    As a father son duo we have really enjoyed using Stelios over the past 4 years! We have both benefited from his very personal approach to our training programmes (no mean feat considering a 30 year age gap!) and he has always created a fun and comfortable environment for us to work out in. Stelios is a great guy and it wouldn’t be over the top to say that he has really become a “friend of the family”… we can’t speak highly enough of his approach to resistance training which has improved both our physical health and mental well-being. We look forward to many more sessions of training and becoming faster, better, stronger in the process 💪

    Soma has proved to be the best place for weight training. The teachers are really encouraging and very well qualified with excellent training. My husband has Parkinson’s and the patience shown to him has been incredible showing an improvement all round. Soma is recommended for both male and female of all ages.

    The guys there are beyond friendly and looking after me to achieve my personal goals and well being. Always a good workout plan and results can always bee seen. I will with no doubt at all, recommend every single PT in this place. Thank you for everything

    I have trained with Soma for the last 7 years, both Stelios and Martin are fantastic PTs. Always creating a personalised training programme designed specifically for me to target my key areas whilst also taking into account my weaker areas. I would definitely recommend Soma fitness to any friend who is looking for a tailor-made fitness programme and a professional, friendly service.

    I came to soma fitness with a really bad mechanical problem with my spine, an injury I have had for around 5 years since I was 15 and during that time lost a lot of stability in my back and struggled with regular day to day activities making exercises basically impossible. I contacted Soma to seek some professional advice as to how I could begin to get fit whilst being cautious and careful of my injury. I booked a block of 10 sessions with Sam. Not only was Sam instantly helpful in assessing my issue and finding exercises that were best for me but also helped my motivation massively. He’s very knowledgeable in back/spine related problems and general gym and fitness & lifestyle advice. Sam’s a really easy person to get along with and I really enjoyed the sessions. He was always available to contact outside of sessions and provide me with extra material to help me. I’ve completed my block of 10 sessions and since then have been in the gym daily for several weeks. I’ve felt the fittest I have since my back issue occurred and I can carry out movements I didn't think I could possibly do before training with Sam. I really feel like I'm back on the road to recovery now and I don't think this would have been possible if I hadn't contacted Soma and started training with them. Couldn't recommend Soma fitness enough to other people trying to get started in fitness.

    I have now used Soma twice over the last 10 years. The first time, Stelios did an amazing job in getting me fitter and stronger than ever before - and did it in a way that was fun and challenging. This time I have Johnny. He is also an excellent fit. The gym has been improved in every way since my last visits. Johnny is helping me get over a long-term injury and I now feel as fit and strong as ever and look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Soma.

    I decided to move from the UK to Sydney 2 months ago and so wanted to get into shape pretty swiftly. I chose to go with Stelios from Soma Fitness. I would 10000% recommend Stelios to anyone who wants a personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and tailored our workout and my food plan to work along my lifestyle whilst driving the weight goals we set out together. We communicated regularly and he always went above and beyond to provide helpful tips to keep me on track. Above all Stelios is a very lovely person and was a delight to work with and I would reccomend him to anyone. Thanks Stelios for all your help 🙌🏼🙌🏼

    I’ve been training with Sam for 5 or 6 months now and can’t speak highly enough of him and of the SOMA experience. He makes sure every rep at every session counts and my programme is constantly updated to reflect my progress, as are my nutritional targets. Where Sam also adds value is in his breadth of knowledge and experience covering nutrition, training, biomechanics, rehabilitation of injuries etc. Prior injuries that have previously been triggered by training have been absent due to the knowledgeable approach, focus on good form and construction of a programme that addresses root cause. Every session is tough but fun. As well as being thoroughly professional, Sam is a great positive person to work with.

