have
never
had
worse
customer
service
than
I
have
from
your
manager
Matt
in
the
restaurant
today.
I
am
heavily
pregnant,
it
is
30
degree
heat
outside
and
despite
it
being
almost
14:30
I
hadn't
yet
eaten.
Therefore
I
attended
the
store
and
ordered
my
food,
when
going
to
pay
the
2
cards
i
used
kept
getting
decline
despite
the
money
being
in
there.
The
store
tried
6-7
times
contactless,
then
2
times
chip
and
pin,
Matt
told
me
that
without
apologising
that
the
store
was
having
internet
issues,
that
there
was
nothing
they
could
do,
it
wasn't
his
fault,
that
I
would
have
to
walk
to
a
cash
point
and
back
to
get
the
cash.
I
asked
to
wait
whilst
they
checked
if
it
was
working
for
other
customers
and
he
said
it
was
clearly
an
internet
issue
and
i
needed
to
get
the
money.
I
queried
why
the
payments
looked
like
they
had
gone
through
on
both
my
cards,
he
said
that
banks
automatically
do
that
and
it
should
be
returned,
and
if
it
is
not
the
onus
is
on
me
to
contact
the
bank
to
get
this
sorted.
I
told
Matt
that
I
thought
this
was
poor
customer
service
and
that
I
would
get
the
money,
he
then
remonstrated
with
me
for
5
minutes
in
the
middle
of
the
store
saying
"i
don't
know
how
this
isnpoor
service,
it's
an
internet
issue,
it
the
internet
broke
in
your
house
that
wouldn't
be
your
fault
would
it"
he
said
this
repeatedly,
despite
me
twice
telling
him
that
I
needed
to
go
to
get
the
money
as
I
was
starving.
Truly
shocking
customer
service.
Suffice
to
say
my
food
was
cold
by
the
time
i
finally
ate
it.
