Had a lovely lunch here Friday, they even gave us doggy ice cream in the warm weather. Food was delicious and service was brilliant

We had an amazing experience with The Lost & Found. We had our wedding celebration 3pm - 1am and it was fantastic. The staff were amazing and so friendly and the food was fantastic! Everyone we have spoken to following the event absolutely loved it! Thank you for making our day so much fun and stress free!

I had the privilege of shooting a wedding reception here last month. WOW just WOW. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The staff members were SO accommodating and they looked after me really well. Something that wedding photographers REALLY appreciate. 

The light in the room was perfect. A photographers dream. And although you may think there isn’t anyway for photos, think again. The surrounding areas are beautiful and Tatton Park isn’t far away.

First time at this establishment. Don’t understand why so many positive reviews. Staff looked bored and uninterested in there job. Not sure if we came on a bad day?. Menus are tatty, food was very average had the fish and chips. Fish was very dry burnt and overcooked fish and batter including the chips. Dessert cheesecake a typical catering bought in product which I don’t think pineapple went with funny combination. Our other guest said the same very average food. Took an age to make coffees and tea then forgot to bring milk. I am sorry to give a negative review, I eat out a few times a month and will always give an honest review.

This place definitely has the WOW factor and really couldn't fault the level of customer service from the moment we arrived. Small plates and our Sharing cocktail were delicious. Only gets 4* as we ordered mains to be told 10 minutes later that the kitchen was closed, we had previously been assured we were ok to order food until 9pm. However, sometimes things goes wrong and that's understandable, we were treated very fairly, provided with a delicious duo of signature cocktails (on the house) and the kitchen agreed to provide us with pizzas and the desserts we ordered. Overall due to the professional and personal way we were treated we have left feeling like not getting the mains just gives us a perfect excuse to go back again. A really lovely evening! Doesn't disappoint. Special thanks to Matt, Lee, Gina and Esme. Great service and brilliant ambassadors for this establishment.

Had lunch here with my family, and the interior design and vibe - excellent. services were okay.

Had a meal here tonight for my wife's birthday and what a truly amazing experience! The food is delicious, wonderful flavours and portions and served promptly. But the service is beyond superb, with a special mention for Lauren. She waited on us expertly and with such humour, elan and wit. It was like being waited on by your best friend. She was superb and deserved the 1111 (she will understand). Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely dinner with great service and attentiveness to a big group of us! We came for a Sunday lunch after completing a race nearby and the table was lovely and spacious, with gorgeous lighting and ambience. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced! Only thing a couple of the party were upset by was the chicken running out by midday, but a sign it must've been good!

We’ve never eaten here before, but we will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere was lovely and we were also able to chat to our family without having to shout over the noise. Service by Charlotte was perfect and attentive. Thank you Charlotte. Food delicious 😋

Food was lovely but unfortunately it was full of people who thought that thier wealth made them think that they can speak to people rudely and without concerquencess.. Took all my strength not to want to slap a few after my tea

Couldn’t fault the service, or the food. Food was tasty and served timely. The inside is stunning and decorated well, unfortunately the aircon was turned on and created a chill to us sat underneath, which was unnecessary given it is November.

We had our wedding here last week and the whole experience was amazing! The staff were very attentive and made us feel very comfortable and stress free on the day. We’d like to especially thank Frankie for all her help in the planning and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. It definitely wouldn’t have been as easy without her! There was so many little touches that made the day extra special. We couldn’t think of a better place to of had our wedding! The place is beautiful and extremely clean, the food is also amazing! Had so many guests say it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Thanks again to everyone at lost and found Joel & Alyssa

I was visiting Knutsford with a close friend for his friend's birthday, we had a night out after having food. We saw this building on Google maps and it was such Lovely building with amazing architectures throughout. Welcoming staff and friendly management, always on hand to help out. Kind regards, Aaron

Very well looked from start to finish. Requested an outdoor table and was contacted by Frankie who explained this is not bookable, but that a note had been added to my reservation and that someone would look after us on our arrival, which they did! Not sure of the name of our waitress, but during our 7+ hours with you, she faultlessly looked after us as well as everyone else in the baking heat - she made our visit even more perfect! The love music was a very nice touch and gave the evening a very nice vibe! The ONLY negative, we were sat in the no smoking side and despite tables having no smoking signs on them, smoking was allowed, which I didn't think was particularly acceptable.

Outstanding restaurant. Choose the upstairs for something more intimate yet spacious. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On my list of places to go again. Amazing roasted butternut squash salad, oddly. Who'd have thought....

Couldn’t speak more highly of the Lost & Found! We knew as soon as we got engaged we’d love to hold our reception here as the building is stunning and everytime we’ve been in the staff are excellent. We worked with Frankie for two years to plan our day and she was brilliant throughout, so organised that we felt completely reassured. From the food tasting where we were so well looked after (thanks to Lee who was excellent) to the actual day when every detail was how we wanted it. The food was cooked to perfection, many of our 90+ guests commented on how it is the best wedding food they’ve had. The service was so attentive - we said we wanted the drinks to flow all day and they absolutely did - it was just wonderful. We also had a few very specific dietary requirements to cater for which again they were very accommodating to. A huge thank you to everyone who made our wedding day so perfect. If anyone is considering getting married here we would 100% recommend!

We visited for my husband birthday. It is such a lovely looking gothic building. The food was fabulous and pudding to die for. They had a very good selection of cocktails which we sampled some of the menu need to go back and taste the rest. It was quite expensive but OK for a special occasion.

Lovely laid back place to call in for coffee. Would love to go back in the evening for a gin or cocktail. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Thank you.

What an incredible building and decorated beautifully inside. It feels very luxurious inside, the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. We had drinks downstairs and then we were shown to our tables upstairs... The upstairs is gorgeous architecturally, you get to see the leaded windows which make the space so light and airy The menu isn't massive but there's enough variety to please most people... We were a party of 4 I did have a little issue with my dish, once I had mentioned it, apologies were made and the issue sorted immediately... We had a lovely evening here... After our meal 2 of us decided to stay for cocktails which were really good, we will definitely come back.

I went to the restaurant with my mum for my birthday, i ordered pan fried chicken which i absolutely adored ! the server Jamie was absolutely lovely, she was so kind and respectful. she made sure we was okay and that we enjoyed our food. she was so polite and professional. what amazing staff.

Absolutely fantastic service last night by Amelie and Matt. We were made to feel welcome from the start and, more importantly, so were our dogs. From bringing a bowl of water and plate of biscuits without even asking, to my free birthday cocktail, the whole experience was fantastic. Food was amazing too, and such a perfect atmosphere with the music vibe matching the hour. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A beautiful building and a very pleasant ambient setting inside. Very friendly and efficient staff. The food was beautifully cooked and presented - credit to the chef/s. Note that the service charge is already on your bill so be sure not to tip twice and then you will be able to go back again 👍🤩
