I’ve just started a microneedling course too & had a skin consultation to start on the ZO skincare regime and everyone I have spoken to at the clinic and had appointments with has been so lovely & professional!

It is natural to be skeptical about anything you get on the internet. Especailly it is about our skin. I have bought and used a lot of different skin care products. Honestly, when I say A LOT, it means not only a lot of different top brands but a great deal of money. But none of them works. I used to have acnes and also post acne scarring and pigment which made my skin dull. For God's Grace, I stumbled on BrightNewMe, after read Dr Sarah's blog on its website , I took a leap of faith and decided to make an appointment. Because of that appointment, it completely changed my life. I become more confident and I like seeing myself in mirror. I've been seeing Sarah and her team for the past year. I'm overwhelmingly pleased with the treatment I've received and the knowledge and care of all the staff. Bright New Me is a very welcoming place and not at all intimidating. The ZO products are amazing! My skin has a much more even tone with a definite reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. My skin conditioned worsened considerably while undergoing treatment at Bright New Me - their response was to repeat the same treatments. After following their advice for 3/4 months, spending £600, and becoming increasingly unhappy with my skin, I decided to revert back to my old routine. My skin condition improved. I don't expect Bright New Ne to be successful in treating every patient, but when the treatment clearly isn't working, I don't think it's right to encourage someone to continue without investigating other options, especially at a high financial cost.

I have been a customer since 2019. I initially attended a consultation with Sarah as I wanted my skin to look good for my daughters wedding. I had a large mole like growth on my fore head develop last winter. I had it checked out by my GP who referred me to a specialist and they said it was nothing sinister and I would have to live with it or go private to remove it. After a search on the internet I came across Bright New Me Cryotherapy treatment and the pics on there web sight looked interesting but I thought they might be publicity pics from a library. I decided to proceed with the treatment that was very reasonable in cost compared to others offering the same service. The very nice lady that treated me told me before she started that because of its size would probably need a second follow up treatment. I went ahead with it and to my complete surprise the result after 2 treatments is absolutely perfect. Very many thanks to Bright New Me for this fabulous result. A lot better than I expected. David.

The service that I have received from BrightNewMe has been excellent. After a very thorough and professional consultation with Sarah, she recommended products from the ZO range for my skin. She explained exactly how they should be used and when. The ZO products are amazing and have made a real difference to my skin. I now feel reluctant to put on foundation as I think my skin looks better without. Prior to this I had been using Liz Earl Cleanse and Polish for years,which I was reasonably happy with. However, my skin is far clearer with ZO and incredibly soft. BrightNewMe are always very efficient when sending out the products whenever I reorder them, but there is never any pressure to buy. I have been thinking long and hard if to bother posting a review. My biggest concern with my skin are thyroid related skin lesions; one at the tip of my nose bothers me the most; naturally I wanted to get rid of it; went for consultation. Dr Sarah was pleasant I have learnt lots about skin regime and things I could do to improve which was great. Eventually I decided to have skin lesion removed; it was absolutely painless, healed relatively quickly BUT it’s still there! To be clear the lesion was tiny to begin with… when I contacted clinic about second removal session it appeared I’ll be charged again… I thought okay I’ll have another go but I took my time, digested it all and in reality why should I be charged again for 3-4 mm lesion? Why wasn’t I invited in to check up? I get it things don’t always go to plan but there was no contact made to check I got what I came for… After 1st session rather then reaching out to check how it’s healing etc I got details around treatment I was thinking about next…whilst it was good to understand what my options were my priority treatment didn’t go to plan and I’m left feeling more annoyed and disappointed that my lesion is still there.Its the after care that impacts my job and activities that perhaps are giving second treatment more negative vibe then just the cost involved. Pics attached…. Granted first pic is with make up- before treatment and second bare- lesion still there! I have found another skin clinic I’ll be visiting as sadly I won’t be returning here. I do need to say that ladies at reception and consultant that treated me couldn’t be more friendly and helpful but it just didn’t work as well for me as it could have.

I tentatively made an appointment with Dr Norman, I was keen to ensure any treatment I underwent would look natural. I was also reassured that Sarah is an experienced medical professional I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. All staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. My consultation was very thorough and I was happy that I was able to discuss my needs and did not feel pressurised to agree to any treatments. I am very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the prescribed Zo skincare range, for the first time in my life I am enjoying my skincare routine, my skin looks and feels fresher, skin is clearer and visible pores are reduced. Over the last 4 months I have had SKIN CARE, BOTOX & THERMO-COAGULATION At 54 my skin was dull and dry. I was struggling with acne and my Rosacea had got worse. I’d never had bad skin before and didn’t know how to get on top of it and spent a small fortune on high end/low end products and nothing worked. I felt very self conscious and wore makeup daily to cover my bad skin. At my initial consultation Dr Sarah Norman recommended a regime with ZO skin products and within a couple of weeks of using them my skin had already improved. NB: I was not under any pressure to buy or book anything at this appointment. In fact, it was suggested I go away and think about it first. I then had thermo-coagulation to get rid of spider veins on my cheeks. It was explained I might need a couple of treatments to get rid of all of them. I’ve had one treatment to date and it took a few weeks to see the full results, but combined with my new skin products my skin looks so much better and I no longer need wear foundation to hide my skin. I also wanted to have some Botox (I was nervous about where to go), but felt very confident that I was in safe hands with Sarah. The appointment was very thorough and I am more than delighted with the results. They exceeded my expectations. My face still moves naturally (not a frozen expression), but looks so much better. I will definitely have it again. I have no hesitation in recommending the Bright New Me clinic. Everyone is really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