    Soma fitness is one of best fitness Gyms I have been fortunate enough to be a part of. The equipment is versatile and very carefully selected. The environment is extremely comfortable, safe and inspiring. My two teenage children and I have been training with Stelios for a year now and we love it. I came with a few injuries and struggled to go beyond a certain level of training. But with the right guidance I feel the strongest I have ever felt. My children have been safely guided by Stelios towards a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to him they love working out and look forward to their sessions at Soma every week without ever missing. They have the confidence to join a gym on their own and workout alongside their PT. We love soma fitness and will definitely be continuing our journey with them for a very long time.     Fantastic trainer (Sam) who has made a huge difference for me. Very different from other ‘general’ fitness PTs; with loads of knowledge about biomechanics, physiology etc Cannot recommend enough

    The professionalism and service experienced at Soma Fitness are top-notch. There is not a one size fits all program, everything is personalised and tailored to your needs and desires. The 3 PTs: Stelios, Sam, and Jonny are friendly and always made me feel welcome. Sam (my trainer) is an excellent trainer whom I have gotten very good results after only a couple months of training! He is very knowledgeable and empathetic and does his best to get the most out of me each session. I always leave our sessions feeling well even if I have had a difficult day before. I highly recommended Soma fitness for personal training.

    I have been coming to Soma twice a week for just under two years as I thought weights would be good for my well being and health. I was already doing quite a lot of cardio so the two together have worked very well. Stelios is very knowledgeable about nutrition and all aspects of training which instills a lot of confidence. Soma is a very well equipped gym with a welcoming, non-intimidating environment, which can sometimes be apparent in larger gym complexes. Highly recommended.

    I have been training with Stelious at Soma Fitness for a few years now. It's a great facility with a lovely atmosphere. The level of knowledge that the coaches have and understanding for each individual is on another level. As an athlete in combat sports, my training is often very different and sport specific so I am lucky to have found a team that are able to cater to those requirements and work with me to achieve my goals. Couldn't recommend these guys enough

    Been training at Soma the last 15 years. Stelios has been a great coach in many ways. Helped with strength, cardio, boxing and nutrition and always great company, been a pleasure being at Soma Been mainly focused on boxing while with Stelios and learnt so many valuable lessons from hours of pad and bag work which helped so much over many events. Soma is where it all started.. Nutrition and diet started at soma has been very rewarding and healing. Always felt comfortable and enjoyed training with Stelios at Soma

    I'm a professional rugby player that has been working with Tim during my off-season. He's a very motivated coach and works hard to facilitate my needs. Tim has a wide knowledge of strength and conditioning and always makes my sessions challenging and varied. I would definitely recommend Tim to any young aspiring athletes.

    Been with Soma for 5-6 years, pretty much my entire teenage life, and it was one of the best decisions I could have done in terms of my fitness and mental health. The meal plans are tailored and brilliant and all the trainers are friendly and great at what they do, I had the pleasure of training with Stelios for this time and in that time I’ve learnt more than I could have ever learnt anywhere else about technique and how to maximise everything out of a session.     Known Stelios for a long time and always had impeccable service. Listens to what your body needs and accommodates the training so that your getting the most out of a session. Come out of every session with that post workout high. Great guy and trainer who explains what the workout does, giving you the push and motivation. Recommend to anyone from beginner to experienced, you get more than just great training when signing up to the programme. 💪🏻

    I have been training at Soma for over 10 years (with a few breaks), firstly with Stelios and currently with Martin. The great thing about them is that they listen to you to establish your goals and then set realistic targets to help you achieve them. By working closely with one trainer they get to know your body and can tailor the training to help you to recover from any injuries, I have had knee problems for a few years but the area specific workout routines have helped to alleviate a lot of the issues I have had. I can thoroughly recommend Soma to anyone who is looking to lose weight, improve fitness or looking at post injury rehab.

    Stelios and the team down are Soma are brilliant. They took into consideration my goals and level of fitness and worked out a bespoke plan for me. I couldn't believe the weight loss and how much fitter i was in just 6 months. Highly recommended.

    Outstanding experience with Stelios. Always pushes me to my limit and beyond with no exceptions. I’ve improved both physically and mentally with him, and as a rugby player, I have seen this improvement in my game in practically every aspect. Can not recommend enough, 10/10

    I've been working with Stellios at Soma Fitness for over a year now and I couldn't recommend the service anymore. I've seen great results and will continue to train there! Friendly, knowledgeable, well organised and a great place to train!

😠 The dirtiest most untidy and poorly managed gym I’ve ever seen. You see the same litter left in the exact same place for days. No gym floor management with more equipment on the floor than in its proper place. Terrible music with non stop adverts. Look at how thick the dust is!
