Set
in
the
beautiful
town
of
Altrincham,
no
complaints
of
area
or
setting.
Premier
Inn
website,
however,
advertises
£39
rooms,
of
which
there
are
none
of
when
you
click
through,
to
be
fair,
£39
would
be
the
right
and
proper
rate
as
the
room
we
stayed
in
was
beyond
basic
and
very
tight
squeeze
for
2.
Still,
we
were
charged
£78
on
the
website
and
when
we
enquired
about
staying
another
night,
(business)
was
told
the
same
room
had
gone
up
to
£110.
Quite
thankful
we
never
needed
it
really
as
I'd
have
seriously
begrudged
payment
for
this
room,
it
was
very
small,
quite
bleak,
barely
any
natural
light,
slightly
sagging
bed,
suspect
carpet
which
had
seen
a
lot
of
mileage,
and
just
jaded
really.
I
expect
a
cheap
hotel
in
this
affluent
town
is
not
going
to
happen,
and
they
can
obviously
get
away
with
the
prices
as
people
are
paying
them.
However,
on
a
positive
note,
my
son's
bed
seemed
ok,
he
said
he
had
no
complaints.
The
room
did
have
a
very
small
table
for
your
laptop
etc,
a
bathroom
with
a
newish
shower,
(although
the
head
wasn't
detachable
which
I
always
find
annoying
if
I
don't
want
to
wash
hair
because
hair
gets
blasted
as
soon
as
turning
on!)
and
also
the
lady
behind
reception
with
the
Polish
accent
was
lovely,
very
friendly
and
helpful.
Was
happy
to
park
the
car
close
by
in
the
car
park
too!
