Good hot food. Excellent layout, get a seat upstairs if possible for a good view below. It was expensive however for 2 adults and 2 children I thought. Also I refused to pay for water, I hate places that charge for water! Reason for giving it 3 star rating not 4 star rating

Excellent customer service, food presention 10/10 , taste 8/10 , value for money 8/10 and atmosphere 10/10 . This place is wazzie must try approved well done guys and ladies only as excellent team have you achieved the score I don't normally give out 10 keep up the hard work. Re visited the place and had hooka , the Turkey staff member just kill it outstanding service and I love the fact each time he visited the table to check on us he always smiles this place is Wazzie approved full stop must visit keep up the hard work 👍

Visited here on a Saturday afternoon around 5:00 p.m. the service here is exemplary we were shown our tables which we had previously reserved, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The setting itself is phenomenal, beautiful windows, chandeliers, etc. It looks like the restaurant has been made from an old converted church. I think that the layout of the seating is very good and there are some good picture taking opportunities within the setting. Now onto the food. As I was not ordering but we had an order delivered to the table as part of a meal, I didn't get a chance to look at the full menu however the food that we were served was very well done, a lot of taste, fresh, and full of flavour. The service was very good and all the tables in our reservation were served at the same time. The food here has some spice but my children were fine with it so it couldn't have been that strong, Which is a good thing. I really enjoyed the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the ambience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, I think there is plenty of space for children here as well so it can serve as a great place for a family meal. One slightly negative thing I do have to say, they provided bottled water, which obviously they charge for, and when we asked for tap water, this was something that they did not provide.

Got the Hiryali chicken tikka for starters and a spicy chicken tikka masala for mains accompanied with a plain naan and a tandoori roti. The food was top notch , couldn’t fault it at all and customer service was amazing . Waiter was so welcoming and understanding throughout service . The blueberry bull mojito was really nice I enjoyed that . Overall I would definitely visit this restaurant establish again to try out something new on the menu . The decor and everything was amazing , the refurbishment has done this place a whole load of good .

Requested a grill. The food arrived it was pre cooked and placed on a sizzler to look fresh. Kebabs were dry and chops were dry. Mains were served. Chicken tikka masala was not a chicken tikka masala more like a chicken spicy stew. If you need instructions on how to cook chicken tikka please ask. Ordered a meat curry that tasted the same as the chicken curry. Would not recommend this place unless you are from a village then you will love it.

We came as a party of 10 with 1 baby. The table booking process was smooth and easy. The service we received from Urvashi was superb. She was accurate with her order taking and was prompt with requests. The food we ordered ranged from currys to loaded parmesan and was all superb, tasty and of good quality. Everyone enjoyed their food and the portion sizes were good too. The food is also reasonably priced for a restaurant of this quality. They do a birthday cake service exactly as requested and they keep the box. They also have ample parking right outside the restaurant. They provide high chairs and are kid friendly with their menu too.

A VERY impressive dining experience. Firstly your blown away by the ambience and decor, then by the hospitality and then by the food. The starters were amazing and so were the mains, and the service by Laureen was excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely go again.

Visited on 12th September for my daughter's birthday party. The food was great. The restaurant looks fabulous and was able to take some nice pictures for my daughter birthday. There was 10 of us and the choice of dishes caters to all. The food didn't take too long and tasted great. The waiter was great. I would definitely recommend and I was very impressed how everyone including other diners started signing happy birthday when the cake came out my daughter felt very special and made her birthday one she will remember. Will definitely come back again.

Very nice and family friendly place as well as the service. The food was deliciously cooked and presented. The only thing that disappointed a little was the Beef lasagne, it wasn't as tasty as expected but everything else was perfect!

Right, came in and got greeted instantly by the lovely waiter Zuhaad. Excellent service from Uzair who made sure my food was exactly how I wanted. They all sang me happy birthday which was so sweet and they sounded fantastic! Food was amazing especially the chicken dynamite and the cheese naan. 10/10 service. 10/10 food. Will return!

Need to give a massive shout out to our waitress Zaina have to say the best mannered and such a polite young lady made the experience even better I actually thought it was her families business the way she conducted herself well done. Right now to the venue absolutely lovely very posh and clean, the food was lovely no complaints everything was on point and tasty a little bit pricey but expected. Overall a great experience.

Everything was just perfect, great atmosphere, beautifully designed interior, good selection of food at affordable price. We went for lunch with the kids and the service was really good. We also tried some mocktails and daiquiris which were really good. I would highly recommend going here for a meal if you are ever in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here! The food was very tasty and the service was spot on! The food comes out piping hot and is filled with lots of flavour! If you don’t eat spicy food you may find the spice level a bit much, but you can probably ask about this beforehand. The haryali tikka starter tasted delicious! As it’s more of a top end dining place, bare in mind that the prices are also on the higher end and portion sizes smaller. The decor and the vibe of the place was also great!

We were very impressed with the food and service here! The restaurant itself is stunning. The staff were so welcoming and the food was amazing. Our waiter Russain answered any questions that we had and gave us his recommendations of what we should try. The service was fast and we didn't have to wait long at all. We highly recommend the restaurant and we will definitely be coming here again!

