Think this has to be one of the best Haven parks we have been to. The weather was great, park was great and caravan (complimentary upgrade) was fantastic. The pool was great too. We had food in slim chicken which was fab. Some of the group had food from the chip shop but weren't that impressed - the fish and sausage were a bit overdone and the batter hard. Apart from that an excellent time was had by all. Only negative was how far it was for us to travel - 10 hrs in a car was a long drive home! But I would definitely recommend this park.

Loved this caravan experience! At first I couldn't believe the caravan was ours so I stopped everyone from getting our bags out! It transpired That we had been upgraded!!! Loved the swimming pool, the flumes were closed , not aware of the reasons why, this would have made it even more fun, but at least they had a slide! The beach is nearby, the facilities are wonderful and there is something for everyone. I would definitely visit again. The haven representative that helped us book this stay also needs a shout out, because she was amazing!

Brilliant holiday park. The centre has tons of entertainment, from arcades to swimming baths & soft play areas. Plenty of restaurants and a well stocked mini market. Child & teen entertainment in two separate halls every night, all throughout the day until late at night. Decent bars, fair prices, though the restaurants are a bit much price wise. Tons of fun for the whole family.

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday. The park has been upgraded since the last time I visited and they are doing even more work to extend it further! The variety is wonderful there is absolutely something for everyone. The park is well looked after as is the accommodation. The evening entertainment is great and pitched brilliant for younger family members, we didn't manage to get to the entertainment for older family members but the variety seemed great so hopefully next time we will make it. We will definitely be returning

A reasonably priced caravan. The caravan was well equipped with all the plates, bowls, utensils etc you would need for a holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have visited a number of Haven parks and found that this park is not as good as others. It is difficult to park next to your caravan where other parks provide this facility. This makes it difficult to keep an eye on your car if you need to as the car can be parked some way from the caravan. The caravan did not even have any toilet paper in the bathroom where other parks provide toilet paper. You are expected to strip the beds at the end of your stay and put the bedding in a bag. This bag was not even in the welcome pack provided. There was no rubbish bag provided. The welcome pack was empty. You start to question if the caravan had been cleaned. In the bathroom toilet paper had been stuffed in the radiator but not cleared away. The park is not directly on the beach, it is approximately a 15/20 minute walk away and is not easy to access as there is no pedestrian pavements and you end up walking in the road. The park does have a fish and chips, burger king, pizza and chicken takeaway facilities. There are a number of activities available to entertain the children from a climbing wall, to a go ape style course, to a swimming pool etc.

Overall it was a good long weekend break we had here. The caravan was clean with plenty of bins close by which is good the site was spotless and looks very well kept. Only reason I wouldn't give 5* is because of the activities, we were told prior to travelling that even though activities say sold out on the app we can turn up and book when we arrive. Timings were very limited or at the most awkward times like dotted around throughout the couple of days we had here. Food was nice in the restaurant as well!

Visited Hafan y Mor with my two daughters and granddaughter Fri to Mon. Stayed in a silver rated caravan which was lovely and clean and quite spacious. Had a nice balcony. The park has great amenities but unfortunately my granddaughter was too young to go on some of the attractions. During the early mornings and early evenings we were treated to the many rabbits coming out to nibble on the grass. Early evening entertainment for the kids was great. There are a couple of convenience stores on the site. The whole park was well looked after and staff were always available. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

We were on the touring park, great level pitch, the only concern was that the main TV aerial doesn't work, they need to get it sorted. Although the toilets and showers were clean, there were plenty of cobwebs and thick dust on the vents. Lots for kids to do and plenty of places to eat. The late evening entertainment were excellent, harmony was great, they must have put so much hard work into making it, we'll done guys. Overall a great week, would definitely go again, even though it took seven hours to get there but the views going through Wales are brilliant.

Brilliant holiday, came here myself as a kid now bringing mine here! Just got home from a 7 day trip, can't fault it. Kept my almost 2 year old busy for 7 days straight. He loved every minute! So much to do even for the younger ones. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. We stayed in afon garden, the caravan was clean, comfortable and conveniently close to the main entertainment. The shower in our caravan was blocked and I needed a highchair, within 10 minutes of going to reception they brought me a highchair and someone came and sorted the shower. Brilliant service👏 My little is obsessed with the seaside squad now. We can't wait to come back in March!

The best haven site we have been to... amazing pool, excellent ariel adventure and loads to do on-site. 2 mini marts, gift shop, papa John's for pizza and Burger King for burgers and chips etc, give the cooks chippy a miss though as it very overpriced and distinctly average! Great holiday and we would go again! Lovely beaches and some great little towns nearby to visit. One of our highlights was actually the nature and beach walks and talks given by ranger Paul who was extremely knowledgeable.

