I
went
for
an
endoscopy
at
this
community
clinic.
I
was
a
bit
late
(my
bad)
but
I
was
immediately
admitted
upon
my
arrival.
A
member
of
staff
walked
me
through
what
the
procedure
would
be,
asked
about
my
status
and
checked
my
blood
pressure
to
see
if
I
was
fit
to
undergo
the
examination.
I
was
then
given
time
to
put
on
a
medical
gown,
and
waited
for
the
endoscopy.
The
examination
didn't
take
long
as
I
was
informed.
The
endoscopist
did
provide
details
and
information
about
the
procedure
and
asked
if
I
had
any
other
questions
and
needs.
He
did
explain
where
we've
been
in
the
process.
Upon
completion,
I
was
totally
relieved.
The
doctor
briefly
told
me
of
my
condition
and
that
the
result
would
be
sent
to
my
GP,
whilst
I
would
also
get
a
copy
of
it.
The
final
thing
was
just
putting
back
on
own
clothes.
Another
medical
staff
commented
on
my
condition
and
gave
me
some
advice
on
it
in
the
waiting
room
(where
I
didn't
spend
any
time
waiting).
I
was
discharged
and
could
go
home
then.
In
general,
I
met
some
nice
and
caring
staff
there,
especially
the
medical
teams.
I
didn't
sleep
well
the
night
before
the
day
of
my
examination
in
part
because
I
felt
nervous
and
apprehensive
about
the
procedure,
which
I'd
never
gone
through
before,
and
not
least
because
of
the
negative
comments
left
online
on
this
medical
service.
Yes,
you
might
not
have
a
great
deal
of
time
consulting
the
staff,
however,
I
didn't
feel
my
concerns
were
left
unaddressed.
Quite
assuring
I
would
say.
This
service
is
not
top-rated
or
perfect,
but
I
wouldn't
say
it
is
as
bad
as
many
reviews
suggest.
Perhaps
it
depends
on
which
service
you
use
or
when
you
go
there.
Maybe
it
was
not
the
busiest
when
I
visited
the
clinic
and
therefore
I
didn't
wait
too
long
for
an
examination
even
though
I
got
there
late.
And
of
course
I
bet
some
patients'
very
disappointment
could
be
a
result
of
a
regrettably
underfunded
NHS
tbo,
which
affects
a
lot
of
services
in
England.
