the worst delivery experience from this store. Half the order missing and the rest cold. Couldn't care less when I rang and complained. Disgusting service and will not be ordering again. Uber driver couldn't have been nicer but let down by poor checking of the order at the store.

Very warm inside. Wasn’t busy but took a long time to be served (app order to table). Tables were not cleaned. Surprisingly toilets weren’t cleaned! Delivery driver in baby changing toilet without the latch on!!

I don’t normally post bad reviews but felt I needed to inform other hungry people. We went through the drive through about 7pm and ordered 4 meals. We were asked to park up and wait- no issue with this at all, it wasn’t particularly busy but at least we were going to have fresh food, right? Nope, 25 mins go by and still no order. I went in to query as plenty of other orders had been completed, suspiciously like ours. They questioned my order so had to show the team member my bank and go through the order again. I decided to wait- my 4 meals were presented as 3 (wrong) burgers. I asked for a refund which they couldn’t do without calling a manager in a different store. We waited 45 mins for a fresh order. It didn’t seem hot at all. Needless to say, we didn’t eat it (you all know why)

Awful customer service, totally disorganised, burnt food, flat drinks, disgusting tasting milkshake. Waited an age for food. Changed drink 3 times as flat. Changed milkshake as tasted weird. My Big Mac burger was burnt on both patties which made me go to the counter for fifth time to get it changed. Other people complaining at counter. Feel sick now after the food. Avoid.

This is my "wrap of the day" bought today. Their menu says it should contain lettuce and tomato also but somehow there's not. I wouldnt be mad if they just could let me know once Ive made the order, but of course, why would they do that? Let the costumer pay for half of what he supposed to get. Now, learn a lesson... If, for some reason you dont have all the ingridients, then you should not sell the product. Simple as that. Not recommend this place.

Awful. Got a delivery from them last night. Sauces, straws and mozzarella dippers missing. Fries were pale and undercooked. Burger was overdone and dry. Got a part refund for the missing items but this is poor. No care and attention. Is it really so hard to get such simple fare right?!

Nice restaurant with pleasant staff. Fast drive through (depends on traffic but still). Me and my family often go there at night shortly before closing time to get dinner. I like it.

Food was good, drive through super busy, just park the car and walk in, simple.

Over run with just eat/uber eat drivers. Can't order your food properly at the counter as they're all pushing infront of you can't place your order at the till. Feel a bit sorry for the staff to be fair. Decided to go through the drive through and that's even worse. Used to be a decent maccies.

Decently quick service and consistent quality, though it’s on the edge of a trading estate and the aroma of the nearby sewage works can sometimes drift across causing a right stink. Best to either eat in the car with the windows up or go in. You can also be double bouji and get a Five Guys shake from the adjacent restaurant. Unfortunately the price of most McDonald’s has increased consistently over the last few years, it’s no longer a cheap option at all unless you go for the Saver menu. You may wish to spend a couple of quid more and just go to Five Guys if you want a truly fresh burger customised, but for McPlants, the usual lineup or a solid breakfast option Maccys still wins.

Depends on the moments and staff. Many are very nice and friendly but few times experienced long waiting times to collect your order due to busy hours. When it's busy you should avoid as many other McDonald's.

The food is great, like every McDonald's. Unfortunately, this McDonald's seem to hire people who have a severe lack of skill and memory. I come home before with a BBQ Bacon Stacker. I didn't want salad, which was fine, it wasn't on the burger, but is bacon classed as salad? Didn't think so. There was no bacon present on my BBQ "Bacon" Stacker. So I only got a big mac with cheese and sauce, as a meal for £6.39. Be sure to come here if you want your order either ruined, or missing. Especially if you've come to give them "memory card games".

1st time in this one…Big shout out to Glenn - most polite, friendly and hard working employee I’ve ever encountered - literally never stopped welcoming people, checkin in on folk and cleaning the seating area from top to bottom (literally- scrubbing under all the tables) - what a brilliant example 👍🏼⭐️

I come to this branch for an occasional treat. It shouldn't matter what you order from the menu, 'budget or premium' food. The time taken to actually get the order is as usual a long wait. Looking through the serving hatch there must be around twenty staff in there, what are they all actually doing? The staff are quick to take the order and take the payment, yet the quality of food supposed to be 'hot' from the menu served at this particular branch as with many more different branches around the UK, is always 'cold', unappetising and certainly not fresh tasting. And that's at any time of the day or night. And the insult to the customer is, they have to wait so long to be served with it, either instore or at the drive through. Food that is meant to be served 'hot' and actually is given 'cold' to a customer is not acceptable, its an insult to the paying customer. And it keeps on happening. Part of the problem is all McDonalds branches have gotten greedy and installed two lanes for the drive through which in my opinion plays a big part in poor service standards and quality of food served. The workers have to prep the food quicker to get it out of the hatch to feed two drive lanes and the instore customers. Hence why the majority of supposedly 'hot' food is actually 'cold' (unless it's a salad). It isn't and can't be cooked properly in my opinion. Apple pies should be served at all times throughout the day, including early mornings, even the branches that are open 24hrs a day. These fast food chains are over run in society today. The more of them, the more worst the food appears and tastes and the service is visibly, absolutely terrible. Some of the people preparing and serving the food need a lesson or three in personel hygiene! To any customer reading my review, if you like cold stale, tasteless food and a long wait for it to be served then this is the place to come. Finally and sadly, I recently learned from a member of staff that they have to throw away food that hasn't been sold when their shift ends. They aren't even allowed to take it home.............why is all this food wasted when, there are homeless people picking scraps of waste food out of the McDonalds bins during open business hours, for all customers to see? All Manchester branches in particular.

