Nice site in a good location for visiting Lymm. Nice shower room and 2 separate toilets. Owner is nice, put your van on the pitch any way you like. Lots of pitch space. Good pub 5 mins a way 30min walk in to Lymm. Lovely views.

We used this as a stopgap on our way to and from the Lakes but have been very impressed. Owners seem nice, didn’t really see much of them but that’s fine. The views at night over the lights of Manchester are great. We have said we could stay here for a holiday as it is in a great location. Shop and pub close by. Close to Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire. Not too restrictive with our dogs. The site wasn’t busy so we could play ball quite happily! Toilets and shower, clean and warm. Recommended *****

Stayed on the CL not in the cottage but a lovely quiet site. Impressed with toilet block. Great pub down the road.

Stayed in the caravan site part Excellent shower and washrooms Lovely views across the fields and handy to visit many places of interest including Tatton Park and Dunham Massey

We stayed here in our tourer, the views are stunning. Its quiet and perfect for a much needed break in the countryside.

Just had our first 4 night stay here. Easy to find, farm track is narrow but easily passable. With a caravan in tow. Lovely and peaceful. Nice farm shop too. We will be back 😊

We did a one night stop over on our way to North Yorkshire. First time using a CL site. Extremely impressed with this site. Fabulous showers and toilets. Highly recommend and will certainly use the site again.

Lovely relaxing site ,beautiful views although small excellent shower and toilet facilities all you need.

Nice little site with room for a handful of caravans and 2 campers, the latter being on hardstanding with power. Well kept with an excellent shower and toilet block and a surprising view of Manchester.

Excellent location for a motorhome or caravan. Shower and toilet on site, a handy shop that sells just about everything and a lovely pub 5 minutes walk. Have stayed twice in the past, booked again for this year.

Fabulous small CL site. Great shower and toilet block. The cottages here look really nice too. All the pitches are well kept and level with fabulous views. Plenty to see in the area. Owners are very friendly. I'll be back !

I've stayed here a couple of times and I absolutely love it! The cottages are gorgeous, the area is amazing, the owners are delightful and the local pub provides chip butties for the pub quiz. Outstanding 😊

Stayed in my caravan CL site .amazing views ,warm hospitality peaceful with local amenities to hand. Plenty of attractions close by. Open all year round. five stars 👍
