The staff at Dolci was absolutely amazing! They were really friendly. They went out of their way to make our experience special. Especially PK , He offered to take a group picture for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommend Dolci for their excellent service and hospitality :)

First time at the Cheshire oaks branch! Absolutely excellent service and staff! Very friendly and calming atmosphere. Really enjoyed my time there. The lovely Theresa served us and dealt with us she was a lovely soul and a beautiful person to talk too! Despite it becoming slightly busier as the evening went on she never seemed as though she was in a rush and didn’t cut the conversations short, she spent her time talking to us and turns out Theresa was the manager 🤪😄! The food was delicious and the layout was definitely presentable. The deserts were beautifully and lovingly made!

I ordered the chicken salad and asked if the portion would suffice as a meal. I was told yes. It was beautifully presented however there were only a few minuscule pieces of chicken in the salad, so may be worth ordering extra if this is your main meal. Pros: Clean and beautifully presented venue. Well presented food that tasted nice. Unlimited sweet options. Cons: Very small portion sizes. Limited savoury food options.

This was our first visit to Haute Dolci while visiting Cheshire Oak. We were very pleased the Decor was lovely and we were greeted and seated straightaway by PK. He explained everything very well and we ordered our meal first followed by deserts. The food and deserts both were amazing and to our expectations. We would definitely go back as PK was friendly and gave us very good customer service.

Very good food, great kind workers and helpful service. A regular place to go for us and is nice for special occasions. There are many choices and dietary restrictions are no problem. There are clean toilets and even a prayer room

Beautiful decor and desserts! My son loved it. The only downside was the staff, slow to take orders once seated, also took other customers orders who sat down after us. One staff member smelled of body odour very badly.

The staff were so helpful and kind. Cleanliness was good, the desserts are awesome. Some dishes were run out so we couldn't have what we want so we went with what they have. The cheese burgers were not bad but the chicken burger was sogy and not tasty at all. My son couldn't complete it. My salad was looking so cheap and poor, small portion with few pieces of chicken. All meat there are halal so feel free to order anything on the menu.

Menu not straight forward, waited 6mins for a clean cup tea went warm while waiting. Charged for bbq sauce then brought an extra dessert which we didn't order and she looked at me as if I did something wrong. Top it off said thanks and bye to the 2 young ladies and got nothing back. Food was nice,but to be honest it's slipped down hill. First time I went 4hey couldn't do enough but I believe they changed hands about 1yr ago.

Really enjoyed the main meal: smokin burger and also the beef fries which were really good! Surprisingly serve halal food too. The price was also very reasonable for the area (way cheaper than the prezzo and las iguanas nearby). Didn’t get to try the desserts but they definitely looked good.

Server was Adam and he was lovely and polite! Absolutely loved the food so delicious, awesome presentation and the most funniest staff! Very down to earth and amazing to chat to x

My boyfriend and I have been regulars since 2020! This is our favourite restaurant for brunch or dessert. There are so many choices. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too big of an ask! They have recently come under new management (who are very professional and kind) they have even better menus with more choice. Thank you for the past 3 years 🤍

I have been coming to Haute Dolci for the past 5 weeks (almost every day) now. The food and atmosphere is amazing. Amazing customer services from Anirudh, he’s been very welcoming every time. The food and desserts have never failed to impress me.

A top dessert place with good lunch menu too. We stopped at this place after a bit of shopping and got a bite to eat. This place is halal and does Aberdeen Angus Beef burgers. Nice food, nice elegant decor and good service too. The desserts are really nice. Recommend the Belgian Waffle and Milk Cakes.

This place is currently making people pay a deposit for booking.... you are a glorified sweet shop .. not taking bookings unless a booking is pre paid , is a real hit upon business ... not taking walk ins is a joke ... our group of 6 got turned away .. ive lost respect for this place..especially in current times ..

My server key was an absolute delight extremely friendly and smiling made me feel at ease and welcome, never pushed me to order let me do it in my own time perfect manners , my overall experience was wonderful and will be definitely coming back again! Fantastic food, fantastic staff and great service. We had 3 small children with us (5 and under) and the staff were so good with them and not the slightest bit fussed at the noise and/or mess that they made although we did clean up after them haha. I honestly can't complain about anything. If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for?