Great holiday. Lovely location and super child friendly with lots of great things to do. Staff were brilliant. Caravan was clean and well maintained and a great hub to travel from. There's lots to do inside Haven too and I didn't find it too busy. We are a family of 4 and had a fab time. This was out first UK holiday in years too as we always go abroad. Great value if looking to explore Wales

Had a really lovely time with the family here. A beautiful part of the country. Didn't spend on the food as it looked expensive. The apartment was clean and comfy. The only reason a star dropped was that the kitchen was ill-equipped. No oven gloves, which resulted in a couple of burnt fingers. There were two broken glasses in the cupboard. Only supplied two half full toilet rolls for the two bathrooms. There was 8 of us so a few trips to asda were needed. However, will know to pack tea towels, oven gloves, dish cloth and liquid etc next time. Swimming pool was much enjoyed by the grandchildren as were the carts and boat. Didn't get to see any of the entertainment as were way too busy and could not get a seat. Will be back

Beautiful site, the chalets are pristine and modern with ample space inside and out for my family of 4. The site is well maintained and has plenty to do for the family. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is nice enough and fairly secluded, a little rocky so may struggle with prams. All round had a great holiday here and would recommend.

Where do I start ? Spent a week here on a touring pitch. Absolutely perfect location set in beautiful surroundings. John & Stuart the touring park wardens couldn't do enough to help with any problems. Wow... 750 acres of holiday park. Never short of anything to do. Plenty of activities for kids and adults alike. Supermarkets,takeaways,pub/restaurant and 2 entertainment clubs. Entertainment is fantastic. All day for the kids then 8pm onwards for evening shows. Live performances every night and also visiting Live acts. The Haven entertainment team put on a brilliant show every night. The dance floor crew are there to keep the kids entertained which they do very well. Not going to single anyone out in particular as they all play a great part in the entertainment. Plenty of places to travel to,towns or country and even a bus service that runs right to the main entrance. Definitely recommend staying at Hafan Y Mor. You really won't be disappointed.

This place is in a stunning location , and fantastic for the kids with lots to do and would definitely recommend it . It’s immaculate. However we ordered food from the app for Slim chicken and had a 8-30 time slot it didn’t arrive till 9-10. We had to phone to see what had happened and a security guard brought it. It was freezing cold and went in the bin. This meal cost us nearly £45 for 4 people. Apart from this it’s a fabulous place to visit.

Great family friendly park. We had a lovely short break away and will definitely be returning. The only thing we wish it had was a play area on grass or astroturf or something similar. The sand pit was great but our toddler got covered every time he wanted to play, which was a lot! We would have liked another play option for him. The pool is amazing, the food was good. The walks are beautiful and the park was very tidy. Every staff member we encountered ẁas very helpful and personable. We will definitely be returning as it was perfect for a more local holiday.

Lovely place, no good play area though. With it being a super park I expected to have somewhere that my little girl (2yr) could play for a good while. There is a sand pit that was full of water (thanks to a Welsh summer 😂), but it didn't drain even after a few sunny days. There was also a climbing frame but it was too big for smaller kids. There where also parks marked on the map but when checked they were a single swing. The soft play was also very dirty and small. I have been to smaller holiday parks that have had far better soft play. Food in their restaurant was fairly priced.

Can’t really complain. Great venue with loads to do but the entertainment does tend to cater for little ones and with teenagers it wasn’t to our taste. Though when they were young, Kiln Park and the Seaside Squad was excellent. So why change the characters??? What happened to Bradley Bear. Icon gone the way of the Dodo. If you have young children it’s ideal. If not it’s useful as a base for the area. Bit you could get a hotel cheaper maybe if you don’t want to use the site amenities!!!

Great holiday and good staff. We had a decent caravan the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that the caravan had a slick oil like sheen on the floor and looked like it had been quickly sweeped, just not in all the corners of the rooms so on there there was all dirty bits. The bathroom extraction fan didn't work, so I had to shower with the window open, there was no AC so the caravan was like a mini sauna in the sun and the last and most important point was it was so expensive. We hired a cart for one hour, and it was £16! Besides that, my daughter and partner loved it. I am not a big fan of forced family entertainment at night like bingo, etc - but they were, and the feedback is that it was great. My daughter enjoyed her time there. So, all in all, if you can look past a bit of caravan grime, and the high prices and kitsch entertainment, it's really good.

