If you want some chicken that taste like Fish your in for a grand time (Lancashire Accent)⛔⛔ ......back to normality we ordered from this place for the first time it was the only place open 🔔🔔. Should of thought about it, we ended up getting a chicken Donner meat and chips, cheeseburger and chips & four pieces of chicken. The chicken Donner was really bad to much of chunky mesh of badly processed chicken with way too much gristle but at least it didn't taste like some sort of gone of fish but still real bad. See the cheeseburger wasn't too shabby It was alright average burger par the crusty old bun which I had to swap. Now it gets interesting so the chicken I ordered brings shame on all that is high & mighty in the fried chicken world it had no flavour what so ever that represented fried chicken with the only taste this bad fried fish taste as if I just went to a chippy and ordered fish & chips real quick.😫 So it got scrapped real quick.(nothing wrong with fish& chips) Overall this place is really funky like some sort nastiness about it but it's cheap I guess so please be cautious when trying it out 👌

Spent £20 what an absolute waste. Pizza dough was old, toppings were disgusting and the doner kebab was grotesque. You are certainly on my black list forever. We all have a stomach pain and I'm pretty certain its food poisoning. This really is a cheap takeaway and cheap food. Never again.

This is the first place we used when we moved in 25 years ago and it was fab, we have used them from time to time over the years and have seen a massive drop in food, service and delivery to the point we did not use them for a long while. Stupidly we thought we would try them again (big mistake). Delivery was sent to wrong address, when it finally arrived it was cold which we refused. The driver took this to heart and slammed the gate. After another call to Peter pans there was a muffled reply which i beleived was they would give the order for free. When the new order came by another person, which we paid for. it was well overcooked, uneatable and we threw it away. Big mistake thinking this place would change over the years but so wrong. Do not use. Ps. I only put the details below as you have to, please ignore them.

How can they sell a customer a chicken burger, but the bun was ‘burnt’. So hungry and what’s the point going back. On my break from work. What a Waste of money. So stupid. No salt and vinegar - which I asked for, No sauce on my chips - which I asked for, and I pay first. Joke. Have some pride.

I'm usually the last guy to ever give a bad review because I always give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. However, what I experienced today is completely unjustifiable. I slept at 7pm, and woke up at 3am. I was absolutely starving when I had woken up, so I went on Deliveroo, and found that Peter Pan's Pizza was the highest rated shop open. I place my order at 04:11am, and get told the order will arrive at around 5:05am. Fast forwards a couple of hours and the food never arrives, I call several times and get no answer. I end up losing £19 and 2+ hours of my time. Please learn from my horrible experience, read all the low rated reviews submitted by others, and never, under any circumstances, order from this restaurant.

Ordered 2 pizzas. They came fresh, hot and tasted good. Nobody's perfect 24/7 but this time they were 👌👌👌 Edit - placed another order didn't arrive.

Stopped off for some take out tonight. First time here so I ordered the chicken pops and chips meal to try. I was blown away by the portion size and it was super tasty! Chicken pops meals are usually pretty tiny. Hubby's chicken pieces and chips meal was also really good from what he tells me. Very happy!

absolutely shocking service ordered at 1 had the order accepted for 1:35 food ended up coming by 2:45 by that time i’d fell asleep,tired calling to speak to the manager twice first time got told to call back later when he was in then when called back got told the managers not there and call back tomorrow and had the phone hung up.absolute disgrace and no way to run a business. food was cold wet and not what i ordered!

I ordered a Doner meat and chips.... Upon arrival the meat was hard and dry. The chips weren't great either....I was therefore unable to eat this food... I rang up to complain and was not offered a replacement or anything ... I was left feeling very disappointed with the service... No wonder it's called Peter Pans ... Tastes like the foods been cooked by 6 year olds 😂

Greasy takeaway pizza chicken and kebab place. Opens very very late till about 4am the food is OK when there is nothing else open. Difficult to park as its on the main Chester road right next to a pub but you can usually find a space in front of the pub for a few minutes if it's closed. Or park on a side street and walk back to the shop. I only go there if I've been travelling and getting home too late to get a takeaway. Average price for average food. It is what it is.

Placed a family order for a family box meal 8 pcs chicken witch were all fatty 8 wings were also horrible and fatty suppose to come with 2 x beans and 2 x coleslaw didn't receive No beans and No coleslaw also the chips were very soggy and cold ,I spent OVER 25 pound and also never got a free garlic bread either for Orders over 20 pound, AND to TOP ALL THAT , I Phoned them up to explain there was NO SIDES I.E Beans Nd Coleslaw they replied the guy didn't check so what you want me todo and HANGS UP I REALLY GIVE THIS A MINUS 10 , A MULTI ZERO STAR !!!!!!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Appalling service, terrible attitude from all staff, misleading prices and unpleasant food. Avoid at all costs, please for your own sake, never go to Peter Pan's in Stretford. Wouldn't feed this to my dog. Bogey on his lip.

