Very good food great ambience and a top quality golf course definitely worth a visit

Great golf course. Wouldn't join as member as has a reputation of alot of cheaters who play there. As a round in Cheshire, best course around. Membership better going elsewhere

Great place......Go often...Great course...Great food...Great Staff...All nice members...No Rough people from Wigan.

Paths around and across the golf course all signposted footpaths. A small cafe is available for tea and coffee summer months. A quiet safe place to walk.

Sublime golf course, fabulous staff, great bar, good beer. The only thing that was a let down was the execrable sausages and bland burger we had. It thus would have been fives stars. What a shame. I'll say it again the course was beautiful and so well looked after - better than Sunningdale. We will just go to the course next time and not eat though.

Great course. Played it a few times. The staff are great. The bar/restaurant staff are particularly very good.

Horrible. Lesley is extremely rude always with the unkind and sarcastic smirks. Haven't heard the best things about her. The young girls working there are nice but Lesley is an absolute disgrace. Sits around waiting for everyone else to do her job

The course is splendid, the cafe has great choice and has a sort of wooden terrace, very pleasant to meet up afterwards, inside,the bar area is cosy and do a very nice Ale!

This is a super golf course from tee to green. If one negative was no real amount of sand in the bunkers. Club house out standing and staff helpful and pleasant. No hesitation to coming back if we get the chance

Great wedding venue. Lovely food and staff.

Was sadly there for a funeral wake, but the food was hot tasty and plentiful and the views over the golf course were stunning. Got a bit chilly on the patio, could have done with a few gas burners or blankets. Journey up there was interesting, single track and full of massive pot holes, be careful if you don't have a four wheel drive!

Personally love the service Sandra the Head chef is lovely will go out the way for anyone. Sou chef isn't bad to look at either

Very good course. Hilly in places but an excellent test of golf. Buggies can be hired.

We had rain for a few days before but the course was surprisingly playable. One or two tees were set a bit forward but made no difference to the course. Green staff went out before us and squeegee d the greens and although a little slow were certainly playable. Staff very nice and friendly.

Lovely place .Sadly, there are some nasty dreadful golfers who seem to forget the golf course is a public right of way ,thats why only 2 stars