It’s a lovely little place, kids loved the activities and everyone was kind. I booked an accessible caravan , it really wasn’t accessible for me, I don’t know if my wheelchair is much wider than a manual one but couldn’t get in the bedroom I slept on the sofa, I couldn’t turn to access any room. Considering I paid extra for accessibility it was rubbish. But once out of the van the caravan park is nice most of the activities are accessible in that I could watch but the sports hall doesn’t have a usable dropped curb that made it hard to get in. Overall it was nice enough I’d have liked more space but the kids loved it The caravan was clean but shabby we have a dog do I expected that but the trim was missing off the kids bedroom cupboard and the wet room was Rusty. Overall it was ok

Haven is not my first choice of UK holiday break but my children absolutely love it so we booked a 4 night break in a static. The caravan was relatively clean, I always take cleaning products with me to give it a once over when we arrive though. We were placed directly next to the delivery area which was noisy after 7am, but didn't bother us as we are all early risers. The pool was clean and lots of staff, all very helpful. Evening entertainment was OK, the microphones and exceptionally loud speakers let it down. Also the fact that people were allowed in after the shows started so were wondering round looking for seats whilst the panto was on meant we missed most of it. The site itself is lovely, clean, well maintained and loads to do. Be prepared to spend a lot though. Everything has an extra charge. The beach is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean and the views are stunning. For a child centred UK break you can't go wrong with Haven

An absolutely fantastic experience! A party of 11 of us stayed here during half term week to celebrate grandparents 50th wedding anniversary (they met whilst working at this holiday park when it was a Butlins 51 years ago)! Our group was split across two caravans, a silver and bronze. Both were immaculately clean upon arrival, and rather modern. Both caravans were also particularly roomy inside. The site itself is very well maintained, very clean and the landscaping done really nicely. Lots of food choices available on site. Yes these are mainly fast food/ unhealthier options, but still tasty nonetheless. 😋 All staff we interacted with were very friendly and pleasant, a real asset to the holiday park! And lastly, the park itself is in a great location, on the sea with great views of the mountains in the distance. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our time at Hafan Y Mor. Great location for exploring the countryside, close to some huge beaches and castles and has its own nice pool. But, it needs better play facilities. The rope frame is basically it. The soft play quite limited and that's basically it. The mud kitchen was nice but going a little green.

We have just had a 4 night stay and the park ka fantastic and we are booking already for next year. Never felt the need to go off site all week due to plenty of activities for the kids to do. Highly recommended. We stayed in a gold caravan in mountain view and it was beautiful. The view we had in number 42 was stunning. It was always so quiet and peaceful also accompanied by some rabbits and squirrels on the grass area which was lovely

Just a fabulous sight for families. Even the cove has a proper night club feel Wen kids have all gone to bed. Food in restaurant really tasty and plenty of it. So much to do there and so pretty by the pub of an evening with all the lights. We loved it so much we are purchasing a van shortly.

Stayed in campgrounds and one of the heaven on site Caravans when the rest of family arrived. Campgrounds certainly 100 times better then the Caravans. In the caravan the plates dishes pans etc all dirty and greasey. This place has major hygiene and maintenance issues. Pulled out the sofa bed and a dogs bed would of been cleaner. The toilets are dirty and soap dispensers empty, Asked a memeber of staff for soap and they had to go to there own mini mart to get some. Nappy bins over flowing. Laundry facilities are run down. Broken machines, empty beer bottles on the floor. This place would suit you if you like beer, fast food, and no care for hygiene. Everything is at a cost, best go with a open wallet. Thank you to John and Stuart at the campgrounds they were great. Some of the staff at the pool & other facilities etc were excellent and then some didn't care at all. It's clear it's a case of 20% of the people do 80% of the work here. Shame as place has a lot of potential.

Loved this site, we've stayed at at lot of Haven sites but this was the best! The surrounding area has lots to visit and the site itself has more activities than any of the others we've stayed at. Added bonus is that It's a 5 minute east walk to the beach. It was easy to negotiate even at night as everywhere was well lit. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant place for the money. Kids koved it! The caravans were spotless. The park itself was spotless as well. A great variety of activities and food was well priced. The views were fantastic! Only criticism would be, the evening entertainment was a bit of a letdown.

Staff are all friendly and great. Place has alot to do, caravans are clean, warm and spacious. Shows are really good Watch the circus with mad hatter and do the potion making with kids Would recommend and come again arcades are anything between £1-£3 a game though

I went just after COVID so some attractions were shut but even still we had a great time. The caravans are great quality and well furnished. My favourite part was the beach there (it is private to the park i believe). I would honestly go just for the beach it was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here - lots of fun for anyone! 🏖️
