    Only 2 people + manager serving on night shift, we've been waiting more than 45 for an order, nobody was in any hurry. Restaurant dirty, food cold and old, coke ran out (!!!!), terrible service mixing up orders. It wasn't busy at 4 o'clock in the morning, 3 people at the counter + few cars on drive through. Get competent staff and hire more people, I shouldn't have paid for the cold food served half an hour late. EDIT: We've sent all food back, quality was appalling. On second attempt got full refund, manager struggled with arithmetic. She refused to give her name to other customer, who wanted to file a complaint. We ended up in Burger King and finally received good food and service. Avoid this restaurant.

    UberEats and deliveroo bags all over the customer table which people eat at..these bags have been all over floor. Every single employee letting it happen. Cmon, you might as well be letting everyone walk on the tables. Wether you eat from the tray or not its pretty disgusting to have your hands and food over that table!

    I am a regular customer of Mcdonald.I would like to share a bad experience which happened to me.Last ( 30/08/2022)night i purchased nearly 40 pounds food items from your branch. They didn't gave any sauce when i asked them, the counter staff was made fun of me and laughing at me.I felt very bad on the customer service and its feel like racism .This was not expect form you people.

    Ordered only a coffee just before 11am. Stood at the desk until 11:40 before I asked to cancel the order. When I told the staff member what I wanted refunded she pulls my coffee off the shelf and hands it to me. Not sure how long it had been stood there but it was lukewarm. Staff atmosphere is bizarre, some of them queueing at the desk with everyone else who is queueing to find out where their order is or to complain about missing items in their order yet staff are hardly seen serving at the desk. I wanted a refund rather than a tepid coffee but I'd wasted enough time waiting at that desk already, I'll cut my losses this time and just go elsewhere in the future. Who knows how long the wait would have been if I ordered more than one simple item...

    Genuinely awful experience here. 38mins to get a drink. Had to walk to the drive thru window to talk to the member of staff that repeatedly ignored me inside the store to get milk for my tea I'd waited 38 mins for. Then to top it all the bathroom was disgusting. Tap didn't function & no hot water , the floor was unclean and the dryer was not working. Never complain about places - but this place was dire

    We saw this was close to the airport and is 24hrs. We arrived at around 1.30am. We chose to go through the Drive Through. This proved to be a mistake. It took around 15 mins to get our order even though there were only a few cars there. When pulling up to pick up the order, I could see inside and there was rubbish all over the floor. Empty cups and napkins. At least three team members walked straight past. Not great service and poor hygiene.

    If ordering through Uber or other delivery methods. Be aware that even though there is a button to press for sauce with chicken nuggets. U never receive them. 3 times on a row now. Obviously the staff fault. Will not be returning. Try eating 60 nuggets that are cold and dry with no sauce.

    Service not great all emphasis appeared to be in the drive-thru with people waiting at the counter to be served as the receipt printers not working and the screens wouldn't let people complete purchases. Overall a lot of waiting around and no customer service. Things were better when they actually had people serving, instead of relying on the screens. Takes away the personal.tpuch and doesn't feel much like a family restaurant anymore.

    Absolute bobbins. Could’ve caught the fish and battered it myself in the time we were waiting. HALF a slice of cheese on the burger, i know times are hard but half a slice of cheese? Swapped a brownie for a muffin, why put it on the menu if it’s never in stock. Every single time you order dippers they always forget the tomato salsa dip. So we put a special message ‘please remember the salsa dip’.. these people can’t function beyond key stage one because it still came without salsa dip. When you’re making customers wait over an hour, Please just do better. Edit - this is a month after. I decided to not do delivery anymore as it’s always cold. So It’s late, nowhere else is open so I thought I’d give the drive a shot through after work. After paying I sat at the payment window for 25 minutes, car in front was waiting on food. They kept giving the delivery drivers food to go out with but just completely ignored the fact they had a queue snaking out onto the road. Avoid this McDonalds at all cost.

    One of the worst experience I had here. Staff were arrogant and ignoring, young female was didn't play attention to walk in customers, she was on the phone constantly doing Facebook and other social media stuff. Management had a loud laugh between each other, tables were dirty, toilet was disgusting....

    Always get food orders wrong inside and drive through. They have your order sitting there going cold and after 5 min or so decide to give it you. On the drive thru food is always cold. I've had un cooked fries. Ice cream/milkshake machine very rarely on. Buy extra dips, they never put them in. I drive further afield to different mcdonalds if my kids want it. 👍

    Shocking restaurant. The staff never get an order correct. I'm always having to request refunds for items missed. The staff never put any sauces in the bags. Even the ones we customers PAY for. It's a joke. How hard is it to follow an order receipt? Clearly don't care about their customers.

    Paid 4 quid for delivery to save myself the hassle of getting in the car and having to queue at the drive thru... then had to do that anyway as low & behold, none of the sauces were in the delivery. Seems to be the norm at this one. Had 20 chicken nuggets as well as some selects and sauces come as part of it! Even has it on the big receipt that is stuck to the outside of the bag yet somehow they don't seem to be able to read properly. Didn't even get an apology either.

