Me and my partner and my son and his girlfriend and niece and mother in law had a lovely meal as a family in our favourite restaurant doubletree, the guy’s who work there were wonderful as they always are, lovely food and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered 4 curries from here before I thought I'd leave an honest review. Everytime you order a main like the chops or the tikka they serve it with a poor base gravy. Added requests everytime. Why pay for chops to eat with a bland sauce. Tried a different curry tonight because i was fed up, still tomato sauce based and bland. Happy to discuss with management but up to now very poor quality, delivery service is better than food. Will save food that was delivered

Food & service were quite good but we ordered a Madras which was extremely hot and too spicy. The table adjoining us which was a party of 6 young females and someone on that table ordered a Madras too. When asked about the food we commented that the Madras was too hot and the customer who ordered the Madras on the adjoining table party of 6 females also made the same comment that is was way too hot!! The waiter instantly offered the adjoining table to have the Madras cooled with some yoghurt by the chef, no such offer was made to us. To make matters worse later when it came to paying the bill the waiter complimented the table of 6 females the Madras and took it off their bill but minutes earlier he still charged us for it. Really poor customer service to not offer the same level of service to another customer sat at the next table with the same complaint!!

Went to visit double tree with a group of 25 lads, from start to finish the welcoming staff made us feel at home and looked after us. They kept on checking up on us to see if we needed anything. I can honestly say i will be coming back very soon the food was amazing and really aromatic, the naan breads were super fresh and everything was piping hot. Some restaurants make you feel quite rushed and not very welcoming but ive said it already and ill say it again, double tree honestly make you feel like you’re at home, much respect to the kitchen team and the brothers waitering up front

The food is absolutely delicious . Couldn't find any thing wrong with the food. Definitely our number 1

Had an absolute fantastic time, meal and dining experience. Staff amazing, helpful and sociable but not intrusive... Food was absolutely delicious every mouthful left you wanting more! Deddinitely return on our next visit to Altrincham... Amazing!!

Great take out but you need a way of keeping warm. Never hot as left on side. Shame as super food.

Awful! 2 and a half hours for food to arrive on a Sunday! Told number of times 10 minutes away…an hour later food still hadn’t arrived. Was told we will be refunded! Delivery driver then lied to me and said he had had a puncture. (Appreciate not his fault) Apparently new owner who has never ran a restaurant before…stay clear! Imagine ordering on a Friday or Saturday!! Such a shame as was always a good family tan restaurant and great food’

When we think about celebrations,Double Tree is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Service and staff and manager was delightful and very professional.100% recommend.Golnaz

It's been a few years since I've been to the Doubletree Indian restaurant. Unfortunately it appears to have suffered from the plethora of quality restaurants now available in Altrincham. Me and my wife went for a late (10pm) meal which took nearly 30mins for the waiters to serve us, only drinks, another 10mins to place our order! The food was very good and was served in quick time. There was about max a dozen other diners but the venue was light on atmosphere to be honest, not as I recall on previous visits. The food was good value for money which was the best part of the meal. I don't think I will revisit sorry to say.

Incredibly mediocre food, took 2 hrs to arrive to my house and I couldn't call the shop as the number did not work, when it arrived I felt like a mug because I had paid 30 quid when it was just not up to scratch, the meat in my dopiaza was dry, and I paid for poppadoms, but when it arrived it was a single greasy stale one with no sauces or anything, but I still ate the curry because I was hungry and it was almost 9 at this point, but I was just left unsatisfied and disappointed at the whole ordeal

First time been in the Restaurant. Staff were lovely. Popadoms went down well and the onion bhajis had the perfect texture some of not the best have tasted in a long time. Drinks ordered but unfortunately didn't have the Appletizer I wanted so that was a bit of a let down as it was on the drinks menu. I had Lamb Korma with garlic Nan and I have to say the portion was just right, plenty of lamb which is unusual, nan bread was just the right size found myself wanting more if I'm honest. Husband had Chicken Rogan Josh with pilau consistent with me portion size good, generous with the chicken rather than playing hide and seek with the meat, nice and hot just right level of spice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to go again soon.

Had a fantastic evening with my partner, ambience was fantastic, staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was amazing. Been visiting on and off for the last few years and always been great ! Would 💯 recommend and will be back very soon. Thank you guys you gave us a fantastic evening, loved sitting in the booth !

Always a great night at Double Tree, but made extra special for our anniversary tonight. Thanks to the lads for setting our table up so beautifully. Had a wonderful time

They are very friendly, accepting and they looked after my meal party including my guide dog!! Would highly recommend this place. Food was good and good service.

Been here tonight with family & 2 children and got to say it’s the best Indian I’ve been too, it was absolutely lovely. The food was so tasty no fatty bits on any of the meat which I have found at other restaurants quite often. Service was really good too. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back. Thankyou for a lovely meal 🙂

Got a delicious takeaway from here as a special treat for my Mum. I was staggering under the weight of the order, which came in a crate, as I left the restaurant.

We visited on my mother's birthday on a Saturday. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, busy place, food was fantastic. One of the best restaurants around!

The service was excellent from the start. The food was very nice 👌 compliments to the chef. The mixed meat biriyani was delicious. With all the other sauces and nanas it went down a treat. Thanks again for a realy nice meal on a Monday.
