    1 star because 0 star was not an option. I just ended up binning the food and going to McDonald’s. 20 minute wait for a Zinger Burger, aside from missing Mayo, the stale bun looked like it has been crushed and fries were undercooked. Added to that they’re out of drink lids, so good luck carrying that to your table in 1 hand without spilling it. During my 20 minutes of just standing there waiting, it seemed pretty clear how disorganised and uncaring the place is. I appreciate it’s not easy running around all day for customers but when you serve inedible food; somethings up. The staff seemed to prefer to have a chat and wish their friends a merry Christmas than to even acknowledge customers. Aside from that, the bins overflowing, dirty tables, dirty touch screens to order on, broken glass at entrance and staff going up to hug friends just casually turning up off the street doesn’t fill you with confidence regarding the food hygiene either. It’s not like we’re in the midst of a pandemic….. oh wait! Anyhow, I used to be a regular KFC customer, won’t be stepping food inside there again. Disappointing doesn’t cover it.

    I've been to this KFC maybe twice, the first time they had me waiting for 20 mins or so for an app order. Today, the pictured table wasn't cleared in the 45 minutes we were there. The toilets stunk like a sewage plant, one was blocked and not closed off. The service from the staff in there was rude and abrupt, basically non existent service skills. They had no place cards for dining in, the machine have no receipts. The table service consists of them shouting your order number across the restaurant which you then collect yourself if you can remember the number! Avoid this place.

    Avoid. Disgusting restaurant with incompetent staff in need of training. Even the manager lacks the skills required to handle customers respectfully. - Toilets very dirty and no soap to was hands - Hand sanitiser empty at all stations - waited 18 minutes without food - Ignored at the counter for 10 minutes while trying to find out what is happening with my order. While waiting I saw a staff member cancel my order off the screen as if it was completed. When I told her she asked me what my order was and started to type it into the till to order it again. I asked for my Money back to which she said "have you had your food?" If that is not a clear sign of stupidity and incompetence I don't know what is.

    Always manage to get your order wrong. Ordered Zinger Stacker, Zinger Tower Burger, Popcorn Chicken, Mash. I received Chips, Beans and Corn?!!? Which were inedible anyway. The receipt attached to my order clearly stated the items I ordered too. I can only presume the person who sent my order is illiterate.. or on glue. Maybe both.

    Filthy. Slow service. Order mess ups. Most tables unusable because of the uncleared food. Floor sticky. Hardly any salt or extras left to grab from the counter. Food was sub average. Bins left, brushes left on the floor. My worst ever review, worthy of a 0/5.

    I have never been so disgusted with a kfc in all of my life. The restaurant was the dirtiest I ever experienced. The floors were sticky under your feet, bins overflowing, tables dirty and uncleared and I couldn't even bare to attempt the toilets, which didn't have any toilet paper in any of the cubicles. The store was really quiet as well which made it all so obvious. In addition to this whilst waiting to be served a member of staff loudly informed his colleagues in the kitchen; "Let's get those deliveries done fast guys, more deliveries, more money". Let's just say the rest of the queue and I were not impressed to be thought of as unimportant, particularly as we are there infront of him. This same staff member then went and smoked in the eating area outside preventing us from sitting there.

    Tired of sitting in the drive thru queue whilst staff inside serve deliveroo, uber, just eat and and other online service. One delivery driver stood playing with the serviettes with his bare hands. Can't get anywhere near the counter for drivers. Staff very slow, more staff needed.

    Bins overflowing and not clean inside. Machines some didn't work and others no receipts given. Very slap dash, hygiene and cross infection is questionable !! Wasted £17... won't be doing that again. My food was cold considering its a fast food place, albeit my burger was changed for fresh still waited considerable amount of time. No prioritising or organisation behind counter with precise instructions to staff. Chaos. There should be someone cleaning and emptying bins. Would prevent people leaving some tables a mess. Drivers that are collecting should wait away from the counter until their tickets are called. Unfortunately I won't be calling again, given 3rd time try.

