Went to collect an order I'd made online, new system with a bell & specified collection point that worked well and my order was quickly found & handed to me.

I come across a Very Rude manager ( A Lady , she refused to let me know her name ), who refused to return a faulty product. Got a night wear and in just 1 wash bobble in the night wear. This unprofessional so called manager doesn’t have etiquette how to speak with customer. Quality of the product and quality of this manager is almost same and Hopeless . Hello TKMaxx kindly let the manager know that Night wear mean , it will be wear throughout the night and if there is a quality there shouldn't be bobble .

Nice satchel bag at a good price. Needed help finding shower gel amongst body lotions and body butter. I asked a young women twice for help. She was stacking the next shelf and she just said "its over there". No help - had to search for it myself. Why are people so rude?

Didn't visit tk max, but thanks for spying Google (with location off), I'm sure when I get a 5g phone you will get it correct and know exactly where I was.

Its very hit & miss store, if you've got the patience you might find what you're looking for, some discounted branded names & some makes r created for the store, I couldn't find anything today, but my wife got few bits.

Visited today to buy 2 watches for myself & my Wife (Skagen & Laura Ashley). Early Christmas Presents. Excellent help from a young Lady SAM in making a selection, so knowledgeable. Thankyou for your Help👍 The Staff are Brilliant. Love the store. Always interesting things to find. An Aladdins Cave. Last Year Came in today to buy a watch had excellent help from NIA & the other ladies who work on the watch section. Picked up a bargain AVI-8 watch highly recommend.

disgraceful establishment. agesim! i was refused entry because of my age. This is discrimination. The worker who denied us entry smelled like a camels rearend xoxo dont reccomend.

Always good for a bargain. Still got Xmas gifts on sale. Have to really restrict myself or would spend loads. Not many shoes at this time of year, almost all trainers. If you've never been, defo go but be prepared to rummage a bit

I am a frequent 'tkmaxxer', both in store and online. I do sometimes need to return items and this is the only branch where I encounter problems with refunds. Some of the staff are surly and unhelpful and question everything about items I am returning that have been bought at other branches. I recently tried to return a Christmas wreath that had fallen apart after being on the door one night and was told I wasn't entitled to a refund because it had "been used" and the fact that cones had fallen off "wasn't a manufacturing fault"!!

Usual TK Max with plenty of selection of branded clothes and continental food/snacks and household items, some of which I haven't seen anywhere else, plenty of free parking.

I've not been here in 2 years. You need a good amount of time to browse as so much to look at, unless you go only for something specific. There aren't so many bargains anymore. Some things are cheaper, some the same, and occasionally some could cost even more than elsewhere. I bought a 3m charging cable as I liked the colour but it's so slow to charge my phone! It cost the same as a fast charger from B&M but (that was a luminous orange that didn't suit my decor!) I admit I loved browsing with the anticipation of finding that certain treasure. What I hate is how messy the store is. And dusty. There are also quite a few broken and damaged items, so make sure you check anything over carefully. Otherwise, there are some nice finds, some a little different than the norm - which I love. But it's hit-and-miss what you can find. It's basically like a huge charity shop (but not smelly) with a larger price label attached, and some of the stuff even looks used! Of course, prices have gone up in the 2 years since I last went, but it's the same everywhere. Will I be going back in anticipation of that dream bargain and a 3 hour mooch? Definitely!

Great place to search for bargains. You need to allow plenty of time to look through everything. Really good savings on top brands. Car parking easy.

Nice assortment of items could of done with more staff on the tills as one of the assistants on the till at the time was struggling with an awkward customer, which slowed down serving the other customers. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Long queues nobody serving except 1 person!! The poor staff will struggle at Christmas unless Management sorts this!! TK MAX can be hit and miss, I suppose it's when the delivery arrives. Last weekend they didn't have what I was looking for, yesterday..... Bingo, the perfect size, strong handbag, love my new high street purchase!

Just love TKMax,you buy things you didnt know you needed. Always find bargains,check the clearance sections out. Bargains to be had.

Tkmaxxs customer service in cheadle and denton are far better. Here they have scrubber workers who lack people skills. I won't be visiting this one again. Alot of Eastern European girls who are rude.

OKish. I bought a suitcase and the lock broke while I was on holiday abroad. The assistant insisted I present my payment card so he could verify the card number. I explained it was Apple pay and the number is generated differently each time. He repeated that without the card I wouldn't get a refund and insisted I open my Apple Wallet on my phone. Eventually the manager came over and processed it successfully but I don't think she knew how Apple Pay works.

Love having a mooch here, check aemails for new arrivals the go n spend hours in the shop!!!

It very good I buy shoes from TK Maxx some or Affordable and fashion able and some sales clothes.

Great homeward section but I can't bear the clothes. All crammed together on the rails I can never find anything I like in my size. Always come away disappointed 🙄

This store: Big. Carpark free but always busy. Very changeable stock. Seasonal stuff. Changing rooms available. Close to KFC.

Always enjoy shopping here hoping for a discovery but although they always have a lot of clothes they seem to not be great and prices still high

Please give me a👍 if helpful. It's handy and It's good but not one of my favourite tkmaxx stores, ( update: lots more stock on this visit but it's getting a bit tight between the displays) it's just a bit too small, there are other larger tkmaxx stores not too far away.

I’m addicted to shopping at tkmaxx, I’m always in here looking at the latest make up deals. Sometimes the things you find are insane. It’s nice to also find that some of the broken makeup palettes are for sale for dirt cheap. I got an Anastasia Beverly Hills palette from £50 to £6 because two shades inside were smashed to bits. I bought it, fixed the smashed shades and disinfected the whole palette and it works perfectly fine and looks brand new. You really do find some steals in this shop. The only downside is that they don’t crack down enough on people stealing makeup. You’ll find something you want and come to check it’s still in the box only to open it and it’s completely gone. I think they should have a dedicated security guard by the beauty aisles because the beauty section and jewellery section are what is stolen the most, and is probably the most easiest to steal from because nobody looks or checks. They should try and also set it up with testers because you’ll also come across something you want and you open it to make sure it’s fresh and then find a big fingerprint in the eyeshadow or lipstick that’s been used. It’s a shame because there’s been so many things I would buy here only to open it to check and see it’s been stolen. :( other than that you do find some amazing products for ridiculously cheap.

Forgot to take my mask out of the car - super nice staff had a load ready to supply to forgetful customers. No shaming or anything - just really kind and helpful. If fact, I accidentally got given 2 and the woman who gave them to me asked if I wanted her to throw one away so I wasn't stuck carrying it around the store (I said I'd hang on to it rather than waste it). So 10 out of 10 for customer service! Wanted a thin waterproof coat - only had one in my son's size but it was really nice quality. Good experience!
