Frederico is stupid. don't order your anything when he's on shift because you won't get your pizza or whatever you order. Pizza tracker told us he had arrived and was waiting where we gave him specific directions in driver instructions and then he went back to the Domino's with your pizza and tracker says delivered, after calling the Domino's and complaining about our lack of pizza they sent him out again with his number. He apparently does not know Google Maps is and refuses to listen to you giving him directions over the phone and then gives up the 3rd time you try, hangs up and goes back to Domino's with your cold pizza. Awful service do not recommend -10/10

I tried my best to order a medium cheese and tomato and the front of house offered me a £2 discount but then insisted on it being £16.99. I pointed out that cheese and tomato was not that price in the first place and it should be buy one, get one free at this time. To be honest, I think the staff were trying it on so decided to ask for the manager. I was met with a torrent of abuse and decided to go to Papa John's up the road instead. I hope the area manager contacts me directly so I can discuss this cultural behaviour of the Altrincham store. I don't like to be ripped off by my local shops/takeouts.

Awful service, brainless staff, NEVER buying from here again. This used to be an excellent location but the last two times we have ordered have been an utter shambles; - The first time the food took over an hour and half to arrive; when we rang to ask what was taking so long we were told it was only a few minutes away. Half an hour later and still no pizza. We rang again and were told they had no idea where the delivery person was or even when they had left the building. When the food finally arrived it was cold. - Tonight we decided to try again. After an hour of waiting, we received a phone call telling us that despite fully preparing the pizzas, they could not be delivered as the road outside had been closed, mere moments before they were about to set off. Rather than offer a refund, they suggested that we "have it delivered to another address" or "come and pick it up from the store". Why would we want it delivered to a different house?! How can they deliver it somewhere else if the road is closed?! How can we pick it up if the road is closed?! I am genuinely so dumbfounded that someone is capable of saying something so moronic. Also, Google Maps shows no traffic, no accidents, not even mild congestion, which, combined with the previous experience of "15 minutes away", makes me think that the staff are not just stupid, they are also liars. tldr; NEVER USE THIS DOMINO'S.

Placed a large order for pizzas last night. Waited an hour then rang the store who said our order would be there any minute. 15 minutes later rang again to be told the order was almost there. The pizza tracker then showed the order as delivered when it wasn't. Rang again and the order finally arrived a few minutes later. The order was incomplete so rang again and was told that the rest would be delivered shortly. We ate the pizzas and wedges that we had which were barely warm. Washed up and the rest of the order arrived about an hour after the main order. Really disappointing service. Certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Liked for others not myself as of intolerance but the main problem is they don't accept cash just credit card which caused a little problem at the time

Never eaten from this place because rang up to see if it was halal the person who answered did say the chicken was but she also told me it was contamination due to that cannot eat from there

Domino's must have the most complex menu system of deals I've ever seen. I just can't work out the best way to get my pizza fix using the website so I thought I'd call in the shop and ask them. Even they haven't got a clue. £18.99 for one large pizza? Noooo don't think so. How about a large pizza and a side for £10.99? Though clearly its says Mon to Thurs only and today is Fri. Yes that's fine but you must have garlic bread as a side, no you can't have wedges. I'm still very confused.

Ordered food at 7pm and was told delivery would be 45 minutes, come 8pm I check the app and food says it’s been delivered but it’s not. Rung and nobody answered the phone for 10 minutes then when they did, told me my food would be ‘a few minutes’. 20 minutes later and still no food, rung up and the same woman told me my food had ‘only just set off’. Mid conversation my food arrived, all freezing cold. Definitely will never be ordering from this store again.