    What an awful place! Dont eat lunch here. The service is slow and the carpark is too small. Struggled to get in and out of the place. Its full of Uber eats etc clogging up the restaurant. To top it all 3 months down the line I have had a letter from a debt recovery company saying that I overstayed the 90 minute window because I couldn't get out of the car park and asking me to pay £170!!. When I phoned the manager guess what... they weren't interested. Avoid this place like the plague

    It is a lovely place! The staff is so nice especially Safaa. I am a regular customer and she always greets me with a smile and helps out with my orders and in carrying my tray. Would definitely recommend it!!

    Today I had amazing customer service by a young girl, who I think is called Kelsey ( I couldn’t see her name tag very well as I ordered through drive through) the store was extremely busy however, she worked well under the pressure and served to me with a smile. I wish more young people had this work ethic! My food was hot and my whole order was correct. I even received all the dips I asked for !

    Where to begin, had to clean our own table, then whilst seated saw a member of staff drop some litter when trying to put it in the bin and rather than pick it up, kick it under the bin. 4 medium fries ordered and one large, the large had the least amount of fries.

    I recently visited McDonald's, and it was by far the loudest one I've been to. The amount of kids and people shouting was unbelievable, it was impossible to hear what my kids and husband were saying. On a positive note, the cleaning lady was diligently working to keep the place clean. While the staff efficiently handled their duties, I noticed that they lacked friendliness. It would have been nice to see a more welcoming attitude from the team. Overall, it's a clean and functional McDonald's, but the noise and friendliness of the staff left something to be desired.

    It's ok for the girls, (5&7) there is one of the nicest ladies who engages with customers/ clears tables who honestly deserves a medal (other than her the stars would be 1), the food was cold (10 minute wait), for some unknown reason McDonald's has become expensive for what it is, iPads weren't working & they wouldnt turn them on, somthing needs to improve otherwise I can see a few closures.

    Food cold and missing components. Really disappointing service, completely ignored at the front desk but multiple members of staff. Waiting over 30 minutes for food in a fast food restaurant is disappointing. The only helpful member of staff was the guy on the dining area - i don’t recall his name.

    Given up going here - as the order is consistently wrong/ missing items, once I didn't even get the food ordered twice in a row, third time lucky after waiting 45 minutes. McDonald's for years used to be a reliable service 9 times out of 10. Now it's not worth the stress ....imo

    The teenager staff are managed by older teenagers up to 25 years old management with zero customer service skills. Their mistakes are the customer's fault. I only eat or use the takeaway/delivery service because my children like it. Otherwise, I'd definitely eat somewhere else. The machines are always empty of paper for receipts, so you have to try and remember your number. Table staff are older, so they're the only reason I'm giving stars

    Ordered food for delivery. How hard is it for staff to check they've put everything in. Never get the order right, always something missing. If order through McDonald's app, McDonald's tell you to speak with Uber. Double quarter pounder with cheese ordered, never delivered, offered £2 refund. Chips stone cold, nothing they can do. McDonald's staff can never get delivery right, Uber eats are a joke.

    Must be worst macdonalds in the country after waiting 15 mins to order as only orders being taken on other lane got to till order wrong as ordered 1 and paid for 2. Was told no refunds but could order something else or get something the next time I come back. Said u wouldn't be coming back as I wouldn't put myself through it again . Eventually getting refund to go to next window and order was incorrect . Gave up at this point

    Ordered food came an hour later food is very cold! They printed the label at 00:50 took 3 ubers eat drivers to pick it up if they knew it was gonna take 3 drivers to pick it they should of re done the food not happy wouldn’t even come back here in my life! Also how am I meant to drink a drink without a straw and eat ice cream with no spoon

    Had late lunch. 2 quarter pounders one with cheese and fries, fillet O fish burger and fries, apple pies, McFlurry ice cream plus fruit pack. Cheese on one burger was missed out. Large fries looked small. McFlurry looked small. Burgers almost £5.00 looked ordinary compared to places like Canadian Charcoal, Santos etc and even tasted well overpriced. It doesn't bode well to blame everything on inflation! Staff training seems a bygone and short cuts with having to ask for tissues, spoons etc a very short term customer attitude. Seems we are not getting value for money and have the possibility of having more nutritious meals plus burgers at home. Better taste, value plus possibly healthier.

    I go here regularly and use the drive-thru. Always have to check the order before we drive off because there's usually something missing. Today it was Fillet-o-fish and medium fries. They are always quick to correct the mistake. Just wish they would get it right first time.