First time visiting here with a group of friends for my 23rd birthday meal, the lady at the front was lovely and very friendly. The interior and exterior is beautiful, great atmosphere, staff and service. Muzammil went above and beyond for our table and was very helpful. Thank you, we shall all be returning soon.

We were a party of 8. Ordered multiple starters, mains and desserts. The starters were nice but nothing too amazing. The mains were very tasty, although the chickpea masala was rather plain and bland, there was also too much butter on the nan breads. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their desserts- a nice way to end the meal. Overall a great meal, there were 8 of us so we were to eat a mix of mains and some liked the chickpea masala so it was eaten.

Absolute gem of a restaurant perfect food, to be complimented by perfect decor, atmosphere and staff. Nauman was very friendly and there was another trainee lady, Bahaar who was also very professional and lovely considering it was her second day. The price, considering the quality and portion sizes, did not disappoint. Thank you, will definitely be coming again.

Great food and great service. The gentleman on the door, the gentleman who showed us to our table and the lady at reception were all really friendly and polite. Shagufta our waitress and the others who served us were all very attentive, helpful and professional too. Would definitely visit again because of the great service, amazing food and impressive decor.

I went to this restaurant with my friends and we had the best service ever. The food was great and we were served by a well mannered lady, Mashal who waited on us hand and foot. We even had food bowls to take home our leftovers.

The food was very underwhelming, what I thought would be a great visit with great tasting food turned out to be quite the opposite. The platter was okay, best thing was the chicken wings it was really fresh, the curries lacked a lot of flavour, Naan bread was nice but the cake wasn’t fresh at all, mocktail had too much syrup in it; was too sweet also the prices weren’t the best. However the place does have a nice feel to it, with plenty of seating and the staff were very helpful cant fault that. Just not worth the money, Better off going to shere khan in star city.

The place is very nice, you can enjoy music during your meal and still be able to have a good conversation. Our waitress Zaina was very kind, always pending if we need anything and she even made some suggestions about what we can take from the buffet because some of the persons in the group didn't eat spicy food. We went for the buffet, really good food some of the dishes very spicy. The buffet has a first course for the starters, and then you have the second course for the main dishes and finally for the third course, the desserts.

Starters, side dishes and main dishes were 5 star. Authentic Pakistani food. Atmosphere is out of this world. One of the top decorated restaurants I have ever visited by any standard. Service was top class, Shagufta is a star. Best service you can get. Only reason I have taken one star is the quality of dessert. Falooda was the worst one. Most of the desserts were below average. I would love to go back to this restaurant and hope to see better quality of desserts next time. Cocktails were really good.

Place - beautiful restaurant, has a shisha lounge on the side separate from the restaurant Drinks - Strawberry bliss and virgin classic. Dish - Chicken Achari, cheese nan, garlic nan, chips and rice Service - great service, super fast seating and all staff went that extra mile to make the experience special. Food came out on time and was really nice. First time finished the whole curry! Great flavours and fresh. Drinks were amazing and very refreshing. Prices were reasonable.

Its really good place to visit with family. Me and my wife had dinner here and i have to say this is one of the best restaurant i have been in Birmingham. Food was delicious and decent size portions. The staff were helpful and very polite. Definitely recommended.

This was our first visit and we were pleasantly surprised. The car park was a bit confusing at first but we eventually found it. We were seated quickly although it was not busy at this time of day (5pm Saturday). The food was nice, not greasy and well flavoured - some people might have preferred more spice or salt, but it was to my liking. I want to in particular recognise the service we received especially from sister Zaina, she was attentive and gave us good guidance on menu items. We ordered way too much and ended up taking it back with us.

Elegance mixed with good food and exceptional customer service- that is how I would sum up my experience at Mughal-e-Azam. The high ceilings and the stunning decor create a sophisticated environment to have great food and drinks (just make sure you take along some good company!). The food was tasty and welcoming. It tasted as if it was cooked with love! With good flavours, hearty portions and fantastic presentation- you really can't go wrong. Everything was reasonably priced and well worth it. We also had shisha, desserts and tea in their side cafe. The decor was funky and fun. There was a definite vibe. Again-we were not dissapointed. Just the kind of relaxation you need after a good meal. Customer service (Shaf, the person in charge of the kitchen, the shisha guys & Omer in particular) was exceptional. Throughout our time at Mughal-e-Azam the staff were attentive and wore a permanent smile! Staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Well worth the hour and a half drive....we will be back! Thank you for a lovely experience yet again.

Booked Mughal-e-Azam for an engagement party and the whole process from booking to the day itself was brilliant. Service from Omar for the booking and all arrangements was A1. On the day all staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Food was delicious and the new refurb has transformed the place. Previously the venue was a little dark inside but now its perfect. Highly recommend.

Went there for a wedding- great food, great venue and ample parking. Excellent for hosting weddings

Arranged an event at extremely short notice (under a week) and the management were amazing. Umar made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend 10/10.

Had a walima here for my brother Omar and his team were so helpful. Everything was on point and they were so accommodating. Decor is beautiful place has really gone up food was delicious all our guests complimented the whole evening. Thank you guys!
