Just awful. Went in for a 99p Garlic bread, the lady made it with 2 slices and when the male manager noticed he took one and threw it in the bin, with homeless people outside this is pretty disgraceful. Give it to the hungry or even a staff member but don't waste food.

Been 5 months since I had my favourite mega melt subway breakfast. It was awesome as always. Great staff

Still outdated decor and the food wasn't at tasty that time. It's needs a little bit more flavour. At least the prices and cookies were still great

They didn’t allow me to redeem points and provided very poor customer service that did not subject to terms and conditions

I'm from the US & this Subway is the best I've ever eaten at , the ones back home aren't as good , the staff have been real nice to me here at the one in Mannchester , MATT is the best , I have joint damage in both hands & MATT has always helped me get the lids off my drinks , he;s even ask to help without me asking , Thank You Matt

I have never had worse customer service than I have from your manager Matt in the restaurant today. I am heavily pregnant, it is 30 degree heat outside and despite it being almost 14:30 I hadn't yet eaten. Therefore I attended the store and ordered my food, when going to pay the 2 cards i used kept getting decline despite the money being in there. The store tried 6-7 times contactless, then 2 times chip and pin, Matt told me that without apologising that the store was having internet issues, that there was nothing they could do, it wasn't his fault, that I would have to walk to a cash point and back to get the cash. I asked to wait whilst they checked if it was working for other customers and he said it was clearly an internet issue and i needed to get the money. I queried why the payments looked like they had gone through on both my cards, he said that banks automatically do that and it should be returned, and if it is not the onus is on me to contact the bank to get this sorted. I told Matt that I thought this was poor customer service and that I would get the money, he then remonstrated with me for 5 minutes in the middle of the store saying "i don't know how this isnpoor service, it's an internet issue, it the internet broke in your house that wouldn't be your fault would it" he said this repeatedly, despite me twice telling him that I needed to go to get the money as I was starving. Truly shocking customer service. Suffice to say my food was cold by the time i finally ate it.

If you've ever been to a Subway then you know what to expect. The decor is outdated but granted that's not the staff's fault. Consistent ingredient quality as you would expect, most of the staff are really nice and helpful but like any subway, the quality of your sandwich depends on who's making it. Overall good and reliable.

I ordered a sub from here. Unfortunately, ended up with too much sauce all leaking through. The old chap, who served me has a bit of a funny attitude. Didn't like the customer service. Food was nice.

Customer service was atrocious. The sandwich maker Matt was so rude to us. When we asked for extra cheese, he said, I wouldn't eat that! It's got enough cheese as it is. He said this in front of a question of people behind us. Me and my partner never felt so humiliated and embarrassed. The food was nice. But the service was horrible. Would not eat again. The sandwich makers dont care at all. They look like they cant be asked. The guy called Matt was shouting and rude.

I have been to this subway before and it hasn't been too bad, on this occasion the staff were short and not as customer focused as I would expect. The staff were not rude but not far off when my daughters were trying to order there food, the member of staff had no patience at all and left my 8 and 10 year feeling a little in intimidated by the manner in which they were spoken to. We had no issue with the food at all.

Oh dear. This Subway not very good. I went in at 7.15 am. A man in his 30's was on his own but there wasn't any other customers there. I don't think he had quite woken up. Didn't say good morning or anything. Just grunted what bread and filling I would like After a lot of huffing and puffing my order came. I would say the sausage sandwich was just average and my partner couldn't finish his as it wasn't very warm. The premises was clean and well stocked - it should be at that time of morning. I would have expected a lot better from Subway as I have been to some good ones where they actually smile even when busy!!

Staff are lazy and dont check orders properly got food for everyone and only put the things we didn't ask for on them next time ill go in to the back myself and make my own.

A happy experience with very pleasant staff with his humour and customer service skills as well as preparation I wouldn't have said that about it a couple of years ago.

I love the manager here, he always makes me smile everytime I come he seems very friendly. Always get great fast service and have never been disappointed with the food.

Set on the main road through Altrincham Town centre, we decided to try this branch at my brother's behest. The service was very good and professional. However they did not have the meatless meatball marinara or the veggie chicken. That said we were happy with what was available.

Sell vegan and vegetarian options but manager said could not guarantee meat and other fillings were not being cross contaminated - disgrace, what's the point, don't advertise vegan/vegetarian options then. Note I liked his honesty even though one of the other staff members was pushy and rushy and just rude. The issue of contamination might apply to all Subways so be warned or ask your local branch. Honestly how hard can it be.
