Excellent and thoughtful service. Was given free cookies and dips as I was unable to place another order online as it went past 11pm. My two sisters were very happy. Best dominos I've been too (I'm from Birmingham)

Absolutely horrible customer service, and the communication is extremely poor! Called and ordered a Large Pizza to pick up with tired young children in the car. The lady said it would be 15-20 min, arrived to collect and called to ask if it was ready. I was waiting on hold for 3 minutes...not sure why, and then another lady picked up the phone and asked how she could help me. Explained I ordered over 20 mins ago and she asked if I can wait another 7 minutes...no explanation given and i said yes i am waiting outside, asked if I would wait longer and i said ok and ended the call. Called again after 7 mins and she said, "why did you cut the call, I thought you didn't want it". By this point my kids were very restless and I was annoyed and then she said ok making it now. Called back to complain and was on hold again for over 5 mins and then the manager couldn't care less! Not worth the hassle and the pizza was not correct!

Whenever I order pizza, every time it takes more than 50 minutes to deliver the order. Even after spending more than £20 we get cold pizza because of the slow delivery every time. Worst delivery service by this store. *You must improve the delivery time*.

Have ordered from this Domino's many times, both collection and delivery with no hassle. Unfortunately the last two deliveries have been terrible, waiting for a long time when app says out for delivery, arriving cold as a result. First time the delivery driver unable to find address (the flats are clearly shown on Google maps 🤷‍♂️). But as first time it happened we just chalked it up to one of those things., a one off, as previously never any issues. However, most recently the driver just parked about a 5 minute walk down the road and sat in his car while we went to collect, the reason apparently being he could not park directly outside the door to the flats, although he did find the carpark as we saw him drive round it 3 times, must have been too far to walk (approx 30 secs at a guess). Needless to say we'll no longer be ordering from them again, if you offer a delivery service that's what should happen. I rarely give poor reviews I like to say nice things but it was just so bad this time I had to!!!

This branch seriously need to invest in some customer service training and attitude training - clearly desperately needed. Server not listen to order - had to repeat it and still got all pizza orders wrong. No word of apology for her lack of competence & rudeness just argued with customer about making mistake. Big improvements needed if you want to retain customers. 2 stars only as the food was ok - not for the service.

Fast service, smiley assistant, hot pizza, clean store. Large ham and pineapple ordered. Would have liked more consistent evenly spread ingredients with a little more tomato topping around the edges.

Rude staff they try to talk like they don't want to give us the food the manager and area manager prash was there both were talking in the same way very rude not preferring going to this dominos store in chrolton rather have something from pizza hut 🛖 next door.

Really disappointed with this branch! Ordered food and waited for over an hour for it. Tracker stated it had been delivered before it had and it was luke warm on arrival. Tried to phone and but the store was closed so I went through to Fallowfield store who assured me thsy hey would be here although he didnt actually have the ability to check on my order he guessed it was just slow from previous experience of chorlton customer phoning their store regularly. Driver didnt even attempt to when he finally arrived. All round terrible service! Not recommended in the slightest!

I ordered take away for delivery using the website at the weekend. The order was processed impressively fast, and the status of the order was visible on the website the entire time so I knew roughly when my order would be with me. When the food arrived it was piping hot and very nice. 11/10 for the service. I just wish the price was equally impressive!

Friendly staff, nice and clean. The car parking might be an issue if collecting.

Called ahead to get a large pizza with half vegan cheese (for partners lactose intolerance) and the kind lady on the phone said “sure no problem call back when you’ve put the order through just to confirm”. Great attitude :D pizza and movie night is on!
