"I
recently
visited
Masala
Lounge
the
day
before
Christmas
evening
,
an
Indian
restaurant,
and
unfortunately,
my
experience
was
marred
by
the
rude
and
racist
behavior
of
one
of
their
staff
members,
Mr.
Amir
Uddin.
From
the
moment
I
entered
the
restaurant,
I
felt
unwelcome
and
uncomfortable,I
saw
he
was
so
rude
with
his
staff
he
don’t
want
leave
them
to
talk
to
the
customer,
and
one
think
I
could
still
remember
about
the
tips
from
customer
I
just
asked
one
guy
did
you
get
the
tips
,,
within
a
second
amir
came
and
stopped
him
to
answer
my
question
he
made
him
busy
with
another
work
.
Mr.
Amir's
attitude
towards
me,
specifically
as
an
Indian
individual,
was
disrespectful
and
offensive.
He
made
derogatory
remarks
and
displayed
a
clear
bias
towards
he
is
regular
customers.
This
kind
of
behavior
is
completely
unacceptable
and
goes
against
the
principles
of
hospitality
and
inclusivity.
Not
only
did
Mr.
Amir's
behavior
ruin
my
dining
experience,
but
it
also
left
a
lasting
negative
impression
of
the
restaurant
as
a
whole.
It
is
disheartening
to
see
such
discrimination
and
racism
in
a
place
that
should
be
promoting
cultural
diversity
and
respect.
I
strongly
urge
the
management
of
Masala
Lounge
to
address
this
issue
and
take
appropriate
action
against
Mr.
Amir
Uddin.
Racism
and
discrimination
have
no
place
in
any
establishment,
especially
one
that
represents
a
rich
and
diverse
cuisine
like
Indian
food.
I
would
advise
potential
customers
to
think
twice
before
dining
at
Masala
Lounge
in
sale
,
as
the
presence
of
such
a
staff
member
reflects
poorly
on
the
establishment
as
a
whole.
There
are
plenty
of
other
Indian
restaurants
in
the
area
that
prioritize
customer
satisfaction
and
treat
all
guests
with
respect
and
dignity."
