Small venue but oh boy is the food delish. First time going and highly enjoyable. Was there with a couple friends and the waiter really helped us out choosing from the menu. Make sure to try the Dahi Puri as a starter. Overall, excellent food, really friendly staff and just across from a car park for easy parking.

The food is very good. Booking well in advance is thus recommended at busy times. Alternatively come early doors when seating is easy. Came with Albrecht today ( July 2023). He is over from Bamburg. The serving staff will happily explain the menu to those needing guidance. We have tried most items and never been disappointed. The restaurant is small as are the tables but it all adds to the atmosphere. Having said that..we tend to go elsewhere for more room. Cheadle has a lot of choice. Small bottles of Kingfisher or Cobra at £3.95 is OTT. ( no draft beers.) Love the goat keema pav and the gobi Manchurian is the best! Chilli chicken pretty damn good. When busy you might need to queue for the one all singing and dancing toilet.

By far the best Indian food I've had since I worked the back streets of Manchester city centre. Very very friendly staff excellent local tiffin beer and ale. The food was absolutely amazing the starter and main was faultless, highly recommended and can not wait for the next visit... thank you very much Tiffin Room what a superb meal...

Partner had lamb. He said it was the best lamb he has had. He enjoyed the sauce and although slightly pricy, he thinks you get what you pay for. If it were him leaving the review it would be 5 stars but it's not it's me I had the vegan potato and spinach dish, it was ok, just ok, quite bland and looked like Kermit blended. 🤣 . Rice however was lovely. Garlic nann ok. I would of given 3 stars partner would of given 5 so let's say 4 😂

Oh my goodness what an incredible restaurant. The food is 10/10 and so is the service. Harsha was our waiter and he was so dedicated to ensuring our experience was perfect. We asked for a recommendation starter (between 4 of us) and it was PERFECT. The food is so obviously fresh and cooked to perfection. Cannot fault this exquisite restaurant. A small cosy nice neat and amazing restaurant in Cheadle. We really loved the food. Very tasty and spicy. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. The parking was right next to the restaurant- hassle free. Almost all the menu items were really good! We loved Gobi Manchurian, Chilli Chicken, Garlic Naans(freshly made) & Chicken Fried Rice. A must try and I recommend it!

Called and made a reservation at 1300 - arrived as arranged 1930 - waiter with serious attitude problem said we hadn’t booked. Then aggressively said “prove it show me the call “ which we did - then even more arrogantly “show me call duration “ - which we did and was clearly a booking call. Still didn’t help got turned away. Came all the way here hour drive. No apology for their obvious error just aggression and idiocity. Book elsewhere.

Excellent authentic taste and healthy cooking method. Only restaurant in Manchester that did not hit my tummy badly among those I tried so far. Feels like home food. Asks for spice levels and also allergies every time taking order showing concern for customers health. Great service from every employee at Cheadle branch. Thanks team!!

The food was nice but the portion size was a joke. Have never seen such tiny pots for chutneys, there was barely enough for 1 poppadom. About 20 chips in a portion. The chicken tikka kebab was nice.

My wife and I enjoyed the grazing platter. I also tried the thali and my wife, the masala dosa. The dosa didn’t have a lot of filling which was a shame, otherwise flavour was good. The sambhar and coconut chutney portion was also very small. My non-veg thali was a veg thali with one meat option. There were extras that you wouldn’t find in the standard thali but they were so small & basic that it didn’t justify the higher price. My only complaint was the food didn’t come out together. For a restaurant, this isn’t good service.

A beautiful Little hidden gem in Cheadle village. We ate here for the very first time and I can honestly say this has been the nicest Indian street food we have had in a very long time! Tasted so fresh and full of flavour it didn’t disappoint! We will certainly be coming again! Also the service was lovely and warm and we were very well taken care of. Loved the cosy atmosphere and some people say it needs to be bigger but I think that would take away the personal touch, the food was insane. Every bite was delicious! And I've tried things I wouldn't normally, traditional and delightful restaurant. Personal touch, and felt authentic 😊

Superb food, great staff, and reasonable prices.

Amazing! Booked at 1pm today. Seated with parents at 7pm. Very kind staff moved us so parents would feel warmer. And then the food. Wow, really fabulous. Spiced to perfection, tender and succulent. Of course, mums lamb chops are better. Will be back soon. Thank you 😊

Great restaurant, I think the food is excellent, the flavours are just great, my absolute favourite is the Dhaba style chicken closely followed by the Lamb Kashmiri, as long as we haven't eaten too many of the fabulous starters. Staff are great, we do go to the Manchester restaurant but Cheadle as it is smaller is far better dining experience. Book to avoid disappointment

One of the best places to indulge the Indian cuisine in Manchester! We started from their collection menu, don’t get me wrong it’s amazingly delicious, but dining in makes the food even better! The atmosphere, the service, and obviously the quality of food are top notch 🔝 Definitely recommend!

Booked ahead as this place is usually busy. However, It was quiet on this Friday eve in August. I hope its just because of the holidays. The food was delicious. We ordered several small dishes between 4 of us and one main - chicken biriyani. We were full so took that home with us. Service is friendly and efficient. Food quality still top notch. I hope it gets busier again in order to keep going.. But not so busy I can't get a table 😁

Excellent place for authentic Indian food, varying types of food from street food to classic dishes. Portion sizes are generous and will please many people who visit. Highly advise booking a table as can get very busy at prime times, and this is only a small establishment with not too many tables. Highly recommend visiting if you are looking for some good food at good prices.

Friendly & polite staff Food isn’t all that, they should improve on the freshness/ quality of the meals.

Last week was our first time we visited this fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the excellent service, with the superb food and wine and with the honest cost. We will definitely visit there in a short time.

Have been several times before and generally good. Booked a table by phone. When turned up, was met a the door and told I hadn't booked and no room. The rude waiter wanted to see my call history on my phone, the length of the call etc as wouldn't believe I had booked. Showed him all of this and still informed me no one remembered taking my booking and no room. Basically he couldn't care less. Rude, arrogant and won't be returning or recommending. Went to another restaurant nearby and had a much better meal in an atmosphere which was welcoming and polite. Indian Tiffin Room, you were a complete let down.

Ridiculously spicy!!... we had butter chicken and literally couldnt eat it as our mouths were on fire 💥

Outstanding service, delicious food and reasonably priced. Manish and Shyans both provided fantastic service on both occasions all dishes were presented of a high standard and absolute delicious. A restaurant that is a must and if your ever thinking of going for an Indian, Indian Tiffin rooms would always be my first recommendation, booking is a must.
