I'm afraid this was not a good experience at all - the food tasted OK (functional). Within three hours of eating the food I was unwell - waves of sever griping pains; faintness; nausea and feeling feverish. Still feel shocking. Alarm bells should have rang when I noticed that the place was totally silent - no ovens whiring or utensils clanking in woks. Rightly or wrongly, this leads me to suspect that food may be stored/kept warm for extended periods of time. I have never posted a review online before but I am so confident that the symptoms I am experiencing stem from eating their food, that I could not let it go unmentioned. Never, ever again would I order from there. It's actually put me off chinese food all together.

We just got our food but we couldn't wait to finish it before writing this. Just wanted to highlight 3 things. First, portions are more than decent. We'll probably have leftovers. Second, I struggled for so long to find a place that didn't oversalt Singapore vermicelli noodles and this is it! Perfect balance between tasty and spicy - the salt doesn't overpower the taste. And third, the chicken pieces that came in the sweet and sour dish are the most I've seen in any other similar dish. Very impressed and will choose this place again 🙌🏼

Visited friends who live in altrincham thought we give this place a try on the way to tesco . Terrible service and even worse food

wow wow wow wow wow, I could go on forever with the wows!! that munchy box made me feel like I was experiencing sex for the first time (which was pleasurable by the way). WOW!

This is our favourite Chinese takeaway. They were closed for few days, and we tried another one near to this. The taste was never near to this. I really like their speciality and chef dishes. They are perfect with noodles.

Food so good we drive half an hour out of our way to get it Crispy Chicken in Cantonese Sauce and Char Siu with Chilli & Garlic are particular favourites (along with the amazing salt & pepper chips) Great value and it’s ace to see the clean open kitchen where you can see the chefs preparing your meal

I have eaten tons of Chinese food across the USA , China and the Uk and let me tell you the beef fried rice was amazing and could not stop eating it. Fantastic!! Fact is, likely when the wife returns tomorrow she will want to go to go to the Unicorn and I will go next door for Chinese. Heavy eater and couldn’t finish my meal and the price was right!! Great job!!

Ordered on just eat first order half missing when I phoned restaurant was told they would knock it off next time when I said half the meal was missing they then delivered it an hour after the first half. I thought it was a genuine mistake and these things happen so ordered again this time they took my £30 payment then no delivery arrived when I phoned to ask where the food was they told me the driver had left it outside. I live in a block of flat’s nobody called me or pressed the buzzer stay away from this place total joke.

Gorgeous food ordered with them several times, never a bad experience except this time it’s a shame about the driver with glasses who was extremely rude! I live in an apartment block on the 3rd floor and I am 9 months pregnant, the intercom called and I pressed the button to let him in, it then called a second time and I answered the intercom again. There was then eventually a knock at my door and I explained to the driver I was pressing the button he told me “we are not allowed to come in” I explained I pay for a service and it has never been an issue before, he said nothing and walked off. To be perfectly honest, It is a joke & extremely lazy really if drivers expect customers who live in apartment blocks to make a trip to collect there food when they are paid to do a job! Especially when I am heavily pregnant! This is very off putting and I will not be ordering again unless it is the lovely drivers delivering who I have had DELIVER previously.

Had a nice takeaway here when visiting Altrincham. 2 mains, rice, prawn crackers, prawn toast for £20. Tasty food and ready very quickly. Would use again.

Ordered from this place for manny manny years nice guy who works there . Personally it’s the best around thanks again salt and pepper ribs are amazing and some of the Thai dishes are also worth a try too Chicken Thai and basil sauce delicious thanks again Daniel

TERRIBLE experience and wouldn't even give one star - firstly the fried rice tasted like chemicals. We ordered salt & pepper tofu, started eating it and bit into a bone! They sent us chicken instead! As a vegetarian, this was pretty traumatic and the man on the phone didn't seem to care or offer a replacement meal. AVOID