Food is presented very nicely and the decor is nice and clean. I ordered the Eggs Benedict, and it looked really good, however unfortunately after eating I began to feel quite sick less than an hour later, something about the dish was not quite right. The food is also overpriced unfortunately, and there is a built in service charge of 10% on the receipt which is not optional. The building facilities are quite nice and the prayer room is convenient, which is helpful to the community and gains an extra star in my review as a result

We tried this place for the first time today and I have to say it was definitely the best dessert I've tasted in the Chester area. The staff are very friendly and quick to inform you of any delays with serving. Prices are fair and food is high quality. Highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back for more!

Great burgers and desserts. Drinks were a big letdown, both extremely flat. If not for those would've been 5 stars.

The service was great, friendly and chatty servers with timely responses. The desserts we had ordered were perfect, beautifully plated and great-sized portions. I personally enjoyed the White Chocolate hot chocolate, the mint tea and the vanilla cheesecake. The atmosphere was very welcoming and everything was spotless. Definitely coming here again!

Absolutely fantastic. I had decided to take my mother for brunch for her birthday. Ray was our delightful server, who went above and beyond to ensure we left having had a good experience. My mother had the ‘Little Egg-Citing’ (scrambled eggs, sautéed peppers and onions, melted cheese, and a spicy hollandaise sauce all served in a buttery croissant with a side salad) and I had waffles which I had customised to my taste. My mother couldn’t compliment the flavours enough and thoroughly enjoyed it (and she has a difficult/fussy palate).

Place was lovely staff really friendly and food was just like you would want it like the picture not a squashed version. It was my daughters birthday and they even put a chocolate birthday sign on her dessert.

Hands down my favourite treat spot plus my little lad loves it! Pancakes are out of this world and the coffee is lovely. Always clean and feels really classy! Staff are always friendly and offer advice when you don't know what to choose from their enormous menu!

Rarely I would write Reviews but occasionally visiting Dolci Cheshire oaks and visiting them during Eat out to help out scheme the service provided at all times is exceptional and very professional, I went out with my family for my birthday I was looked after by Nicole* she was absolutely amazing and very helpful at all times not once I or my family felt she hasn’t done enough to Provide exceptional service, The best ice cream in Or around Chester for sure! The owner is lovely and very friendly and you can tell how hard he and She works to run such a fabulous business Once again a big thank you to Nicole for going above and beyond Big credit to the company for having such professional employees.

Not the greatest experience, i have been once before with my friend and it was awesome, amazing dessert, service, where we sat. So i brought my boyfriend this time and it was total opposite, we were told we could eat food as there was a technical issue in the kitchen and it was dessert only which is no big deal bit we were then took to the other side of the restaurant next to the kitchen in the corner. The speaker above us kept beeping every 20 seconds and only after 30 mins did music actually start to play through them, we ordered the teaser brownie and waffle, the brownie was HORRENDOUS i unfortunately had to spit it out as it was solid and i couldn't chew it, it had well and truly been over cooked. Our main desserts come of belgium and American waffles these were beautiful couldnt fault them, they were delicious. My mocktail was also beautiful! As we were half way through more and more people were made to sit down the end we were, i felt really uncomfortable and quite annoyed as the restaurant was pretty empty yet 6 different tables were now in our area when they could of easily been spread out more. We left earlier than intended as i was getting more and more anxious of all the people around us. I wish it could of been like my first experience for my boyfriend as now he doesnt want to return!

The manager of the restaurant was very welcoming and tremendously helpful, as this was out first visit. Would drive from Glasgow to visit here again, as the food was just to good to describe. It's a must for anyone who enjoys fantastic deserts at a level beyond any other. Thanks for making us so welcome, and will definitely return.

No real complaints me and my partner only had a main each she had the chicken burger I had the beef burger both were nice, the fries weren't anything to shout about and the drinks were a bit expensive £2 for a small glass of Coca-Cola and the service was a little slow even when bringing out the drinks maybe on a different day it would be faster but it didn't seem busy.

Not as much choice as used to have and food was just ok didnt feel like it lived up to the hype. If wasn't for the 50% discount probably be lower starred.

We went to Haite Dolci this afternoon and it was AMAZING. Special thanx to Macy on her first day serving us and excellently so. The food was nice. We were sat next to the icecream cooler and had witnessed many gorgeous desserts and floaties being made on the spot and enjoyed quick and efficient service. It was very nice as a first experience in Haute Dolci. The food was very nice and the halumni fries were a respectable size comparing any other place selling them in tiny portions and the dips were nice too. Highly recommend the new York fries with the beef because it’s soo nice. Choosing the dessert is probably the hardest decision anyone can make with the make your own section. It was truly amazing. Hope to be back with a golden key next time to unlock delicious things.