M us for Mdonalds, and mediocre. Took 20 minutes for them to make a simple happy meal. The burger was cold, but as I’d waited 20 minutes to get my food I didn’t have enough time to do anything about it. Do yourselves a favour and go to five guys. It’s more expensivevbut they don’t keep you waiting

Me and my partner was siting in when there was about 6 to 8 kids in. Being loud throwing sauce all over. One of the employees called will went over to ask them very politely to calm down. One was very cheeky to him. My partner went over to see if he was ok he said he was ok. Will then wiped one if the girls shoe as it had sauce over. She never even said thank you. No one from the counter came out to help him. Just as we were going they came back in to cause more chaos. They did send a young girl. But they were not keeping a eye on them as one started to run round the place. Will was so good and polite. If macdonlds had more will's it would be a lovely place. Them behind the counter should be a shamed of themselves. U were amazing will.

The fella called Adam (longish brown hair) needs a raise or something. Never even taken note of McDonald's customer service before but this guy has it down. Proper friendly and really made an effort to get my custom order spot on. Cheers Adam lad, you're a top g.

Not a lot you can say about a McD's! The cleaning staff, as always, are the real stand-out workers. On it. Fighting a never-ending battle doing an often thankless task. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was fine, ever with the standard bunch of noisy teens thinking they're hilarious for making daft noises/ comments!

We pulled up at the drive through with no other cars there. We waited for a few minutes and no one spoke to us. Another car pulled up at the other intercom and was served straight away. He drove round and still no one spoke to us. We drove round to the window and ordered there. We explained what happened and there was no apology. Then at the 2nd window we were ask to park up and wait for our food. In the time we were waiting 4 other cars came and parked up waiting for their orders. All left before us! When we eventually got our order the food was cold and the sauces we asked for were missing. Over all very disappointed!!!

My favourite maccies. They are always so busy but the staff remain friendly and helpful. They also manage to stay polite and professional when dealing with really rude Deliveroo/ubereats drivers; noticed way too many times whilst waiting for food.

Ordered a bacon roll with RED sauce and a WHITE coffee. Received a bacon roll with BROWN sauce and a BLACK coffee. Also no sugar, stirrer or napkin. Bacon was disgusting, tasted very artificial with far too strong 'smoked' flavour. Now I remember why I stopped going to McDonald's. Wont be going again

Terrible! Not fast food. Food greasy and tired. Don’t use the right hand drive thru as you will be ignored. This happened to driver in front too. Had to wait for food in a bay. Took 15 minutes from arrival. Person parked next to us had been even longer. Not good enough. £17 spent on a breakfast. I should have known better

No human service there anymore. Order on a screen, sit down, look at a screen, pick up order if you can find it. A woman got home with happy meals that had no chicken nuggets in the queue near me.

It’s ok they’re a bit mean with the salad compared to other McDz. Be prepared almost always a bit queue! Staff usually all really nice ☺️ Aldi next door always handy to know 😁

Went to macdonald's nearly way This is not the first time this has happened ordered cheese burger meal with milkshake,and hot legend meal with white coffee. They gave us the drinks and asked us to wait which I didn't mind But people were getting the food quicker than us I asked were our order was so the girl went to find out. It eventually came 40 mins later and of course we had already drank our drinks In the past went to the one in Stretford similar happened only it was 20 Minutes but they mixed the orders up and it was cold !! Com'on macdonald's get your act together cos I love a good maccys x

Very poor attitude from employee during drive through. Had 3 cars go and still not been severed. Went to other check out and informed the person over headset didnt affor an appology or anything, just said what do you want? When i said what no appology he simply said not my problem. Spoke with supervisor (Jack) nothing I can do the manager Adam is not currently here. Ohh and Jack also said the person over the headset is one of their best employees, hate to think how bad the others are..... Worst ever service from madonalds.

What can you say about McDonald's? Very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a nice breakfast which is good value. Very nice coffee.

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Fist of over all, all the tables wear full or other peoples rubbish. Food all over the floor. Looks like haven’t been cleant for weeks. Toilets are disgusting once again looks like haven’t been cleaned for weeks. Overall was the worst mcdolds I have ever been too. The food wasn’t even cooked problay. Well not be returning any time soon.