Took an hour and a half to arrive, order was wrong and was stone cold. Tried to ring and talk to the manager and he was rude and hung up. Worst service in Manchester hands down

Absolute joke of a place, ordered a family pizza meal deal, 14inch pizza with peperoni and sweetcorn, 10inch garlic bread with cheese, chips and onion rings, we got a 14inch pizza with ham, spicy chicken, Donna meat, green peppers and mushrooms, 10 inch cheese and tomato pizza, and 2 portions of chips 1 had cheese on. I rang to let them know and I was told my correct order would be delivered shortly and that I could keep the other pizzas etc, an hour went by so rang them back and got abuse from the prick at the other end saying it won't be delivered tonight as they we're too busy and I would receive a free 14 inch pizza next time I ordered, I explained to him that it wasn't good enough as I had a 5 and 6 year old that were tired and hungry as it was 8pm and a13 year old that won't eat alot of things on the pizza they sent. I can assure you I won't be ordering from this place again I will be claiming for a full refund also

Ordered kebab deal for 2 for delivery, I live 5 mins away by car. All food was cold... kebab came on pitta when specifically asked if they had naan and was assured it would be. I was a regular customer for a long time... i grew up ordering from here but this is the Last time I will be ordering. The past 3 or 4 times the food has been cold or late or both. So disappointing... DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE ANYMORE

Got delivery to hotel 2 pizza and chips. Pizza was delicious and chips were ok

Went in to buy a late meal for my daughter . Staff is rude .they don't have any manners don't think to take customers order first kept forcing me out to back my car so their driver can get out. Should really put your delivery car on the outside not inside . No care for customer relations . Won't ever go there again . Should have more consideration for women.

Jokers...my 16 year old son ordered as a treat for him and his friends on a Friday. Charged but never arrived. Called next day to be told call back in 2 days as manager wasn't there. Called again...not there. Asked to call back in 2 days again. On our way to the shop now to get the money back. Don't bother ordering...charge you, doesn't arrive then keep getting told to call back.

As a traveller, I always wanted to have a good meal at the end of the day. As I wanted a good meal, I got the worst one ever! Is there any food policy in here? I obviously get a better meal somewhere else rather than spending money here. Really unsatisfied!

Ordered on there website rang after an hour to check where the order is to be told they've not received an order yet ive received an email Confirmation and the funds have left my account the person who answered the phone just kept saying we dont have your order so I would avoid

Tried to overcharge me and add things into the bag I hadn’t ordered, because they thought I was drunk and wouldn’t notice. Scumbags. Also the driest piece of chicken I’ve ever tried to bite, inedible, couldn’t be chewed or swallowed; the guy behind the counter described it as ‘ nice and crispy’

Chicken is godawful but the pizza is usually pretty solid, one of the better drunk-food pizzas in Manchester for the price, and the website gives a 15% discount so really affordable if you don't order the chicken That said, I've ordered from here 5 times and 3 of those times the pizza took > 2 hours to arrive, one time taking 3h30min and arriving burnt at the edges. I understand they're busy but since there's no estimate for arrival time you end up just waiting for hours with no communication. If there were at least a tracker to say your place in the queue or a warning if it's expected to take more than an hour it'd be fine, but an unexpected 3 hour wait for a pizza is such an awful customer experience I doubt I'll be ordering from them again.

Their food does the job after a late night out. I would give 5 stars for honesty if there was a category for this. I unknowingly left my mobile in the shop about 3am one morning. It was given to their delivery driver to hold and listen our for calls after they closed. The driver answered when I called it and brought it back to Stretford from Cheetam Hill for me. I can't thank him enough for doing that after 5.15am and the staff for handling the phone to him to monitor. Thank you 😊

shocking, the woman called out my order and i didn’t hear her, she told me “come on wake up” extremely rudely and the chicken was red. worst takeaway i’ve ever had, taste of fish. horrible place.

have ordered from here for a while ordered 2 days ago for 3 people can not belive it cost 25 pound yes I know everything has gone up but week before ordered more and it was 6 pound cheaper and even got 2 free garlic bread pitzas food was like rubber cans put on top of food so full of grease so last time ever to get food from

Horrible staff member shouting down the phone because I asked him to add lettuce to my burger as they always get it wrong. After I received my order today I will never order from here again. Also give wrong drinks and take over an hour to deliver -.-! Ruined my day from how agressive and rude he was down the phone whilst I was being polite. Absolutely shocked and horrified!

I order diet drinks specifically because I don't want sugar. If you don't have the diet versions, don't just send the full fat versions like they're the same thing. THINK. And contact the customer to tell them you don't have the drinks they want. Just laziness. Can't stand when takeaways do this and so there you go. One star.
