I returned a 'squeaky' pair of boots purchased four months ago. Dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the manager, (Amber) who could not have been more helpful. Absolutely no issues or disagreement and I left the store with a brand new pair. Top service with a smile. Far better experience than my previous visits to this store during the latter part of last year.

I was served by a lovely colleague called Kyle. I have very little timberland knowledge, Kyle turned that around and spent a lot of time with me. Recommended sizes, looks the works. Well done Kyle. Coming from a store manager for another retailer, In terms of customer service, that’s what good looks like.

Small place but busy, new boots should have been £188 got them for £135

Customer service was amazing.A really helpful gentleman went out of his way to offer me and my family suggestions on a certain product which was really thoughtful and kind. Really appreciate the help.

I visited Timberland at the Trafford Centre on Fri 03.02.23. I was greeted and assisted by Kyle when I entered the shop. Kyle was very professional, knowledgeable about the products and a positive personality. In addition to new boots (which I bought), I also needed a new rain jacket which Kyle was again very helpful with ideas, sizing and suggestions. Also served with a smile - excellent customer service!!

Kyle was a great help, happy to answer all questions I had about different shoes, brought out lots of different sizes to find the right fit and taught me about the best ways to care for the boots. Great service!

Excellent store. Upon entering the female staff member was very helpful and helped me in purchasing what I wanted by finding my sizes. It was my first time entering a Timberland store and I was very pleasantly surprised with the customer service. The t shirts fit perfectly and are very high quality.
