We had an afternoon tea for 6 delivered and set up in our home by Bob. It was top class and an amazing experience. Bob brought everything we needed and collected the plates afterwards. Terrific and well recommended !! Well done Bob and your team!

I would rate this cafe more than 5 stars. Clean, neat and comfortable interior design. Great staff and chef, delicious food and beautiful presentation. For me this is the best cafe in the area. highly recommended.

The food is good! I highly recommend the all day breakfast with brown toast, that the eggs and mushroom are my favourite. Staff is nice and helpful. The environment is cozy and beautiful. That’s a breakfast that you cannot miss.

Always so great here! Food is always cooked amazing and I have never had a bad meal. The menu is varied and everything I have tried has been brilliant. They are very dog friendly, my dog loves coming because he gets a free sausage!

I really can't recommend Egginton's Cafe enough. The food is incredible! It's restaurant quality at cafe prices. Pictured is the lemonade and soy chicken and the salt and pepper fries and I really didn't want them to end. Beyond the incredible food, the staff are really friendly, everything's environmentally conscious (wooden cutlery, paper bags, cardboard boxes) and it feels covid secure. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

Best brunch in Town. My husband and I are regular customers and always enjoyed the food and service here. Highly recommended my favourite - crispy tofu vegetarian breakfast and the Korean style boneless chicken thighs. Lovely and homely small café with hearty food.

Great selection, beautifully cooked and presented and everyone is so friendly. I'm working through the menu and not found a dish I didn't love - salt and pepper skin on chips are a must!

This place is incredible! It’s not a run of the mill cafe either, more like a bistro with proper home cooked quality food! You can tell these guys really care about what they do. Not only great quality and great service but the prices are extremely reasonable too! Would not hesitate to take a visit here if you’re in the area. I’ll definitely be using them for their outside catering too, which we’ve just found out they do. Look on their Instagram, it looks incredible! Props to the owners and staff for creating something special.

What a lovely little gem of a cafe, service was phenomenal the lady who served us was so sweet and polite. The food was also beautiful, I had been craving smoked salmon and poached eggs so was happy with our find! Will definitely be back again!

Found this little gem yesterday when visiting the area and stopped for lunch. Wow, unexpected delight. The ambiance was friendly and welcoming and the server was really polite and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Had a breakfast early morning, first time but definitely not the last. Food was very tasty and delicious. Staff very attentive. Recommended.

From very first contact Bob couldn’t have been more helpful, we had a large number of guests coming and wanted to cater for them, Bob worked out a perfect menu for a great price. The food was delivered to us hot at the time we agreed and was delicious, there was barely a scrap left as everyone enjoyed it so much. He arranged for the dirty pots to be collected which took away the stress of cleaning after 30 people. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend Bob and his team again, thanks for such a great job.

Fantastic secret golden gem of an eatery . I can not recommend this small cozy cafe enough ! Food is of the highest quality you could wish for and definitely the best in Sale. Extremely clean , friendly and Chef Bob is an absolute delight to talk too His passion for good food is what makes this place exceptional . Nothing is too much trouble . He is a highly qualified and experienced Chef and truly enjoys producing amazing food with the Best ingredients I love to sample his specials of the week as well as his regular Menu . I don’t have a favourite dish , although when squid is in the menu I can not resist it ! I have used Chef Bob and his team for personal home dinner parties too , my friends who like me regularly travel around the world will always ask me to book us a table when they are visiting uk. If you you are in Sale or the Cheshire or Manchester areas I can’t recommend this amazing cafe enough . If you want a special dinner party or home event , wedding , christening or whatever give Bob a call , he won’t disappoint you You will find me in the cafe at least twice a week done 5 days a week . Maybe the best eggs Benedict I have ever tasted. I’m from New York City, and came here based on the reviews. It’s better than anything I’ve had in nyc. Also, the owners were there and they were just delightful. The other patrons were a delight too. This place is a dream. I’m hoping to go again tomorrow before I leave town

We used Egginton's to cater a family party. The food was varied and excellent and included delicious gluten-free options. The service was top notch from start to finish and took all stress out of the event. We would recommend Egginton's to anyone and will definitely use again for future events.
