A superbly run theatre - we played a show here on 11/09/21 and the staff went above and beyond to help us set up our extensive rig. The auditorium itself is immaculate and is a great place to watch a show of any genre!

Went to see a production of the Sound of Music. It was an excellent show from start to finish performed by very professional performers from the very youngest to the oldest performers. Great singing and acting. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Fabulous theatre space at the heart of Altrincham community. Despite being listed on the The Times best places to live in the North West for the umpteen time, Guardianistas can take solace in the foundations that give Altrincham it’s soul are things like The Altrincham Garrick Playhouse. Passionate community members make it what it is. Ignore the Range Rovers and Bentleys with blue badges in the parking. They’re just visiting from Bowden, Hale and Knutsford. The locals always walk.

Nice place for a show. We watched a beegees tribute band who were good. The bar was packed during the interval so I had no drink. But no problem. My only niggle was a guy was happily puffing away on a vape. Couple seats down from our group. I asked a member off staff if this was allowed. No was the answer. But nobody stopped him.

Homely with a profound and entertaining program over several weeks. Only one "teeny" adverse comment - on the night I was there, the performance began 1/2 an hour late and no apology was made or reason given to the audience.

It was cold and smelled of damp. We were informed they couldn't do hot drinks in the bar as the kettle was broken.... We then watched somebody put the kettle on and make a brew. Some staff were friendly.

Lovely theatre with excellent view of stage. Great performances in All Our Son's, which I guess is not an easy play to perform!

Great little theatre! The staff and volunteers are lovely too. We visited to watch Matilda, what a fab show it was. We sat on Row C seats 6, 7 and 8. I've added a photo to show our view.

I absolutely love this theatre. I've been to two shows now,A Christmas Carol and The Shawshank Redemption. Both shows were absolutely amazing. The acting is fantastic, the sound design is superb. The shows are so immersive. The little shop outside sells everything one could want and the staff are super friendly.

Visited last night to watch our daughter who was singing in the production 'Rolling Back The Years'. Was thoroughly impressed with not only the show (it was great!) but also the facilities of the theatre. Has free parking (70 spaces) which was also a nice bonus.

I have just been to see Christmas Carol, it was fantastic. The production was brilliant, the facilities great and the theatre itself is just perfect. The cast were amongst the audience to round off the play and there were campanoligists at the end and a full choir. Absolute treat to be there tonight.

Watched a show here. Parking limited so arrive in plenty of time (roughly 50 spaces). Volunteer-ran and pleasant enough. Has a bar and pop up stalls where you can buy drinks/snacks. Nice size for small events.

This theater has great shows both in the smaller intimate theater and the large Main theater. I saw a talented bunch of about 20 singers and performers singing an amazing array of musical theater hits

Last five years what a fabulous show really enjoyed going out in a safe venue. Almost could forget there was a pandemic on. Lovely little theatre so glad we went to support our theatre.

I went with a friend and who is disabled and I myself I'm disabled and we booked tickets to see a play play we told them in advance that we had disabilities and when we arrived we got to one entrance and were told that the disabled entrance was at the other end of the front We got into the Building and tried to find the bar we found that the lift was not working and we had to use the stairs considering that my friend was using crutches this was very difficult and then she had to negotiate the stairs again because the lift was not working Had to get assistance beca9use of potential fall of my disabled friend. In the interval queued a tea and was. Told that tea and coffee was served in the bar are I got down to the bar BA1 stairs and was told that they were not serving tea and coffee had to buy cold drinks This was my first visit to this Theatre I know I was not impressed by the facilities or lack of them and not impressed bythe lift not working even considering that we had four warned them that there were two disabled people coming 2 out of 5

First visit last night to see 'Jumpers for Goalposts' and it will not be the last! Absolutely lovely venue! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean, lovely little bar that was very reasonably priced. The theatre was great for those that needed disabled access and big enough for a great show to be seen. We watched 'Jumpers for Goalposts' last night and it was Brilliant! The script was well put together and the Actor's delivered it fantastically well. Thank you to the staff and Actors for making last night one to remember!

A lovely local theatre. You can expect ice creams in the interval and a small bar for pre and post show drinks. More amateur than the larger theatres in Manchester, but very quaint and a good evening out.

Went to see "Murder she wrote" at this theatre in Altrincham. It has everything you could want - new comfy seats, a bar, sweet/softdrinks in the foyer and car parking. The tickets were not expensive and it had a lovely atmosphere. Would recommend a visir.
