I
came
to
soma
fitness
with
a
really
bad
mechanical
problem
with
my
spine,
an
injury
I
have
had
for
around
5
years
since
I
was
15
and
during
that
time
lost
a
lot
of
stability
in
my
back
and
struggled
with
regular
day
to
day
activities
making
exercises
basically
impossible.
I
contacted
Soma
to
seek
some
professional
advice
as
to
how
I
could
begin
to
get
fit
whilst
being
cautious
and
careful
of
my
injury.
I
booked
a
block
of
10
sessions
with
Sam.
Not
only
was
Sam
instantly
helpful
in
assessing
my
issue
and
finding
exercises
that
were
best
for
me
but
also
helped
my
motivation
massively.
He’s
very
knowledgeable
in
back/spine
related
problems
and
general
gym
and
fitness
&
lifestyle
advice.
Sam’s
a
really
easy
person
to
get
along
with
and
I
really
enjoyed
the
sessions.
He
was
always
available
to
contact
outside
of
sessions
and
provide
me
with
extra
material
to
help
me.
I’ve
completed
my
block
of
10
sessions
and
since
then
have
been
in
the
gym
daily
for
several
weeks.
I’ve
felt
the
fittest
I
have
since
my
back
issue
occurred
and
I
can
carry
out
movements
I
didn't
think
I
could
possibly
do
before
training
with
Sam.
I
really
feel
like
I'm
back
on
the
road
to
recovery
now
and
I
don't
think
this
would
have
been
possible
if
I
hadn't
contacted
Soma
and
started
training
with
them.
Couldn't
recommend
Soma
fitness
enough
to
other
people
trying
to
get
started
in
fitness.
