Been three times to the shop since lockdown ended a couple of years. Travel from Hyde, Denton and recently sale to find it closed but google map telling me it’s open. Not sure if closed down or not🤷🏽‍♂️ wasted journey, and time but that’s not the issue. More it saying online it’s open when it’s not. Just rang now, no answer. Rings for a while and then disconnects. Assume it’s closed. Pains me that it’s closed and to also give a bad rating as their food was excellent. I would like to be clear on that.

Absolutely love this sandwich shop! The food is always good and the homemade soup by Barry is excellent!!!!! The staff in the shop are extremely friendly and always great you with a smile on their face! Definitely recommend Well Bread for your lunchtime treat

Don’t go here! Got a BLT and the bacon was practically raw. Staff didn’t seem interested to take my order too. They kept walking off when I was at the till.

I have been going to well bread for around three four years for my lunch, the service is always quick with food from simple homely food to continental you will not find a better place. The staff know what their patrons and new visitors want as well with local knowledge of the area as well. I generally get a bacon and fried egg with salt and pepper cob with a homemade tomato and pepper soup, with a reasonable price that just can't be matched. It's healthier with no greasy spoon type food it's always fresh. Recommended for everyone and you can even call your order through to be picked up.... Reason for the five star

Amazing, friendly, family run shop. Food is always lovely and at reasonable prices. There is a varied selection of soups with crusty bread, which are always delicious. Barry is funny and always welcoming!

I went into this place before a meeting so we can grab something quick to eat. We ordered a bacon butty but the guy in there gave me some soup too and because i liked it he topped me up and got me some bread while we chatted about game of thrones! What a guy! Great place and if I'm ever that way again I'd definitely pop in.

i only found this place a couple of days ago and i am impressed. They do GREAT sandwiches, great variety and at good prices; they even gave me a free sample of soup. a definite must try!

Brilliant sandwiches! I used to work in Station House, behind Well Bred, and our team would order every Friday our favourite barms from here ! Great prices, lovely staff, and excellent taste! Cannot recommend enough ! Keep up the great work :)

Barry is a legend and the food is top notch. P.s. avoid the sandwich shop across the road, the grumpy owner is always throwing people out, taking pictures of customers on his phone and being generally very odd.

If your working in the area and want a nice breakfast this is the place to go. I had a full English with a brew for a 5er perfect it was couldnt fault a thing and also has HP brown sauce n heinze ketchup. 10/10 from me.