    The experience wasn't great they where short staffed. Only 1 lady on the drive through and no one serving on the till she was very polite in explaining. The staff seemed to be out on a break together. Eventually got served after waiting 10 minutes then waited another 10 minutes for the food, And also used the toilets they smelt really bad and weren't the best I've been in. The chicken was over cooked shame. Just needs some strong management in there to organise the young staff in there and prioritize the customer. That's what it's all about.

    Unbelievably dirty. Not one clean table. Very quiet and lots of staff. No excuse for the hygiene standard to be so low. We left to use toilets elsewhere as they were horrible.

    Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I had the worst take away experience here yesterday. I ordered a party bucket for my sons and their friends. The chips were undercooked and the chicken was covered in so much grease that not only did the bucket it was in collapse but the paper bag also collapsed and the grease was leaking from the bottom. The skin fell off the chicken and left what I can only describe as puddles of dirty looking grease on the plate. I had to cook a whole different meal because I couldn’t feed that to children. I am writing a formal complaint today to KFC and I will never ever eat here again! Absolutely disgusting!!

    Waited 10 minutes to try and get served. Young lady wanted to help but she had lost her voice. Her colleagues refused to help. There are feral children stood outside smoking dope. A couple of staff members were enjoying a break and smoke with them. The place reeks of cannabis. And the kids are quite intimidating. The staff are just bone idle. Don’t bother going.

    The tables were dirty food crumbs spilt drinks definitely hadn’t been wiped in agers and like every table in the place too! Floors too! And the place was full of kids just hanging about not eating riding their bike in to the areas people were eating

    They are lucky they can't get a zero stars review. As many other reviews here have pointed, management is really poor as they can't seem to plan ahead. I had been a couple of times and was aware of them taking more than the average KFC to serve but on my last visit it took them 50 minutes (I timed it since I ordered through the app). Many other customers were served before me and when I finally got my order, not one, nor two but three items were missing from a simple order (family feast + extra bucket + extra gravy). KFC need to look into this branch or so should the franchisee.

    Waited 20 mins for 4 meals, the reastraunt and toilets are disgusting see the photos i didnt get a photo of the air conditioning units that luckily werent operating and fortunately I noticed the loose bolt in the high chair before I sat my daughter in it. Only two sides available and only drinks were fruit shoot or Pepsi cherry. Since 2 out of 4 have had off stomachs safe to say we'll never eat there again.

    Delivery is fast. Food QUALITY= absolutely disgusting!....... Cold in temperature, no salad on the burgers. Hot wings dry and old. Chips cold and soggy. Definitely not worth the money, just revolting in general and would never order again. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

    So far been waiting in excess 40 minutes for 2 box meals. Organisation skills abhorrent, fast food is supposed to be fast - Otherwise you'd go to another establishment that can be bothered to give you a rudimentary amount of service...on time. Delivery drivers seemed to have no problem picking up their food as it was made. Do yourself a favour and go the the other franchise on the retail park.

    Went to this KFC at 18:15 yesterday. Without a doubt, this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Half the restaurant area was closed off. All of remaining tables were filthy, as was the floor underneath the tables which were also greasy (surely a health and safety risk).There was a cleaning spray on one of the tables, so I grabbed (the only two remaining) napkins in the condiment area and proceeded to wipe down one of the tables. There was a member of staff sat at an elevated table behind us with a laptop (a manager?) who saw but did nothing. My wife commented to me that it was ridiculous that we had to clean our own table. The aforementioned staff member must have heard as she called out at a member of staff (Alex) to clean the tables. Nobody came and she said/did nothing further. We collected our food about 5 minutes later and I had to ask for napkins. I was given a large bunch of about 15 (perhaps so I could clean the rest of the tables?). A few minutes later, a lady with a child came in and sat next to us. She looked down at the table and took a tissue out of her bag and tried to clean off some of the food waste and grease. I handed her some napkins. At that point my wife went over to the staff member with the laptop to complain. She once again shouted out to “Alex” without moving from her position. “Alex” shouted something back to complain he was doing something else but then reluctantly came over muttering. He then flicked off some food debris from one of the empty tables onto the floor but made no attempt to wipe it down. He then went straight back to the food prep area. A lady then came in and sat at this table and commented that it was disgusting. He then came back and sprayed/wiped the table she was sat at. He sprayed at another table as he walked past, then just left it - he did not clean or wipe it. I have not yet even mentioned the food here. The zinger burgers were poorly prepared. The corn on the cob was a soggy mess (I assume because it had been kept warm all day). The two hot wings were fried at too high temperature and had no hint of spice left. Awful!

