    Ordered frok there through myMcdonalds, nuggets meal with large coke and fries, quaterpounder without cheese cuz im allergic and hamburger with extra pickles and onion. Order arrived after 50 mins cold, quaterpounder just ignored the instructions, no dip for nuggets, no coke and no fries, hamburger just regular and no reciept on the bag. Called to get help through mymcdonalds ubes eats support. Got told they cant refund it now and i should call after 72 hours. Horrible experience, never again.

    Usual Maccies with very busy time in the evenings. The drive through is also extremely busy during that time. Otherwise very friendly staff and service. Would recommend using the app to order to avoid waiting during busy times.

    Waited nearly an hour for "drive thru". Queued for ever to place order, then told to park up in the grill order space. We only ordered burgers! Finally guy brought the food but no drinks! Food was cold, so sent back. After a few minutes the same food was brought back, with drinks this time. Food still cold, so sent the whole lot back for a refund. The manager didn't seem at all bothered. Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. After 1 hour, no food!!!! Don't waste your time or money! Not even worth 1 star.

    Worst service ever! Waited over 40 minutes for our order to the point where we actually asked to get a refund and leave without the food. Was then told because the manager didn’t want to come sort it and the girl who came only knew how to do a cas but there was no notes in the till so we were offer £13~ in change. We pushed for a manager again and still didn’t get one but finally got a card refund. What we never got was: our food A single ‘sorry’ or acknowledgement of the situation. Completely incompetent staff!

    Not the best. Seemed to have run out of a lot of the basics. Even lacked coffee.The inside service counter was blocked by an army of delivery staff awaiting orders. Spilled ketchup on the floor. Food was obviously cold but you expect that don't you. It's not a Michelin starred meal but no idea why we all put up with this when we part with our hard earned cash. Hard pressed staff....only kids...working for a pittance. Thats the UK in 2022 though.

    You don't expect Michelin dining at McDonald's, but you do expect to receive some incredibly poor food at quick speeds. Even quicker if you use their app and pull up at the bay you're supposed to. Imagine then my displeasure at having to speak to 5 different child employees who essentially completely ignored me before finally speaking to a fifth, Adam, apparently a manager (hahahahahahahahaha) who clearly took advantage of the free food, the rudest man I've ever encountered in such a fine dining restaurant. 30 minutes and even then I didn't receive my full order.

    If I could give no stars, I would. First of, my son has an allergy with the muffin so we have always order Sausage & egg with a burger bun. We have ordered this 2 weeks ago from the same mcdonalds. The manager did not give a valid reason to why she couldn't do it this time, apart from no we've never done it and we don't offer it. The staff are all great except the manager!

    I have had many experiences with this branch whereby items were missing on either drive through or delivery. But after the service I have just received today I felt the need to speak out. My online order 72063 made on 15th Aug (today) was missing a whole bag of items which was confirmed by the lad who picked up the phone when I called the branch. The person I spoke to advised me to only contact Just Eat and get a refund and spoke down to me telling me there was no way I could further get the food I had paid for. I have just attempted to get this refund. Please see attached response from Just Eat after being assured this is my only course of action. I have been effectively robbed this evening by a combination of the branch and the delivery service. The way the staff member spoke to me is why I feel compelled to make this review. What appalling service all round. I will on future take my custom to another branch.

    Out of 4 wraps...I got One kid size wrap🙄 Bring back to swap...and claim that they wrap in different way so look small and they rewrap it. Look at the picture.

    It seem since covid and the increase of delivery drivers, this place can't cope. I dread having to go here for a treat for my son. Everytime we go through the drive thru, its the "can you please park up". Your then expected to park up in an already heaving car park and then wait 20 minutes for the "fast food" to arrive. I recently tried the app to order the food before reaching the drive-thru. Same result, "please can you park up". I can only recommend not going at peak times as this place cannot cope.

    Absolutely awful!!! Worst McDonald’s there is! Waited nearly half an hour for food. It eventually arrived after asking several times. It was awful and cold. I also asked for a refund as I had an appointment that they were going to make me late for. They said they couldn’t do that and that I had to wait. They also missed off the fries off the order. Don’t bother with this awful and rude place.

