Excellent accommodation, Breakfasts and great hosts. Just returned from staying in this lovely old farm house. We booked 3 rooms for a nearby family wedding. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Our second visit to Ash Farm and didn't disappoint. Another warm welcome from Jan, David and Christian. Rooms are lovely and clean and well stocked with the normal tea, coffee etc Breakfast is excellent, so much choice and cooked to order. 5 minute walk to Dunham Massey and lovely homely pub next door with a real coal fire

Had the room front left with the 7 foot wide bed. Very comfortable and quiet with a rainfall shower in the modern en-suite. Host was very attentive with check in and out very efficient and the same at breakfast. Beware of the breakfast portions, they are absolutely massive and of very high quality. This was the first time I've not managed to complete a partial English breakfast. A full English would have needed a plate and a half. Great coffee. WiFi throughout and a good 4G signal, Amazon Firestick on the TV, easy parking, pub next door, walks to Dunham Massey. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night and wish we'd have booked for longer. Beautiful country house the room was clean and the bed one of most comfortable I've ever slept in. There's a lovely pub next door too.

We loved staying in this little hotel, very cosy and comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, lovely garden, safe parking, and very quiet. We felt very welcome and very well looked after. Just half an hour away from Manchester City center, and close to the airport if you’re flying early the following day. It also has a beautiful National Trust park on the doorstep, Dunham-Massey, and several country pubs nearby. We walked in the park in the evening and early the next morning, it’s open and free. Highly recommended.

Nice farm house b&b. Good location, very close to M56, airport 15 mins and Trafford Centre 20 mins away. Lovely quaint house, full of victorian furniture, which I love. Has a communal sitting room and breakfast room looks good, although didn't have breakfast, so can't comment. Room ok size, ours was en-suite. Good size shower. Towels soft and plenty of soap and shower gel. Wardrobe in room as well as tea making equipment, bottled water and a sherry if you fancy. They have wi-fi, a TV and firestick should you want it. Bed was firm but comfortable. The downside is (or maybe not), even with rad valve off, the room was very hot. Also very noisy from the rest of the house. I am a light sleeper and could hear toilets flushing, taps running, a guest with a perpetual cough, chairs dragging and early in the am, aircraft. I would, however, stay again.

Stayed one night in a clean room with complimentary sherry. The breakfast next morning was magnificent. Every element from the coffee to the toast was excellent. The best full English I have eaten in a long time.

Nice place to stay, just in the right place for us . Room needed a bit of housekeeping, spider Webb's and a bit sticky. There was completely sherry in the room, bathroom was good. The owners were lovely, the breakfast which was extra , was excellent. Would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay, tucked nicely off the beaten track. Great value for money. High spec throughout with plenty of attention to detail. First class breakfast food, owner can't do enough for you. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to stay again when next in the area.

First class! Accommodation is excellent, clean and comfortable and well provisioned with tea, coffee etc and parking. Breakfast was something special with a menu and quality that many city hotels would struggle to match. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful little place. Very traditional with all mod cons. Very handy for Dunham Massey via a public footpath (very muddy and a torch needed if dark but good fun). Tremendous breakfast. Very friendly staff. The pub next door also recommend for an evening meal. Overall very good. Recommended πŸ™‚

I stayed at Ash Farm for a week on a work trip with two colleagues, and would go out of my way to stay here in the future if I'm ever remotely nearby. Quiet and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, and a pleasure to interact with David and Janice. Glorious walking territory in all directions - in Dunham Massey park, along the canal, through the fields... especially in late May, when the hedgerows were bursting and there were foals and calves in the fields. Thank you David and Janice - and I promise to send back the book you lent me very soon!

As per previous posts - delightful. Country cottage in a country setting. Very clean, very welcoming. Our room had the separate bathroom which was very modern and no problem. Usual toiletries supplied. Tea, coffee, biscuits, water and sherry in the room. TV comes with an Amazon Stick if that means anything to you. Next door to the pub for good beer, wine and food. A 15 minute flat walk to Dunham Massey NT (which you can walk around free and use their cafes/ice cream parlour). Opposite way is a short walk to the canal for more leisurely walking and a bit further brings you to the Trans Pennine Way. Breakfast is very generous and delicious.
