Booked
in
4
adults
for
a
pottery
painting
session.
It
was
really
good
fun
and
was
really
busy
as
it
was
Mother's
day
weekend.
The
time
went
very
quickly
before
we
had
to
vacate
our
table
for
the
next
group;
so
if
you're
painting
anything
large
you
need
to
be
speedy
with
your
paintbrush.
You
can
order
food
and
drinks
to
your
table
if
you
wish
but
it
is
quite
expensive.
The
paying
experience
to
leave
your
pots
is
far
from
good
however.
There
is
little
space
for
those
dropping
and
paying
for
their
pots
and
the
queues
to
get
in,
overlap
those
dropping
off
and
as
such
it
doesn't
feel
safe
to
leave
the
artwork,
you've
just
spent
the
last
few
hours
painting,
on
the
counter.
There
are
several
staff
members
tripping
over
themselves,
some
dealing
with
payment
and
some
with
customers
arriving.
The
staff
member
who
served
us
didn't
seem
to
concerned
that
1.
Our
items
would
be
knocked
off
or
2.
That
would
all
be
kept
together.
We
were
told
they
would
be
ready
the
following
Saturday
and
I
rang
in
the
week
to
confirm
but
no
checking
was
done,
it
was
just
a
standard
answer.
So
turning
up
a
week
later,
after
having
rung
to
find
they
couldn't
find
one
piece
was
not
a
great
experience.
I
was
asked
if
I
would
come
back
the
next
day
as
they
would
have
to
manually
go
through
the
paper
log
of
the
descriptions.
As
I
wasn't
from
the
area
I
declined
and
after
half
an
hour
of
waiting
it
was
found
in
another
customers
collection.
I
suggested
that
to
improve
they
should
take
a
photo
of
the
orders
and
put
it
into
Google
sheets
document
with
a
description.
They
all
have
I
pads
and
Google
sheets
is
free.
I
hope
I
have
provided
positive
feedback
as
it
was
really
good
fun
but
the
payment
and
collection
needs
improving.