    Not great to be honest. Missed half my order from the drive thru, had to go in and queue to get the missing items. Latest visit I received 3/4 filled milkshakes, had to ask them to fill up which resulted in a grunt from the young member of staff. Young members of staff in the back running around throwing stuff. Think I'll give this place a miss in the future.

    I ordered and by the time the driver arrived the food was cold. I received a message saying the door and he kicked it with enough force to leave a mark. When I opened the bag it was obvious that it was already open and it was cold. After experiencing his attitude I was concerned as to why the bag was not sealed. I put it in the bin! The driver was called Mosheen and he appeared to be under the influence of something, I will not be ordering any more. Thank you

    Can somebody tell me WHATS THAT???? Ordered via drive through a wrap of the day- sweet chilli chicken! Look what I got- a dry wrap and two pieces of chicken, without anything else- I would like my money back!!!

    The restaurant is clean with plenty of seating available. The food quality is good as you would expect at a McDonald's. There are kiosks to place your order and pay on your own or you can order at the counter. I especially liked the stools and bar lining one window to allow a scenic view while you dine-in.

    Don't often serve milkshakes Fruit and water don't get given with orders (multiple times) Food is cold or incorrect...or both Was suggested to say "no cheese no cheese" at one point as there are 2 slices of cheese...? Delivery is shocking, never give sauces, give 2 coffees instead of a milkshake and a coffee, on several occasions we had shell in the eggs No point asking for help from staff or management - if you don't get a bizzar response, such as the no cheese no cheese, it is because they are too busy laughing and messing about They don't even check the receipt we offer to prove the items are missing, the blindly give whatever you tell them isn't there Just want what I ordered and I want it right ... easy pleased

    Ordered for a delivery, i dont see how hard it is to check what goes into the bag before you seal it but this is not the first second or third time this has happened. Customer service is non existant as you have to speak to ubereats who dont answer the phone. I feel like im done now with mcdonalds now rather go kfc instead

    After some extremely rude customers littered and caused hassle for the staff, I wanted to say that they handled the situation really well, verbal abuse was given and the staff were very polite otherwise. They checked on us and apologised, when we were more concerned for them! Personally I think after taking food out twice a manager should take charge, but communication was mixed up. Other than that I had a lovely experience and great service!

    Food always takes forever if you go through the drive through, then its normally lukewarm and sometimes missing part of the order. Its cramped for parking at the best of times. The problem for me is I think there's too many uber eats delivery type operations going on here and it's not big enough to cope with the workload.

    Just ordered from this McDonald’s branch after a long day at work only to receive the wrong order with only 1 item that was the same. My order McCrispy, 5 piece selects, full fat coke and a McFlurry but instead I received a bottle of water, 2 double cheeseburger, fries half full, mayo chicken and 5piece selects. Don’t order from this McDonald’s branch and further training is needed for those on the night shift.

    Ordered a big tasty meal with no onion or tomato, got a supposedly normal (no label) bacon big tasty which came with no sauce or tomato… how can they not only miss order notes but also make the standard version completely wrong? Also looks like it’s been thrown across the room and the box wasn’t even intact 😂 In general, the food here is regularly cold, chips rarely full, never seem to order enough ingredients for things, you would think McDonald’s would have data driven ordering solutions so that there isn’t regularly multiple things out of stock..

    I visit this restaurant quite regularly as I support a young person with severe learning difficulties and autism who enjoys McDonalds food. I have had to make several complaints over the past few months about the disgusting state of the hygiene facilities - particularly the accessible toilet, the attitude of certain staff members and the overall state of the eating area. Disappointing to see such a big company oblivious and unsympathetic to the needs of those people who already face more barriers than most when accessing a fast food restaurant.

    I ordered caramel frappe at drive through. They charged me for it, I came to next window to pick it up, and there was no caramel. When I questioned it girl said We ran out. I asked why not say that when I ordered and she replied caramel sauce is free. What???? So what am I paying £3 for then??? The service is terrible, they're very slow and fries are never fresh. I'd give 0 if I could

    Would rate 0 if I could. Ordered online. When the order was delivered, six burgers were missing. The response I received when I called the store to let them know the same is so absurd. They simply stated, "Yeah, they are missing because they are at store," and I was instructed to pick them up from store. The staff acted as though they had made no mistake. And when I went to collect, there was a queue and staff members were playing Rock, Paper, Scissors. Worst McD I have ever been to.

