Not 100% Waitrose related, but one of the female staff has been completely HEROINE yesterday, when my car stuck in a nearby muddy puddle during a night where it’s all dark, she and another lady helped me to get away from that trap. Couldn’t thank her enough, she was absolutely amazing, the company shines with staff like her!!

Great selection of lovely food. Not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. This isn't a large place and that makes it a nice place to shop. Wine selection is good. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The car park isn't that big but even at busy times, like just before Christmas I've always been able to park. There are a couple of other small shops on site like a dry cleaners and menders which makes the whole experience complete.

Getting a little brassed off with this branch of Waitrose. I shop there two to three times a week because they have a good variety of quality food. In the last two weeks however I have been very disappointed. Yesterday I purchased a bag of Waitrose carrots. Came to use them for a meal tonight only to find they were wet and slimy and the best before date was today 11th June. Last week I opened some Waitrose chicken thighs to find that although they were in date, their smell suggested otherwise. They went in the bin. The quiche I purchased around the same time was edible although, whilst using it on the day I purchased it I noticed it had exceeded its best before date. Tried to telephone this evening to speak with a manager but after 11 minutes I hung up. If they can't be bothered to answer their telephone I will communicate via online reviews!

Completely ruined shopping experience after being followed by security on every corner. Me and my pregnant wife were completely alone on the corridors and the same security person was on every corner checking on us. I had to ask the security gentleman if he was following us and obviously he just could say no. Honestly, just take your money elsewhere and enjoy your Christmas shopping without feeling that someone thinks that you are going to steal the whole store.

Waitrose in'it, yer posh supermarket. Nice location, quite small car park. Good stuff, more expensive than Asda round the corner, but that's how you can be posh. I like it's selection of interesting things you might not find in Asda. Shop late afternoon for the yellow sticker normal price stuff.

Went to Altrincham Waitrose yesterday and the service and courtesy I received from Receptionist there was exceptional. His attitude and information given to my question was brilliant and such an asset to Waitrose I hope you treasure all your staff and it’s 10 out of 10 for your store. 🤩🤩

Very expensive for items on sale also very poor selection of goods. Probably the worse Waitrose I’ve ever visited, used to be such a good quality supermarket

Thought I’d go back to Waitrose after going to Sainsburys for a while. You can’t deny the food quality compared to other stores but I’ve been for 2 weeks now and I’ve faced rude customers but the worst are checkout staff. You would expect some sort of conversation? Maybe it’s because I maybe a little younger but I don’t even get asked if I have the loyalty card when I hear others do and if you haven’t quite finished putting your shopping on the belt, they do this go slow scanning thing which is really annoying instead of just scanning it and nearly stacking my items at the bottom so I can fit more on the conveyor belt! Maybe I need to go to a bigger store of Waitrose as this one lacks customer service and have the atmosphere of a morgue. A dissapointment really as this was my go to store a couple of years ago.

Nice enough store but clearly struggling for sales, the prices of everyday basics are shocking, considerably more expensive than Sainsburys, Coop etc…many products off sales, yellow sticker clearance all over fresh, counters closed. Feel bad saying it but I wonder how long the shop will stay open.

Friendly. Clean. Helpful staff. Wide range of goods including extras (herbs and spices etc) not in most supermarkets. The cafe is wonderful and had healthy options. Again, staff very pleasant

It's OK when combined with Aldi shopping. Moderate size store with quality choices and part of the high welfare on meat 8f I occasionally buy any. My only gripe are the ridiculously expensive clearance yellow sticker deals as they're more expensive than the buy two deals. So much food must go to waste rather than sell it off at sensible prices.

Why ask customers to wear face masks if your staff don't bother? A very small shop with air con, within 5 seconds I saw 4 staff members not wearing masks. Kudos to the 2 staff members who were. Won't be returning.

It's been a long time since I shopped at a waitress. First time in here and the staff are so friendly even the security guard on duty had a smile. I only went in for one item but in that short time I was impressed.

My local store, always well stocked and all the staff are lovely.

Partners are friendly, approachable and helpful (though, as always with supermarkets you'll have to go looking for help.) Store laid out well. Quickcheck - could do with a code NOT on the welcome desk to start. Mostly happy staff, willing to help, if stressed. By far the better supermarket experience in the area. Delivery team are fantastic too.

Been shopping at this Waitose for many years and the staff are always so helpful. They worked very hard during lockdown to keep deliveries going and the customer service has been excellent

Please can you advise why the café isn't open for customers it is one of your unique selling points across Waitrose and partners . Surely not a staffing issue. Your staff I speak with don't seem to give a clear reason why when I ask. Thank you

Customer service bent over backwards to help us with out of stock items and rescued a birthday for my son. Cant fault the staff excellant customer service friendly staff nice store