    Not worth 1 star! 20min wait, would have been longer if I hadn't asked why my order was showing ready to collect on the screen, then I saw them starting to make the wrap! Not 1 customer was happy whilst waiting for their food! Also should a workman in filthy clothes be in the food prep area?Granted he was only getting a brush, but he had no need to be in that area. I blame the management or the lack of management, for the dirty tables & the staffs inability to get the orders out, mainly because they were too busy chatting! I will never eat there again!!!

    This place is absolutely awful on every level. J went in on Sunday and was there waiting for 40 minutes before I got my food, and that was actually quite quick for this KFC. A man walked in and went straight behind the counter and started bagging up food for a delivery driver. He wasn't wearing a uniform but must have worked there as nobody challenged him. My issue with this is that he had come straight in and not washed his hands before handling food. Painfully slow service, often misses out part of my order, undertrained staff (not their fault, they don't have any help or direction at all), and now on top of that I can't be sure that these people even wash their hands or anything else in the store. Please avoid this place and force them to up their game.

    Drive through was handed over quickly. Apart from that the food was of a very low standard. I ordered four pieces of chicken and only received three. One piece was so over cooked the chicken was like sawdust. The fries were squashed, soggy, greasy and cold. I only go there as a treat and this definitely wasn't one. I won't return.

    Zero should be the score. extremely poor service 20:54 14/09/2021. Ordered a family bucket 10 pieces, 4 fries, 2 grey, 2 rice, 1 drink at the till. Non of the touch screen machines were working. The lady who was at the till took my order and I started to wait in front of the collection area. The restaurant had been very busy and was serving almost all deliveries rather than walk ins. On the status screen my food order had been on 'preparing' all the way through my wait. After waiting for more than 40 mins, I enquired about my order. The lady who was serving everyone claim that she had read out my order 6 times and since no one had answered she had put my order in the bin! This was absolutely ridiculous as there was no other walk in customers and all the deliveries were stood at the other side of the counter. Also, throwing an order in the bin sounds ludicrous! What if I went to the toilet for a moment? No apologies were given. After I got home with my order I noticed they also gave me 2 less chips that was part of the family bucket meal. To conclude, customer is not king in this KFC restaurant!

    Diabolical and thats being polite , cold food , halfwit service and shop full of uber eats and deliveroo drivers being served first , whilst we sat at the drive through post , for a good while . Email sent to kfc hq in the uk .

    Not as disgusting as the former altrincham location but the fancy lighting and decor cannot hide the complete lack of service and energy from the staff. I spotted the same hideous goblin woman from the last place, awful attitude and looks like she hasn't showered in years. McDonald's is a stones throw away and the difference in the staff is night and day.

    The restaurant was clean. The food was good quality, as you would expect from a KFC. The service was good and the staff were friendly. However, be aware, in the United States the mashed potatoes and gravy come together as one side item. Here they are separate items, so they count as 2 side items. Also, unlike in the United States, no refills on fountain drinks.