    Order food for delivery at 10:32am via Uber Eats and the order was accepted and I was notified that the food was being prepared. I then received a message saying that the order had been cancelled without explanation approx 30 mins later. Ridiculous. They are a quick service restaurant that clearly cannot cope with a high volume of orders despite their reputation. Very poor service indeed as I now have some very hungry people with sad looks on their faces.

    The past 4 times we have ordered from this mcdonalds we have been missing items or had the wrong order. This is getting ridiculous. Spending £4 on delivery and a £2 service fee and not receiving what we ordered is unfair and inconsiderate. This time we are missing 2 chips, a drink, cheese bites, and have received 2 incorrect burgers and the fact this has happened continually is incredibly frustrating. Would absolutely not recommend this restaurant or the awful service.

    If I could give this place a zero or minus I would do ! Absolutely useless excuse for a fast food restaurant . You ask for no egg due to allergies , they can’t even get something as simple as that right ! There’s ALWAYS something wrong with orders from here , whether it’s just eat or in store collection / drive thru ! The manager seriously needs to get a grip of his staff , if they spent more time doing their jobs instead of stood taking about nights out and messing about they may actually provide a better service !

    Called in for breakfast. Over half the hot drinks on the electronic order board were unavailable. On payment, no receipt was provided. A long wait ensued for our food. They are more concerned with serving drive through and completing orders for delivery than actually serving people waiting in the shop. We finally received our food - 2 double McSausage muffins which should consist of 2 sausage patties, an egg and a slice of cheese. Ours had 3 sausage patties and no egg. Returned for replacement which was luke warm. Staff seem disinterested and the place could do with a good clean. Lots of flies. 1 star rating given as no 0 star option. Won't be visiting again.

    Very overcrowded too busy for staff to handle I was walking in with my little girl and because one of the members of staff were delivering multiple orders to cars waiting he carried way too much and couldn't see and knocked her over then stood on her. Very apologetic but shouldn't have been trying to carry that much. They had to close it became that busy!

    Ordered through Uber Eats as always so I expect the food to be a little colder than if I purchased and ate in store / car park. However after a 17 minute journey for delivery the food was majorly disappointing - chips were so cold they felt at least an hour old and the burger which was a gran Big Mac was thrown together and had a chunk missing out of the top burger. I love McDonalds but the Altrincham Retail Park is the worst branch I have ever been or ordered from. Will seriously look now for Burger King where the food is freshly cooked and resembles the pictures at least. If you work at the Altrincham branch of McDonalds and dish this up you should consider maybe a change of jobs.

    I was going to give 3* but since they're unable to answer the phone or take an order properly- I'm leaving 1*. I was there at 5pm ish today. large big Mac meal - banana milkshake, share box of cheese sticks and 20 nuggets- the young girl kept abruptly saying 'anything else'- as soon as she could- it wasn't busy- only mine and another's car in front- 2 people there and you still get the order wrong? I asked the young lad at collection if everything was in there- he said yes! Come home to find no big Mac! I've called 3 times- nobody answers the phone! Unbelievable. It's really not difficult to press a screen and listen carefully or pack a bag from the order on the screen display. No way of communicating unless I drive over again. I will delete this if somebody can answer a telephone.

    Not a bad McDonalds overall. There’s a lovey girl who’s worked on the till for a few years now since I’ve been going there about 8 years and she’s lovely. She’s always friendly and smiley and always has time to be nice to you and it hasn’t gone a miss. Thank you ☺️ she even told me one day she also crochets when she saw one of my blankets in the car. I don’t know her name as keep forgetting to ask and have forgotten if I have seen it on her badge 🤦‍♀️ Food usually always ok. My only gripe is the sauce on the fish burger that I no longer eat now anyway because of the damage the fishing boats cause and the discarded fishing nets in our oceans killing thousands of dolphins and whales 😢 the sauce was a tiny blob compared to other places. Oh and see pic never had this before when asked for a large fries got this lol. The lad went in for me and changed it. Yes I would recommend 🙂
