Brilliant service staff member showed me all my options. Very relaxed approach showed what was on offer. Item needed to be ordered in the order was dispatched within the timescale given I was able to collect well within the estimated time.

Amazing store, love everything about it. Very swanky and stylish inside, plenty of selection and the dressing rooms are very well decorated. The staff are always helpful and kind, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They took time for me to look for leather trousers in the store room, and came back with six pairs! Not to mention their care in packaging my items; they always provide me with a free bag (or multiple!) which I can re-use and enjoy. Customer service is great - exchanges and refunds are very easy to do at the store. In my last trip they allowed an exchange of a pair of jeans in a different colour so that I could keep the discounts I had originally used on the order! 😄 In terms of products, I have recently been very impressed with their denim range, the mom jeans are so comfortable and very pretty colour-wise. I have bought two pairs of jeans and a denim jacket from their range: the quality is excellent. In terms of cost, usually, there are plenty of discounts on the Hollister House Member rewards; you can earn points for every purchase you make to eventually get a few pounds off your next purchase. The website is also very clear and easy to browse through (I did initially find the sizing confusing as it is USA sizing) however, through trying items in store and using exact waist measurements, I figured it out quickly. Overall - I have many positive things to say about Hollister! I think the quality of the items are well worth the price. Every experience I have had has been positive and left me feeling happy for the rest of the day. Hope this has helped anyone considering buying from them! ♥️

Absolute brilliant. Staff exceptional. Very friendly and no fuss returns policy. Bit dark inside the store males it difficult to judge colours otherwise very pleasant to shop in with the helpful staff. Full marks on the training!

Went in today and was helped by Nia, she was very attentive and knowledgeable. She advised me on the jeans I needed and was really pleasant and polite.

Well made products, slightly on the expensive side but worth it for the good quality. Bought many products from hollister over the years and always had great customer service. They offer a student discount too which is always a bonus and have a sale section which you can save a lot of money through. Overall I would recommend 👌

I'm quite liking Hollister's stuff but I have to wonder who's sourcing their sizing. Today's visit was loads of small and extra-large items with hardly anything in-between. It's also too dimly lit to get a true indication of many of the colours.

Teen daughter could find loadsa clothes she wanted. Current, on trend styles and colours. My only gripe is the changing rooms - the lights! Very cool and trendy to have that many lights but the heat they kick out is intense. This menopausal woman was melting!

Quite a few of the clothes aren't worth the price not always plus size friendly as I tried something and it was see through and unflattering and my sister tried the same thing (she's alot skinnier) and it wast see through and flattered her (I have a hourglass figure she has a mix of hourglass and straight)

Friendly staff and they were very helpful! However, the dressing rooms were a bit of a struggle for me. There was no place to hang the clothes, the space was quite small, and there was no stool. But other than that it was great! :)

Well presented store, it's pleasantly delightful to come into a store and see everything so tidy and not rummage of clothes. Staff are so friendly, which is always a bonus. Very helpful especially when it can be challenging for myself to shop for christmas presents for my teenage daughters who differ to me in fashion sense!

Staff very helpful went above and beyond helping me find the item I needed and to check other stock to see if they had size needed too

We love the quality of the store, however every time I visit I either find that they don't have any stock in my size (I'm average size) or that the sizes quoted are really not reflective of the garment!

Daughter loved the experience here. Dark and almost theatrical/ moody inside which made it interesting and more personal to explore the shop instead if light, open and exposed. The quality of the clothing, as a mum, I found very good and I loved the fact you couldn't open the changing room cubicle doors from the outside. Very reassuring.

Good shop plenty of stock, somewhere my eldest daughter used to shop and now one of my younger ones.

I attended today to get a malalia women’s perfume, I picked up the items turned to the till, the gentleman on fills was folding clothes, started chatting to a colleague who looked at me then walked off into the back. Whatever the reason for leaving the tills, you do not leave a customer standing there without a little communication. Needless to say I put the item back and left. I’d rather order online.