    As a lover of fast food, I recently visited my local KFC and was blown away by the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and welcoming smiles, and the high level of customer service continued throughout my visit. One of the standout features of my experience was the speed of service. Despite the restaurant being busy, my order was taken promptly and prepared quickly, meaning I didn't have to wait long to enjoy my delicious meal. The staff members were efficient and worked together seamlessly to ensure that every customer received their food promptly. Furthermore, the quality of the food was outstanding. My chicken was cooked to perfection and was juicy and flavorful, while the sides were also delicious and well-prepared. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean, with tables being promptly cleared and wiped down to ensure a pleasant dining experience. In addition to the exceptional service, the KFC staff members were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I asked for extra napkins and condiments, they were provided without any hesitation, and the staff members were always happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by KFC. The efficient and friendly staff members, combined with the delicious food and clean environment, made for an excellent dining experience.     Me and my family came here a few times but unfortunately the tables are always dirty. The staff is always rushing and doesn't smile or use courtesy with clients. If we ask for napkins or ketchup we are given "the look". The restaurant is most of the time without deserts. So, if you like to feel welcome, this is not the place.

    Not much to expect from a Kentucky chain these days. I went here for some dinner during my break, upon entering the premises I went directly to the touch screen kiosks. Upon noticing the sheer amount of grease on all of the screens I stood back. I proceeded to the counter to retrieve my order, the lad behind the counter was too interested watching the match on his phone and half heartedly took my order, whilst other employees appeared to be engaging in a daily excursion. Upon opening my food, the thigh was minuscule and the chips like a greasy sponge, though this appears to be a re-occurring theme with these forms of eateries these days.

    It was about 6 o’clock when we got our food, we ordered it 10 minutes before that, it was understaffed, however they were doing the best they could. The popcorn chicken was perfection and it was very clean, despite the reviews, however I have ordered their delivery before, and it is not good.

    We ate in. All the tables were dirty and needed cleaning. Several of the toliets and a sink were broken and filthy with no soap. It was disgusting. They'd run out of napkins and proper bags for the chips. I love KFC but would not recommend this branch.

    This place never gets an order right. Got home to find it all wrong. Not for the first time. Also got all the way into Drive through to be told cash only. No way put so had to wait for ages behind people to then park up and go in. Paid for my order, got home to find the food I got was about half the price I paid for

    Visited this afternoon around 2:30pm, not the first time I've experienced this but nobody seemed to have a clue what they were doing. Took us 10 minutes to get someone's attention to get served and when it did , the food was poor ! Mega greasy , cool and all round pretty disappointing. To be honest this KFC is a 50/50 gamble as I've both experienced the best and the worst. After my last experience probably be a while before I return

    Surely the foreign nationals waiting to collect people's delivery orders should require a food handling certificate? Standing in the que with their hands down their pants and picking there nose, then putting people's food in a dirty Aldi bag. The manager needs to get a grip of this discusting behaviour. However, tonight my meal actually looked like it does in the advert so no issues with service

    The rooms are large and clean. The night section is extra concerned. Reception staff is good and ever so helpful. Not so sure of the restaurant, especially the early morning staff. Seems they are still sleeping!

    This place is always short on staff the floors and tables are ALWAYS DIRTY, liquids spilled on the floor. Orders take FOREVER regardless if they are small or big. Unacceptable, as franchises ARE SUPOSED TO HAVE THE SAME STANDARD NO MATTER WHERE AT. Altrincham, really???? Pics to come :(

    Very bad service. Always get my order wrong!! Staff are rude & not helpful. This KFC is always understaffed which means the wait for the food is normally around 30+ mins. Come here all the time and they never have half the menu. Would not recommend.

    This has to be the worst ever KFC, I wasn't told I would have to wait 40mins for my order. The place was very unorganised, no leadership or direct. Still taking order's after I had been waiting 20mins, and still not informing people of the waiting time. The oldest person on the team looked around 25 years of age and she was the manager!!! Eventually after 30 mins we were told that our order's would be another 20mins, I decided to ask for a refund. I certainly won't be going back to to the KFC in Altrinchan and would not recommend it to anyone. Only put one star if there was a zero believe me that is what I would of put.

    Food was good but the staffs attitude and totally ignoring people and working a pace that a one point time had started to go backwards there was 20 people waiting for there orders some for 20 minutes I will never come to this kFC again and I would nor recommend Altrincham FFC to anyone.
