OK, expensive for what you get but I know the running costs must be huge. Snow was in pretty poor condition as well so definitely not worth the money, maybe that's why I only come 2 or 3 times a year despite being a ski nut and living 1/2 an hour away. I'd much rather put my cash towards the next proper ski holiday

Brilliant fun for all the family plenty to do but very, very cold. Definitely wrap up. Clothing is available. Friendly staff.

Took a group of explorer scouts, We were really well looked after By the end of the session we could all do something that looks like snowboarding.

Indoor snow slope. Wasn't too crowded. If you hire snowboard kit, take time to set the bindings correctly. The centre is clean, well run with pleasant staff. If it seems expensive, think of what you are getting for your money. They had had moguls the night before on the side of the slope. It wasn't totally pisted, leaving a bit of rougher terrain, and a bit more fun. The tows are what you would expect. Enjoyed the visit. If I'm in the neighbourhood again, will definitely drop in.

I went with the lady for whom I work as it was her birthday, and she had a great time with the help of DSUK and my colleague

Great for snow sports!! Had my first day of free roaming on my skies, not too bad for a beginner 💪

A well organised trip out. Limited customers can use the donuts, slide and Luge each hour makes it very safe and loads of fun too

Good amount of powder, not completely ice like other snowdomes! Having 2 button lifts up are great I was never waiting for a long time to get on a lift. I also tried out some ski lessons, they had some really nice and effective instructors

Great experience getting some ski and snowboard practice in. Helpful staff, well run. Loved how the guys/girls running the button lift were always on the ball regarding anyone getting into difficulty and helping where needed. Great to see the beaming smiles on the faces of the skiers with mobility difficulties having fun zooming down the slopes in the special chairs controlled by the disability ski instructors! Good day out for any one who has ski or snowboard experience or just wants to have a go.

Great location and vast selection of indoor activities for everyone. So Spent an excellent afternoon and will certainly come back. Hardest bit was to book a convenient date but the 24/7 phone line available has been outstanding for assistance.

I first visited 3 or 4 years ago to complete a beginners course for snowboarding. I was a complete newbie to any kind of snow sports, but the course was excellent and gave me a huge amount of confidence. The instructor was excellent, giving clear informative instructions and advice, whilst always being patient. I return several times a year to use the slope and the staff and facilities are always top notch. I’ve never once had a bad experience and regularly drag friends in an attempt to get them try it out too.

We loved it. We had level 3 lessons after not skiing for years. Our instructor was fab. Did some skiing on our own after building our confidence.

What used to be called Chill Factor. A great way to get some practice in before your holiday. A shame they don't give discounts for bringing your own equipment.

Quite a while since I've been but i must say, things have changed for the better. The changes to the reception area, changing rooms and lift queuing system are all very welcome and it's nice to see some investment after so long without. The main upstairs restaurant area seems to have had an overhaul too and is a lot nicer to be in

It's a really good place for learning snowboarding or skiing or for family fun. My first experience of snowboarding was there, and we have really enjoyed it. We have also been there with kids for the kids area where they got a couple snow slides for kids and ice slide, and a general area for kids to play. We had a really good time spent there as a family and the kids enjoyed it. Also they provide rental services for all gear that you may need for adults and kids

1st time on skis in 20yrs and found this experience really good value real snow skiing. Friendly knowledgeable staff in equipment hire area and en piste. Hire ski bindings were safely set up to individual needs and weight using weighing scales. The skis performed really well running and carving smoothly and effectively. Plenty of room on the generous slope for manoeuvring, with drag lifts having short queing times. Can't wait to go back 👍💯😎

Great fun on the slopes of the Trafford centre. A bit pricey when you add clothing for some attendees. Well organised, safe, knowledgeable friendly staff. Easy parking.

We were disappointed the piste was booked up. So we went for a birthday treat meal at Sian's healthy choice rest/cafe and took granddaughter to keep the dream alive by looking at skis & boots at Snow and Rock. Christine member of ,,SCoM - .club meeting on Thursday am with instructors. Bring it on!

Absolutely amazing! Enjoyed every bit of it. Today I did a level 4 adult skiing lesson with Lenny. What an incredible experience, with an incredible instructor. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn to ski especially if you are lucky enough to get Lenny. I'm now 100% more confident for my upcoming ski trip.
