Nice Costa. Relaxing place and the tables were spaced out so you didn't feel on top of each other. Nice coffee blend used today. Service was friendly and polite. Enjoyed it.

Not bad, coffee was ok but again nothing great. The joy of a small uncontrollable child banging on the door during urination whilst the mother stands staring at the door really was not my best moment. Staff friendly enough.

Our local costa has most standard food and nice seating

We encountered a really professional and friendly staff member this morning, that I wanted to commend. They were being overworked and running the place alone on a busy Sunday morning, taking orders and making the coffees alone. It was really impressive stuff actually. The coffees were very tasty too, and made in a rapid turnaround, to a very high standard. Pay for more staff cheapskates.

Costa coffee had a 30% off any food. I had a Cheese and tomato toastie. It was well done how I like it. The staff are welcoming.

Limited to where I could sit as chairs were covered in crumbs. Signs out saying cleaning in progress for over an hour whilst staff stood about doing nothing. Not the best and it all seemed a little grubby. Expensive and miserable to be honest.

This is a lovely little Costa, however, there seems to be no one really managing and service is slower these days. Food could be better if more choices were available....one eg, soup has been on the menu at Costa all winter but I've rarely seen it here. A few tweaks and this place could be great again.

I'm no fan of the big chains and prefer to support local cafés. My children, however, like Costa so I will go there with them. The service is always friendly and as quick a possible. I think it's slightly expensive for what it is but the kids always like it. A happy child makes for a happy parent. (mostly)

Staff don't have a clue how to make coffee don't think they've ever been trained.Appalling customer service.

Just popped in on my way to work and decided to try the hot cross bun latte, it was quite pleasant. The staff were polite and professional at their job.

In this morning 3 parties in front of me. Girl on the till taking orders quickly but the young guy doing the coffee was very slow. I'm in the queue for my coffee, 10 mins later a guy comes in for 3 drinks to take out. The young guy finally finishes serving the folk in front, then he makes drink and puts them in cardboard cups. Thought perhaps my order was wrong but then he hands them to the bloke behind me. At that point just me waiting and the lad and girl, he starts my order, talks to the girl and keeps stopping whilst talking. I almost said something but eventually i got my drink...nearly 20 mins after coming in. Not happy. Abby was interviewing people for jobs, but that certainly wasn't the cause of this delay. Usually its very good service.

Convenient. Took our baby grandaughter and was able to change her. Good access with a ramp entrance and wide doors. Coffee was lovely.

I love this spot, so much cozier compared to Stockport centre. The staff is always nice and the atmosphere is always welcoming.

Place very clean, well mannered staff, but asking disabled person to go upstairs & someone with a stick.. is a no no.

Costa is Costa, great coffee and some good stuff offered to go with the coffee. In previous visits to this branch at 5pm, I've been greeted by "you can't go upstairs, it is closed off at this time" which is an odd way of greeting your customers. This time there was a much nicer person serving on her own and no mention of the upper floor being closed off.
