less than one actually. The rudest front of house I have ever experienced. to be fair the waitress on duty was lovely and very accommodating. To be told that we dont support the restaurant anyway and that we souldnt have come. All because he didnt like our response when he asked how our meal was. It wasnt nice, but we were being pleasant. However, he was rude, so rude and further to our previous booking on 31st May, when there was no power or fridges etc, we decided to reschedule and.come today, only to be abused! Sack this guy , or if he is the owner, good luck with that. Dont go 👎👎👎

We were here for the first time with friends, amazing flavors, unconventional dishes, very nice waiters. The dishes were delicious! Very rich! We can not wait for the next time. 5 stars are not enough! 10 is the minimum!

We had a table booked for 16:45pm at this restaurant which is one of our all time favourites. There was a road closure that we were unaware of, plus we have three babies! We arrived at 5pm to an almost empty restaurant and a very unwelcoming front of house. To say he was rude would be an understatement! He pointed out how late we were and made us feel very embarrassed in front of all of their staff and customers that were dining there. We were made to feel so uncomfortable that we left. Back out into the cold with a hungry and now upset two year old and two 5 month old babies. We then had to go and find a restaurant last minute that could accommodate us and our double pram. Thank you to cocos for ruining our family night and future custom from us and our family. We always spend a lot so it’s a shame we were treated this way.

Booked for my 18th wedding anniversary, asked the restaurant on the booking for a bottle of champagne to be on the table on arrival, I could not choose one as their website does not have a menu. On arrival there was no bottle on the table. I quickly asked the waiter to put one on and they gave me bottle of pink which was the only option apparently, I only found out it was £90 when I got the bill...£45 in the shops and it was not on their wine list. I dont mind paying £90 but not for pink. Felt a little bit ripped off.

Really enjoyed our trip to Cocos, the food was incredible, the staff were awesome and accommodated the toddlers in our group very well! Bill came out very reasonable as well! Good quality food and a decent price!

Very nice family friendly place. The children’s menu is such good value and the food and wine were excellent. Service was superb.

Came here on Saturday for and early meal. Very welcoming staff who interacted with us throughout the duration of out visit. Food was really good and homemade. Good decent portions too. They accommodated our needs brilliantly. Pizza and pasta decent prices, although if you have chicken portions or a steak, you have to pay extra for sides, which is my only quibble. Will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend! We went in September to celebrate my nephew's graduation, there was a large group of us and once again everything was fantastic! We chose Coco's as we had been in the January for my brother's 60th and had a great night! Nothing is too much trouble, the food & service are excellent & the staff are welcoming & friendly. Thank you Coco's for another great celebration enjoyed by us all!

This is a fantastic place..staff were friendly and attentive..food was fabulous and knew how to serve it..hot!..a lot of restaurants seem to think they can carry their name on not so hot food..also.. unless you are having salad..serve your food on hot plates..as Coco's did!..it didn't bother me..but if I was taking my disabled sister..she wouldn't manage the stairs to the loo's!..one last very small critique..the door spring needs adjusting..every time someone went in or out the door took ages to close..it was a cold evening and you could feel the cold from where we sat.. didn't detract from the overall experience.. would absolutely recommend..☺️

We went for a belated birthday meal for our daughter. It was a quiet Wednesday but none the worse for us. As a party of 4 we were looked after well, the service was friendly and exceptional.. it is fair to say the food ticked all the boxes. We tried a range of starters and main courses and everyone expressed their delight with the dishes chosen. Limoncello on the house to finish a lovely evening. We will return.

I held my 40th birthday meal here last Saturday and what a great restaurant. As we were a large family group they let us have the room upstairs which was wonderful and really lovely to have our own private space. We received excellent customer service from start to finish. The food was delicious and excellent portions. They made us feel so welcome and the experience was so relaxing. The restaurant was full but they were still so attentive to our group and nothing was to much trouble. I asked them to do me a special set menu for my guests within my budget which they happily helped me with. We also had two party members who required gluten free options and this was no problem at all. Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant and I look forward to coming again. Thank you for making my 40th a lovely experience.

Stopped in for lunch with a toddler and newborn and was really impressed. Restaurant was classically decorated for Italian , casual but a step up from benches etc. the ingredients were really fresh , and the set menu deal very good value. Good kids menu as well. Kid friendly but doesn’t take away from nice restaurant feeling. I was in a bit of a rush and really appreciated the service was prompt even though dealing with a good amount of tables. I will be going back especially with a young family , as it hits the spot of taste, value, comfort.

Fantastic! Visited my son and my daughter in law and they took me here. This is now my favourite restaurant! I live in Scotland and would travel just to eat here, everything about this place is perfect! Thankyou to everyone at Coco's!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of having dinner at Coco's on Friday. The food is delicious! The service is very friendly and accommodating and as I'm disabled so have difficulties walking, I was shown the disabled toilet much to my relief on the ground floor, We were looked after very well from the staff and felt very comfortable and happy. As said the food is amazing, you have to go here flavour town I tells you! Thank you to the staff for making our Friday night a great one! (and the limoncello's too!)

I have passed this little Italian hundreds of times without eating there and today discovered what I had been missing. Delicious mushrooms in dolcellatte sauce, veal in cream sauce accompanied by glass of Montepulciano. Good service and nice interior decor with piano jazz background music. Worth a visit

Good food & atmosphere. Unfortunately I found a long hair in my meal, which put me off. I will go again as I like the restaurant. Disappointed they charged me for my meal but got a complimentary dessert.

Absolutely wonderful authentic Italian restaurant. Great menu choice. All food freshly cooked. King prawn diablo served on bruschetta was out of this world! Really friendly family run restaurant. Attentive service and friendly personable staff without trying too hard. Full Compliance with covid track and trace and hygiene. I'd pitch them toe to toe with the likes of San Carlo, if not better 👌🇮🇹💕

Extremely Polite Staff, that can not be Denied. But the Service was APALLING! Waited One Hour for a Drink, and they brought the wrong one out! No attention at all. the service was CHAOTIC at best! No one knew what they were doing. The food took AGES to arrive, and was very Mediocre indeed. Do not wish to be in any way rude, but id this is the Best of Altrincham, I will Skip Altrincham. Very nice staff, just completely Disorganised and Average Food. Won't be going back!

Day 2of my Birthday weekend took us to Coco’s Altrincham Another excellent choice we started with a Pitza shaped Garlic and cheese bread. Main course Patrick and myself choose The filet strips in a creamy pasta sauce Absolutely delicious and his wife Sally chose the Spaghetti Bol.. Food was amazing and staff couldn’t have been better. Had a lovely night.

Went here last night for my 30th birthday meal with my parents. The food was absolutely delicious! I had burrata and Parma ham to start, fillet steak with dolcelatte sauce for main and tiramisu for dessert, with a bottle of Savignon Blanc. My mum had the lobster ravioli and my dad had the rib-eye steak. Everything was perfection! The steaks were perfectly cooked and the sauce was just delish! The waiters here are always so lovely and friendly too. It's definitely one of my favourite places in Altrincham to eat hearty, authentic Italian food. And it's so reasonably priced compared to other places around! I love it here and will definitely be back. (To Coco's: It would be great to have your menu online so people can browse it in advance and get a feel for the amazing food you do.)