    I have had 3 wrong orders from here in the past week ! Lacking of motivation and commonsense from all the staff members always is in there, no one at the till always walking past ignoring customers big thankyou to Safa ( I belive that was her name) always running around doing everyone else’s job seems to be the only one who is doing anything tbh she’s doing everything so big props to her as we have seen her a few times and is always happy smiling and trying to make everyone’s experience go smoothly a bit disappointing to see her fellow staff member’s not doing the same leaving her on her own to do 5 peoples jobs

    Kids hanging about outside so staff inside locked the doors we were unable to enter for a few minutes which was frustrating. I understand the issues with kids causing trouble but surely security should be on the door or get the local police or community officers nearby to sort the issues. Usual food and drink so we knew what to expect. Toilets were bad and needed cleaning also tidying up looked like a few days ago they'd been cleaned last going on report list it was only 1 hour before which is very questionable as it was 930pm so certainly not a busy time

    Worst McDonald's I've been to. Car Park is dangerous with no easy way to get from the car to the entrance as you have to get past the drive through queue. Far too small inside. Food was Luke warm, and some things missing. Power sockets at tables did not work for charging. Just everything was bad...

    Ordered food through just eats, food was so cold that our 3 year old granddaughter wouldn't touch the chips, this was due to taking over 20 minutes to deliver food less than a mile from the restaurant. There was no dip to go with the nuggets in the happy meal and the fruit bag was cucumber. Also, I think the delivery driver is learning to juggle as there was almost as much drink in the bag, as there was in the cups.

    Was one of only two customers in the store. They were getting through the drive through customers quickly however it took nearly 20 minutes to actually get my food after ordering on the touch screen. Struggled to get staff members attention.

    Placed my order on screen, waited and waited and waited, customer before me only ordered 2 drinks and she also had to ask. Poor service, a further 9 minutes went by as I stood near the hatch shouting hello sarcastically for my order, when staff member asked what I had ordered I explained that mine was the only one on screen!! All around Poor customer service here and all, it seems this is failing McDonald’s reputation for what else I’ve been reading.

    If I could leave no stars I would... Went in at 6.30am Sunday for breakfast, only 1 other customer in at the time but had to wait more than 10 mins for food. About 1/3 of the tables hadn't been emptied or cleaned (still got food, drinks and packaging on them) yes you could say that the previous customers should throw away there own rubbish but both bins were overflowing! There was chips on the floor nr the counter and to put it blunt the whole place including the toilets looked like a s**t hole! Not my local maccys (thank god!) and I only Normally call when going to airport... But never again!!

    My food was cold!! I ordered lettuce, pickle and onion on my fillet o fish meal and I got about 2 strands of lettuce and minimal onion. What's the point in giving that option and paying more if aren't going to get it. Absolutely disgusting. I mean just look at the picture. We also a chicken sandwich meal and that was stone cold too!

    So annoying ordered a collection via the app and went round the drive through. Food wasn’t ready so told me to find a parking spot but there wasn’t any. I went in store and got ignored when I told the person there I’ve been told to park up but I’ve come in store, completely blanked me. Then someone went out to deliver food for parked cars and I asked have you got my order and again he blanked me and told to wait in line. T so minutes later same guy comes back food soaked as it’s raining and said is it my order and I told him yes. And then when I get home I’m missing my two drinks and the sauce I ordered for the chicken selects. Terrible service, I live over three miles drive away so I’m not going to drive back. Very incompetent people and it wasn’t even that busy.

    Very clean toilet and food is typical. Staff will also clean the table and seat which is surprised me. Generally they didn’t clean them. Not very busy although on Saturday, May be caused by there provided drive through service and most of the customer using it.

    I ordered two fillet fish meals with curry sauce and they didn’t give the curry sauce. Moreover, the meal was cold the chips were cold. It tasted hard, disgusting and just really bad it doesn’t even deserve one star. It’s absolutely dreadful. Anyone reading these comments DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! And I would like a REFUND BACK.

    Surprisingly I am re rating as 1 member of staff redeemed McDonald's in civic centre. The last 4 out of 5 visits I got cold food 😩 Sure you can microwave it which to me ruins the taste. I was on the verge of contacting trading standards but I thought 1 last time ! I went in today and after patiently listening to the complaint the staff member personally took over my order and within 5 minutes was on my way out with an order that I could actually eat.

    Disgusting. 26 min wait at the drive through at 0200. I was only the second car there. The car ahead complained 3 times about the delay. They served approximately six deliveroo orders before they finally gave me my single burger and fries. When I finally got the order - the fries were absolutely cold. Wait: I don't mean not hot; I mean they were totally COLD. They had been put in the bag when I ordered, and not put under a heat lamp. I'm a McDonalds fan, and this was - without exaggeration - the worst experience at McDonalds I've ever had. No apology from the staff about the 20 min wait.

    Order 3 meals with large fries and large drinks and a happy meal plus an apple pie from this store through Just Eat totalling £30.77. All that arrived was a happy meal box with just a burger minus the bun. Called to make a complaint took 4 attempts to get through before somebody told me to just attempt to claim refund from Just Eat rather than rectifying the issue. Honestly, the worst experience I've had from a McDonald's or through Just Eat. Now to wait a whole week before Just Eat decide if they will refund due to the mistakes and carelessness of the staff of this store.
