We've recently moved into the area and decided to give this takeaway a try. Absolutely beautiful food, generous size portions, authentic and delicious. The standard is restaurant quality at takeaway prices. In fact, better than some Chinese restaurants I've been to! Love the Szechuan Aubergine!! The owners are lovely, humble and friendly. Highly recommend this family takeaway. You won't be disappointed.

the food produced by this establishment has always provided me high standards with their cooking and customer service. the dishes/pots they use to serve always keep the food hot and ready to eat. the containers they use are great as they are recyclable and reusable. overall would recommend and will be getting more takeaways from here p.s. i would recommend the wonton soup

Lovely food! Been coming here on and off for years because I use to work two minutes away and it became my go to Chinese takeaway. Tried the crispy chilli chicken in chilli sauce tonight, it was incredible, probably my favourite dish yet, the egg fried rice is always beautiful. I stopped eating pork a few years back but I always use to get the salt and pepper ribs and I reccomended my brothers to try them tonight and they absolutely loved them(no surprise), so they must be still amazing. The curry sauce and salt and pepper chicken was great too! All of it was! It was a big order tonight, there were no mistakes and all my family loved it! The people are always so welcoming and friendly!! Thank you for tonight!! ☺️🙏🏽

Excellent value and taste. Can't recommend high enough. The Szechuan dishes are particularly good as is the whole sea bass (available steamed or fried). Won Ton Soup is also tasty as is the Salt and Pepper Chicken.

Pleasantly surprised by this chinese takeaway shop. They have szechuanese specials and honestly it does taste good. Spicy and excellent dishes for those cold winter nights. Recommended!

Ordered salt and pepper squids and s&p prawn, beef cumin and chow mien. The food is very tasty and portions are generous. Will certainly be ordering again.

Fantastic authentic Chinese Cuisine

Not been over this way for a while but we fancied a change and I remembered the specials being good. We weren't disappointed. Really lovely food, fresh and well cooked. Definitely recommended. I had the pork with mixed mushrooms. Nom 😋

Sadly I was sorry that our meal on Friday was a bit strange and not as we expected. We ordered fried chicken in a lemon sauce with fried rice preceded by spring rolls. I was surprised that the chicken in lemon sauce was served in separate containers which was a bit dull. Normally at other places the chicken is coated in batter maybe as nuggets then mixed into lemon, often with a few pineapple pieces maybe some onion and a sprinkling of pine nuts or similar. Anyway if that’s the way it’s done it is not something we would repeat. Pity as it appears to have a good response and well recommended but won’t be from us unless I cook can give us a small discount next time. Best regards Brian

Love iCook, restaurant quality food from a takeaway. I believe that this is the best Chinese food in the area. Excellent and extensive menu with lots of chef's specials. Char Sui pork, with green pepper and black bean sauce and egg fried rice. Just superb.

Extremely fresh food, wonderful service. I got chicken noodle soup and vegetarian spring rolls. Very delicious and clean.

Just called and asked if they do gluten free chips she said yes i asked did they cook other battered food in the same fat and she said yes i attempted to say in which case it was not and that it was cross contaminated with gluten unfortunately she put the phone down on me buy at own ris

Good quality food, decent price too

It's a take away with a small eat in area. Good value lunch deals and they offer some szechuan dishes not found at any other chinese take aways. They also have a secret menu.... don't tell them I said that.

This is an amazing restaurant totally recommended even halal five stars
